19/10/2025: Despite booking by phone, we weren't informed that only one charcuterie platter was available (and also oysters), and the platter was really quite mediocre... for €12. It seems this was due to the large crowds that day related to the medieval festival...

16/08/2025: A very warm welcome. My charcuterie board was high quality, with excellent products. They offer local products on the menu, specifying their origins. The local beer (Agora) is definitely worth trying.

The cuisine featured fresh, seasonal ingredients and a varied menu, with affordable and delicious daily specials. Refreshing cocktails and a fantastic ambiance! Thank you, Emma! A special thank you to Luis for his good humor and professionalism. The icing on the cake? The pool and spa, with such a kind lady who pampered us with massages tailored to our needs! We mustn't forget Fiona, Miss Gris, and all the other little cats who cuddled us throughout our stay ❤️ We'll be back!

25/05/2026: We booked a one-night stay. The hotel scheduled check-in for 4:00 PM and check-out for 10:00 AM. We arrived at 3:30 PM, but the entire villa, including the restaurant, bar, and pool, was reserved for our exclusive use until the end of the day. As a result, we received no refund and were unable to use the facilities we had paid for. We were able to return home. I find it shameful that management refused to issue a refund after their mistake. 🤡 (The receptionist was unable to help, but the service was good.)

19/05/2026: We stayed at Les 3 Barbus for the long weekend in May, a very pleasant stay in a breathtaking natural setting. The place is perfect for recharging your batteries.

08/05/2026: A superb stay at Les 3 Barbus. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and professionalism in a magnificent, peaceful, and charming setting. The hotel is remarkable: the rooms are elegant, very comfortable, and impeccably maintained, with splendid views of the surrounding nature. You immediately feel a soothing and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for disconnecting and fully enjoying your stay. The bedding is excellent, and every detail seems designed with guests' well-being in mind. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and passionate, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit in the region for a truly timeless stay. We will gladly return!

29/05/2026: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Le Patio des Garrigues, just a stone's throw from Nîmes. The place is magnificent, peaceful, and a real escape, with superb plane trees, a lovely terrace, and an almost idyllic atmosphere where you immediately feel like you're on vacation. But what we truly loved most was Laurence. We have rarely been welcomed with such kindness, generosity, and attentiveness. Laurence literally went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always with a smile and incredible thoughtfulness. Thanks to her, we had a wonderful time and shared unforgettable moments with friends. You can tell she loves hosting and making people happy, and that makes all the difference. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, both for its location and for the exceptional warmth and hospitality. Thank you again, Laurence!

29/05/2026: A stay for 8 friends at Laurence's wonderful host's place. An incredible welcome, a truly wonderful person, I highly recommend her, we had a fantastic time!

06/03/2026: I called the blonde waitress over to ask for the dessert menu, and she brushed me off, saying she was finishing up with her customers, even though it was the customers who had told her I was calling her. There are more respectful and friendly ways to be treated than by this waitress, whose dismissive and hurtful tone was truly offensive. Unfortunately, I won't be going back, even though the pizzas are very good. The waitress really needs some customer service training.

04/05/2026: Extremely disappointed to have bought a four-slice Black Forest cake for May Day! While strolling through Nîmes, I was surprised to see this bakery/pastry shop open on the public holiday. Accustomed to buying pastries, I was tempted by the Black Forest cake that had caught my eye in the window. (Knowing that very few bakeries/pastry shops offer it for sale.) The very helpful and friendly saleswoman gave me the following instructions (given that the cakes are kept at a "low temperature" in their refrigerator, according to her): "Once you get home, leave the cake out for two hours to eat it immediately this evening, then put it back in the refrigerator." "You can consume it for up to 3 days." Imagine my surprise when I ate a cake that was still hard/frozen in the center, and I realized I'd paid for a mountain of cream and very little sponge cake, practically none at all. Only the cherries were generous (and the cream, let's not forget). But worse, I got sick that very evening after the meal and spent the entire weekend ill… this was not how I had envisioned my May Day weekend. €16 for a "Black Forest" cake (4 slices) For cream and cherries? And the saleswoman was telling me about the bakery's reputation! I find this outrageous and I feel like I've been ripped off! I'm even considering going to a different bakery in the future.

14/06/2026: We stopped for a drink with some friends; there were only six of us on the terrace. The waiter (bartender) seemed more interested in washing glasses than in greeting the customers. We had to go see the manager after a 10-minute wait to get a drink. We ordered a Coke and an Orangina (bottles already open) plus a beer with a very bitter taste. I absolutely do not recommend this place. We received better service and a warmer welcome elsewhere. Simply put, we won't be back.

04/03/2026: We ate at the restaurant on our way back with our tour group. Very well located, in a peaceful setting amidst the vineyards, we enjoyed a very good meal. Thank you to Charlotte and Yannick for their warm welcome. We highly recommend this place!
