25/08/2024: Accueil chaleureux et convivial. Déjeuner agréable sur une terrasse ombragée. Nous avons choisi le menu express à 15€. Le service est rapide et les plats sont joliment présentés, et de qualité.

24/08/2024: Pour commencer notre réservation n'a pas été notée alors on nous a installé sur une table bis bancale contre un mur alors que de toute la soirée des tables de deux sont restées disponibles. Serveurs et serveuses complètement dépassés. Peut-être qu'il faudrait se sectoriser et prendre en charge sa table de clients du début à la fin correctement car Ça papillonne et ça oublie de vous servir votre boisson avec votre repas. Parlons du repas, très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Choucroute insipide. Bref, à ne surtout pas conseiller.

31/07/2024: 27.7 in the evening. The beef fillet ordered "blue" was "rare". Like that of my colleague who ordered “a point”. One side all black, the other all pale. Obviously the kitchen was overwhelmed. I ordered fries, I received baked apples (very good, I must admit...). The Vacquieras de Delas at ~€35 is a shame for the appellation! The service staff, a little stressed, did what they could, in a good mood.

30/07/2024: Excellent value for money. We ate there twice in a row and really liked the different dishes, well presented and good. We will come back when we are in the area again.

28/07/2024: Booked the hotel as an overnight stay on the way. Our room was very hot and the small fan didn't do much to change it or get the air moving. It also smelled quite like a wet dog. The bed was comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. Unfortunately there is no hairdryer. The area is rather questionable and we didn't feel very comfortable. But there are some cameras outside and inside. We booked rooms with breakfast. It starts at 7 a.m. and we were gone. 7:30 a.m. eating. The scrambled eggs were already empty at this point and there was no refill, the boiled eggs were very cold. Otherwise there was a large selection of different things, especially several cakes. The staff is friendly.

23/07/2024: Great room for a night. Very warm. No air conditioning. Comfortable beds.

24/10/2024: Une honte le chef cuisinier et et le personnel de salle et d accueil passer votre chemin y a mieux à munster 4 étoiles plutôt-4 étoiles

02/09/2024: Ah gosh...difficult to find but the welcome is so friendly and smiling. So no regrets...the motel style rooms are well designed (I would change the bathtubs for showers), otherwise the bedding was excellent. The catering was of very good quality and very fresh. We really liked the attentive service, whether for dinner or breakfast. The new owners are clearly making a lot of effort to make everyone's stay very pleasant.

27/08/2024: The rooms are clean but rather small, with limited ventilation. The food is decent, though breakfast isn’t worth the price. Dinner quality varies depending on the day and menu. The location is convenient if you have your own transportation.

16/03/2026: A short family stay that went really well... incredible owners... kindness, availability, etc... a superb restaurant with a breathtaking view of the valley... an exceptional 5-course meal... we were very happy... thank you!

15/03/2026: The hotel boasts a magnificent location overlooking the valley; we never tired of the breathtaking view from our panoramic room and the restaurant. The five-course gourmet dinner was a resounding success, with a truly exceptional chef who masterfully works with local produce, enhanced by exotic spices. The wine list features Alsatian wines from small, independent winemakers, available by the glass, which is a delightful way to sample several vintages. During our weekend stay, the young couple who run the hotel gave us a warm welcome, attentively answering our questions and fulfilling our wishes. We wholeheartedly recommend this high-quality hotel.

20/08/2024: Un accueil et une cuisine généreux, le sourire, aucun stress et un plaisir immense d'arriver à la ferme après une randonnée (et un peu de montée). Un endroit hors du temps, chaleureux et familial, une cuisine comme chez nos grand-mères. Et une vue imprenable sur les vosges. Merci à Colette et sa famille pour ce moment simple et heureux.

07/08/2024: Magnificent place ideal for recharging your batteries. Totally isolated. Remember to make a reservation if you want to eat on site. Possibility of getting into a vehicle for people with reduced mobility.

If you haven't yet had lunch or dinner with Jean-Baptiste and his wife, you have to do it....👍👍 Very warm welcome, Very fine cuisine and with seasonal products😋😋 The chef prepares everything he serves you with care and attention to detail. It's delicious, and in a very very pleasant setting. And the private terrace is really very, very pleasant. You must SEE AND TASTE this DELICIOUS CUISINE from an EXCELLENT CHEF.

09/09/2024: Excellent Alsace food in a nice atmosphere. Despite not having a reservation we were made welcome and shown to a seat within 5 mins.of arrival. Food was fresh, well presented & tasty. Portions were generous and the wine list extensive and well priced for the region .

27/09/2024: First, I want to share my experience about the service. I’ve been to many places and restaurants in France, so I understand the French culture and service. However, at this restaurant, the service from the lady with short blonde hair was really terrible, disappointing👎🏻 no smile, no welcome, and she lacked a service-minded attitude. In contrast, the young man was friendly and smiling, which was appreciated. The foie gras was great, but everything else was just okay, nothing special. I rarely leave negative reviews, but if you’re looking for good service and a warm welcome, this restaurant is one to avoid☹️

20/09/2024: Die Begrüßung war schon ohne Augenkontakt, luststlos uns zu bedienen, die Wartezeiten zu den Bestellungen ewig lang, das Essen war gut, aber der Service eine Katastrophe. Wir haben nach dem Essen über 35 Minuten auf die Rechnung warten müssen. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, das die Inhaberin auf deutsche Gäste keine Lust hat. Wir sind in letzter Zeit viel in Frankreich unterwegs und haben viele nette Franzosen kennen gelernt, das hat uns einen Schritt zurück geworfen, schade.
