01/04/2024: Had a chicken burger here for lunch and unfortunately the kitchen made an error with my order, however the friendly waitress apologized and promptly sorted the issue. Was difficult to eat the burger as it dissolved in my hands and the fries were a bit stale. The service and outdoor seating were pleasant and made for a nice meal.

14/03/2024: Family lunch, excellent, very tasty burgers, fish & chips and tagliatelle with pesto. We all loved it!!! The fries are homemade, the pesto was incredibly good. We had a great time and recommend 1000%! Please note, there are also daily specials, which is very nice at the bottom of the slopes. And the ultra-smiling waitresses :) thank you very much!!!

01/04/2024: Morzine gets pretty busy during Feb half term and lots of places were busier, more expensive or more difficult to get a table. We got a table without booking on the Thursday night and were wondering if there was a reason....We had a nice meal and immediately booked to come back on the Saturday. We had spaghetti bolognese, burger and steak across our two visits and all were good. Nice side salads. Good beers - including non alcoholic option for the non-drinker. Service was good. It was a pretty quick experience, quite efficient but that suited us and no complaints. There was a good mix of Brits and French customers and all seemed to be having a good time. Some big family groups enjoying themselves and seemed to be quite a lot of local aperitifs available if you wanted.

11/11/2024: We had a comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. The kids got the master bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom. Parents were quite happy with their smaller room + double bed. Plenty of space + well equipped kitchen. We visited in November so not many people around. Weather was mild so enjoyed a Sunday morning cycle direction Semnoz with some cool scenery.... Bought some breakfast goodies at Lidl (5 minute cycle away). Shame we couldn't stay longer.

13/07/2024: I didn’t know what to expect is it’s a quiet part of the mountains and the restaurant booked a little bit tired on deck and outside . But …..The food was excellent and the service was really friendly. They had a special mushroom omelette with a cream sauce. Wow ! Probably the nicest omelette I’ve ever tasted . Great thin cut home-made chips too . Hidden gem for lunch !

02/09/2024: Parfaitement bien situé. L’établissement possède des chambres, un restaurant, une brasserie /pizzeria. Une belle terrasse. Le personnel est accueillant. Le service se fait à votre rythme. La carte est donc fournie et vous y trouverez votre bonheur. Les pizzas sont excellentes et en quantité. Les prix sont raisonnables. Je recommande.

06/01/2025: Fantastic gem of a hotel in stunning surroundings. Arrived 1st week Jan to plenty of snow. 90min taxi transfer from Geneva. Rooms are basic but great - quiet location, comfy beds, hot shower, adjustable radiator, balcony overlooking L'etale ski lift. Lovely continental buffet breakfast and evening meals available, fabulous burgers. 2 ski lifts right next to hotel - U'fredy beginners slope and L'etale for intermediates. Ski storage room available. Very reliable bus service outside hotel (bus no.6) to go to La Clusaz town. Ski hire shop 500m walk or 1 stop on the bus. There is an automated kiosk by the bus stop you can collect your pre-booked lift passes. Would highly recommended this family friendly hotel and staff were very helpful.

04/01/2025: Very well located hotel, magnificent view! Free shuttle to the center of La Clusaz, a 2-minute walk away and parking right in front of the hotel. Friendly welcome and service, in a family environment. Very beautiful, practical room with a view of the slopes. Some oversights regarding cleanliness in the room.. Quiet hotel, ideal for resting and enjoying your vacation! Breakfast at the top: copious, and good quality products with lots of choice.

23/11/2024: Lunch on a Sunday noon with my family! A very nice discovery, we were looking for a place to eat around 1:30 p.m. and when I came across this address, I was able to reserve a slot to eat at 2 p.m. When we arrived at the front, the owner came out to welcome us and install us upstairs. In terms of reception, very warm, simple and fast service! The waitress was kind and attentive to the end! If you want to try a dish, the salmon burger is a pure delight! We ate very well, the generous proportions also for the children's menus! Modern decoration and warm atmosphere! An address to discover without delay!!! ☺️

17/11/2024: We went on a Saturday afternoon to eat waffles and hot chocolate. Powdered chocolate from Carrefour (box on counter) the price is bad and we waited a good 15 minutes for a super hard waffle. Even when understaffed, according to the manager, an effort must be made. On the other hand, the servers work well.

17/10/2024: 2 x in a week to eat, home cooking with local products and served with conviviality. All very friendly in answering our questions about the resort. I highly recommend

23/08/2024: Venu à notre arrivée dans la station nous avons goûté aux spécialités cela fut excellent . Et bien nous sommes retourner en soirée qui était fraîche la patronne nous a proposé à l intérieur si l on souhaitait patronne très attentionné et repas toujours excellent en changent de la dernière fois merci nous recommandons bien sur .

20/09/2024: To avoid, waitress next to the plate, worms still alive in the salad, and when I point it out to the waitress, she tells me that there is nothing abnormal. first and last time in this restaurant

29/08/2024: I can understand the tourist rip-off thing. €14 for 2 cappuccinos and 2 croissants?? This is outrageous. However, the coffee was good and so was the croissant.

12/08/2024: Great views, very dated facilities. Not at all dog friendly, dogs not allowed in bar terrace despite the owners having their own dogs there. Very noisy and quite smelly at times. Would not recommend to anyone with dogs, lake adjacent was ok for dogs early morning or late in the afternoon. Railway is a 30 mins walk but worth it to get into chamonix

08/12/2024: For many years and always satisfied, I recommend the house smoked salmon or the seasonal foie gras. This is the entrance. I have always enjoyed the beef fillet and its vegetables. The boss will advise you on a selection of good wines to accompany this menu, with tasting and moderation. Very good assessment.
