10/09/2024: I came today and frankly a disaster. Potato salad with potatoes not cooked properly, then I had sea bream. I get a piece of fish thrown on the plate with a ton of sauce. Fish way too cooked and therefore inedible. As a result I paid for a starter that I didn't eat and only vegetables. I know it's still industrial cooking but when we see that they make real fries, we should perhaps teach them how to cook fish and how to be friendly and smiling with the customers

19/09/2024: Don't fall into the trap, disgusting food and very slow service. €18 for a piece of heated plastic cheese, a grilled egg that tasted like the previous dish and some scalded and greasy French fries. What a galactic black hole.

15/09/2024: Despite the unfavorable reviews we had read about this restaurant, we were well received. We took a raclette which we appreciated on the taste and quantities. The room staff was smiling and pleasant.

03/09/2024: A morning coffee with a sweet treat in the calm of this friendly place in St Charles, at the top.

30/08/2024: The bakery has had to change bakers because the bread is no longer good as well as the pastries and pastries as well as the staff who are not at all pleasant, many of us are thinking this way, for my part I don't I don't go there anymore even though I've been going there for years!

03/09/2024: When you have a memorable experience in a bad way like this, you take the time to write it down, because neither French nor Spanish should have to endure this restaurant. RUN AWAY. - 3 bitter old managers behind the bar have only one ability: to shout at the young waitresses who arrive crying at our tables, without a manager to help them manage a 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. service. - Direct impact of their lack of organization: 30 minutes to get bread (!) 1h30 wait to get the main course (!!), tables tired of waiting everywhere, and managers who stir up even more air because they drown in a glass of water. - In fact, if you made the effort to ignore the wait and the dirty tables, you would think that the kitchen was ok, but unfortunately it was almost cold on arrival, with pieces of glass in the dishes in sauce (!!!) Hey, managers, what if you reworked your organization? That would be a greater success than making people cry in the workplace.

02/09/2024: The food is bad, oily potatoes fried hours before and reheated, stinky fish, desserts with a bad taste and the smell of a dirty cloth, the girl who served smelled bad. Very high price for poor quality that it serves. Awful

09/09/2024: Bar restaurant typical of the Basque country. The sangria is good, the tapas are varied and good. We had a nice time!

03/09/2024: Error in ordering blonde beer.. white beer.. Error in the final invoice +2euros. Too bad the frame is great.

25/08/2024: The manager attacked us as we passed on the other side of the road, accusing us of not having picked up my dog's excrement when he did nothing.

24/08/2024: So where do I start? *the service: we seemed to be disturbing, the waitress was not friendly *the kitchen: half of the products were missing, the prime rib was full of nerves. Carafe of water I’m still waiting for it 😄😄 A tourist trap, to avoid And I forgot: the bread is cut by hand.

10/08/2024: Modern reception and common space. As for the room, it remains to be desired, especially when there are cockroaches. Price too expensive.

07/09/2024: Avoid... the ice creams are OK but nothing extraordinary and above all too expensive (€3 a scoop), the smoothies have no taste (except that of frozen) and when you politely and respectfully ask for a gesture for a tasteless raspberry smoothie, the manager is unpleasant and bad faith. With so many years of career, he should know that it is better to consent to a gesture or offer a scoop of ice cream rather than simply not admitting that objectively there was a problem.. result: 1 bad review.

06/09/2024: Very bad experience - absolutely avoid! We visited this ice cream parlor/creperie to enjoy smoothies and ice cream, but were extremely disappointed. The smoothies were clearly made with poor quality frozen fruit, and the taste left something to be desired. But the worst part is still the boss's attitude. When we politely point out to him that his products are bad, he blows, shows unbearable arrogance and categorically refuses to make the slightest commercial gesture. If you are looking for a place to enjoy quality products and respectful customer service, I highly recommend you stop by!

23/08/2024: The squeezed orange ordered had a very chemical taste...and with that, unpleasant service. Too bad because the setting is pleasant.
