30/08/2024: Nous n'y avons pas mangé mais pris un excellent chocolat chaud avec chantilly au goûter en revenant des pistes et c'était délicieux !

05/09/2024: The rooms are very basic but I gave 5 stars because they are clean and excellent value for the price. The service was faultless. I gave 5 stars for location which may be a little misleading for some people as it is about 15 mins from Morzine (the main ski and mountain bike area) but is is a lovely little hamlet which was ideal for us. We had dinner on the terrace and listened to live music. A most enjoyable experience with a very reasonable bill at the end and one we won't forget for a long time. Hope to be back there again in the near future.

30/08/2024: What a pleasure to discover the Tilleuls! They speak English, they sing, they strum in jam sessions, it’s great fun 😍 Dinner is wonderful, we finish the children’s plate because it’s so good. The wait is long but honestly, it's worth the detour! Well done 🎈🎉🫶🏼

01/11/2024: Service et accueil déplorables. À croire que quelqu'un était décédé ce jour-là ! Les serveuses sont peu avenantes et ne se préoccupent pas de la clientèle. Cerise sur le gâteau, si vous aimez les mouches dans votre sauce, foncez ! Aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial. Le rapport qualité/prix est mauvais, la nourriture n'est pas exceptionnelle. Fuyez cet endroit

07/09/2024: Sans réservation, nous avons été très bien accueillies (3 pers). Déjeuner délicieux, avec des produits locaux. Tarifs corrects vu les mets servis. Serveuse charmante et souriante ! vue sur le mont Blanc magnifique ! n'hésitez pas, arrêtez-vous !

07/02/2026: Fantastic hotel, well located, beautifully decorated, the staff is lovely, the restaurant is truly excellent (with a very nice wine list too!), and the spa is very good (including the massages). Thank you so much for this stay!

23/01/2026: First, you'll receive a wonderfully warm welcome; the setting is magnificent, and the location at the foot of the slopes is ideal. The food is so good, although I must admit I've never ordered anything other than the flank steak because I'm such a fan. The desserts are delicious. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the spa is truly comprehensive and spotless. It's very pleasant.

02/07/2024: Service was terrible - our main course never arrived. When we told the waitress we were missing a meal, there was no apology. 45 minutes later, she bought us the complete wrong dish. We told the waitress it was the incorrect dish and she rolled her eyes - still no apology. Everyone else at the table had already finished eating so we told her not to worry about replacing with the correct dish and to remove the meal. She then charged us for it and forced us to pay! Terrible service cannot believe there was no apology

14/08/2024: Le prix était un petit peu élevé, mais tout était bon et la vue était top. Le personnel était accueillant. Petit bémol : nous n'avons pas eu d'eau ni pain malgré deux relances. Nous n'avons pas insisté plus, car nous n'avions que des plats et une boisson, et le temps que l'on attende après nos relances, nos plats étaient déjà presque terminés... mais belle expérience tout de même !

21/06/2024: L'un des pires restaurants Hauts-Savoyards. Patates sous sachet qui sent le plastique, fromage fondu au rabais qui n'a aucun goût. Pela qui est en fait une tartiflette ultra grasse et au goût insipide. Quiche au goût impossible à identifier. Restez dans la vallée !

02/09/2024: Belle découverte lors de notre passage au col du Semnoz😍👍 Personnel très sympathique, service impeccable et repas au top. Je recommande,vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés.❤️❤️

19/08/2024: Le cadre est vraiment chaleureux, la cuisine est très bonne et le personnel est agréable ! L’accès avec le télécabine est facile !

11/02/2024: A very welcoming place, with comfortable rooms and a fully equipped living space. Ideally located, a 200m walk from the Plan Joran cable car and close to all amenities! I highly recommend it!

23/08/2024: Rien à envier aux grands restaurants qui n'en ont que le nom ! Ici, cuisine en famille avec une qualité de produits et une présentation extra ! Une très très belle découverte 🙏

17/06/2024: Les plats sont raffinés, très frais, avec une magnifique présentation. Dommage que l'accueil et le service soient quelque peu distants. Mais le plaisir gustatif est franchement là, c'est l'essentiel.
