08/09/2026: I wanted to order tonight and, surprise, surprise, no more real charcuterie like pork, ham, bacon, etc. Everything is halal. I have nothing against that, but let customers choose what they want to eat. I bought halal meat, but you shouldn't make it all halal; some things just don't taste the same. Personally, I won't be ordering again. You've lost a customer.
20/08/2026: My groovy bacon pizza didn't taste the same as usual. The bacon was really bad, the texture was strange, and the taste was nothing like the bacon I'd used to have—it was disgusting. The same goes for the pepperoni pizza; its taste has changed recently. It's outrageous that, at the price of pizzas, they'd switch to lower-quality ingredients. It bothers us, but we won't be ordering again.

14/08/2026: The food was passable, but the waitress was nowhere near as good. The woman's rudeness was so profound that one might legitimately wonder if her entire family had been murdered in front of her. They say the customer is always right, but with her, he's a clown; she actually dared to tell a colleague, in front of everyone else, "They're being a pain today," after she'd simply asked for cups! In short, as you can tell, I don't recommend it, unless you're into masochistic tendencies or the barking doesn't bother you! The very friendly colleagues, however, make up for (and thankfully) the poor service of this little place. (My sincere thanks to them!)
14/08/2026: The food was very good, but the waitress needs improvement; she was impatient and unpleasant, telling her colleague we were being pushy. Please, leave her in the kitchen and keep her away from any social interaction; she definitely doesn't know how to handle people!

23/08/2024: Dismissive manager/owner with rude attitude. We didn’t even get to eat here. I had made a reservation several weeks in advance through The Fork for my husband and our elderly mothers and had driven in from our hotel 20 minutes away. When we arrived on time, we were rudely turned away with a shrug. The manager/owner simply showed me his mobile phone and said there was no reservation and in any event they were full, even though inside there were several empty tables and outside a few as well. In spite of showing him my phone which had both the confirmation and a reminder email from The Fork, stating the date and time, he just kept shrugging. So we went away. But looking at some of the reviews, it did us a favour as we found another restaurant close by, where we were welcomed with open arms and had both exceptional service and food.
06/08/2024: Les repas étaient délicieux, les cuisiniers se sont donnez de la peine pour nous servir et les serveurs aussi. Mais le patron était très désagréable faisait sans arrêt des remontrances à ses employés et ceci devant les clients,

15/06/2026: I remembered my visit here in 2025 and wanted to leave a review! (Sorry for the delay 😅) The first night we visited Colmar, we went out looking for a place to eat, drink, and chat. The service here was great (really nice people), the atmosphere was fantastic and we thought it was funny that they were playing Latin music, since we’re Latin Americans ourselves haha.
22/04/2026: Friendly service, very nice restaurant, delicious drinks, however the food was extremely disappointing. The veggie burger was served with a soggy bun (bottom side) and a cold slice of mozzarella. The burger tasted disgusting. A real shame, because the restaurant itself is very appealing to look at, hence the 3 stars.

09/07/2025: We had a wonderful time with our Market Lunch package.
Everything was impeccable: the service, the presentation of the dishes, the flavors, and the location. I recommend it if you're looking for a great time.
A bonus in summer: the terrace.

16/09/2024: Welcomed by a young, smiling and friendly waitress, big disappointment in the culinary quality of the dish ordered, a baeckehoffe. Served in a small blue terrine, the quantity, presentation and flavor of the Alsatian baeckehoffe were absent. Too bad I didn't have the reflex to take photos.
Served barely hot, you had to look for the 3 meats offered on the menu, namely veal, beef and pork. The potatoes were not tender but rather potatoes intended for preparing salads.
It seemed warmed up again. I kindly made the remark to the waitress who went to see the cook then returned with another terrine (the contents of the first having immediately ended up in the trash).
Hot new content but not much better otherwise.
I live in Alsace and know this dish well, which I cook on a few occasions. This dish that was served to me could perhaps satisfy a few tourists passing through the region (a shame all the same) but personally very disappointed, especially for the price asked.
I won't come back again.

01/09/2024: Petit arrêt dans cette super auberge un dimanche midi.
Un service garanti local et de la ferme les fromages sont excellents. Les serveuses sont sympathiques et de bons conseils. Nous avons même eu droit à un petit coup d'accordéon bien local !
31/08/2024: Sind eher zufällig in der Auberge gelandet und durften hausgemachtes, sehr leckeres Essen in gemütlicher Hütten-Atmosphäre genießen. Das deftige 3-Gänge-Menu mit lokalen Kartoffel-, Kochschinken- und Hackbraten-Spezialitäten (28 € pro Person) war überaus reichhaltig - da blieb für den hausgemachten Blaubeerkuchen zum Nachtisch kaum Platz. Zuvorkommender Service und eine wunderbare Aussicht rundeten den Besuch ab.
