11/07/2026: Restaurant located just steps from the Museum of Fine Arts. Excellent cuisine and fine wines; it's always a pleasure to return to Le Chantecler. They offer a set menu with three options for lunch. The food is of exceptional quality: all the senses are awakened upon the arrival of the dishes (sight, taste, and smell...). The welcome and service are also excellent!

29/05/2026: It's always a pleasure to have lunch at La Galiote, and especially right now on the shaded terrace. I particularly recommend the homemade Potjevleesch, like everything else, by the way—the best I've ever had!

10/06/2026: Given the rave reviews, we were hoping for a fantastic meal. We left disappointed. The value for money was simply not there. The knives were certainly good, but served lukewarm with a side dish that clashed (parsley sauce versus raspberry vinegar???) and, most importantly, the octopus was rubbery, especially considering the €37 price tag – it was simply unacceptable! In the end, €180 for two people; we won't be spending that much again.

The food was delicious.I'm vegetarian and the veggie burger was so yummy whilst my partner got to try escargot. There is a lovely business to the street and we enjoyed our time people-watching. Accessibility: the restaurant has a step but my partner and I were perfectly comfortable sat outside due to his wheelchair.

The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, with expertly balanced flavors and high-quality ingredients. Each plate reflected true expertise and meticulous attention to detail. We would also like to highlight the kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the entire front-of-house team. The service was impeccable, warm without being intrusive, and we felt truly welcomed. A big thank you as well for the thoughtful touches that made this very special occasion even more memorable. These small gestures contributed to making our wedding anniversary even more special. A truly wonderful restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back.

12/07/2026: Hello. I try to remain respectful of the employees' motivation. We're not approaching Michelin-starred levels, and thankfully, that's not the point. But I do want to say that at that price, I would have appreciated better food and wine pairing. That won't stop me from coming back.
