Correct price
07/12/2024: We were on a road trip and stopped to La Bourse located on the town central car park. This can be an advantage to keep an eye on your car and goods inside. The food quality was correct. The place is nice and clean. However, we never got served for the entire meal we ordered for, but paid for it as it was a course formula. Unfortunately, the 2 attendants were not numerous enough to serve everyone they accepted in the room. We spent two hours awaiting for the rest of our meals and decided to leave. The attendant apologized and showed poor respect for the manager/owner of the place who does not really care for the good operation of the restaurant and the business ethics. I strongly recommend to avoid La Bourse restaurant.

20/09/2024: Placement without difficulty, after asking, for an aperitif with tapas.
After a bit of a long wait before taking our order.
The glasses arrived with two errors (drinks and note swapped with another order) then after the waiter called back, put down our glasses without telling us which one was for whom! Had to remind them to make sure it wasn't for other customers.
Then, we waited a while longer for our tapas which didn't arrive, until we asked our waiter, surprised to see that we were waiting for something!
And of course it was missing, which was the excuse for saying it wasn't ready...
When paying, with the error on the bill, the waiter scrambled to give us the total of the uncorrected bill + our tapas which made an even higher bill than normal and when he saw that I seemed surprised, he apologized, then he did it again with the correction.
So, in conclusion the cocktails were ok as well as the tapas parties but the service was not up to par with this waiter.
Lack of organization of the entire service noted.
Damage !

01/10/2024: We will keep good memories of our stay at Château d'Arpaillargues.
The welcome is warm, the setting is beautiful, the swimming pool and jacuzzi are very nice.
The restaurant is very good and the servers are great. (I loved the house cocktail.)
The breakfast is varied and plentiful.
We are very satisfied.

Very great quality wines you have to know how to appreciate.
Take your time for 3 to 4 hours at lunchtime.
Count aperitif and wine per person see below. The wine list is superb.
Reservation: ask for the menus. For Mother's Day we only had one menu, which we were able to modify for dessert.
01/04/2024: We had a great time in this restaurant. The dishes are prepared with fresh produce: a real treat. The welcome from Tania, the owner, was great. We will come back without hesitation.
