We eat at this restaurant almost every summer and we always have a wonderful meal. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are generous, and we always receive excellent advice. It's a real pleasure every time we visit. The service is also top-notch: the owner or manager is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, as is the rest of the team. We feel truly valued, and that's rare enough to be worth mentioning! I find it a real shame that this establishment isn't rated as highly as it deserves, because we've never been disappointed. On the contrary, we happily return every year. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant without hesitation! A fantastic place where you can enjoy delicious food and a warm welcome. We will continue to return with great pleasure! 😊

05/09/2026: People come back to this establishment again and again for the food, the warm welcome, and the exceptional setting. The rooms are simple but the bedding is comfortable. Aurélia, her team, and the other guests make you feel more like you're staying with friends than in a hotel. It's a place like this, and there aren't many left, provided you're open to this less Instagrammable style of tourism.

02/12/2025: What can I say? The food was reasonably good, the service pleasant, the waiter was friendly despite his lack of formal training, and the dining room was empty while the other restaurants on the square were full. The value for money was definitely lacking. Two things really disappointed us. First, I asked the waiter what vegetables were in my dish, and he couldn't tell me. When we came back, we learned that the chef had gone home, and the waiter explained that the kitchen assistant was running the show. Second, we were refused an upgrade to a higher-priced menu because, and I quote, the waiter said, "I ask at the beginning because I don't know how to upgrade the menu when the bill arrives." So we ended up paying full price for a starter/main course plus dessert, even though a three-course menu (starter/main/dessert) was available. This is the first time this has ever happened to us.

30/09/2026: The fillet and rib of bull were exceptional: perfectly cooked, the meat tender and flavorful. Perfect for a carnivorous dinner. Welcoming service: they served us promptly and kindly. Being in the historic center, there is no parking, but we were very happy with our choice. Thank you.

17/08/2026: We ate at this pizzeria for lunch today and honestly, we loved it! 😍🍕 The pizzas are amazing and huge: we were stuffed! 😂 And as a bonus, we got to take our pizza home! 🍕 The salads are also very good and the ice cream was excellent 🍨. We received a super warm welcome, the service was very fast, and the place is really pleasant. And above all, the prices are more than reasonable considering the quality and the generous portions! A fantastic find, we 100% recommend it and we'll definitely be back! ❤️

13/08/2026: We ordered 5 pizzas which were ready on time, as promised. My children and grandchildren loved them. The prices are unbeatable and the quality is excellent. We will be back.

10/08/2026: The pizza was affordable, which is what made me order it, but I've never seen a pizza so stingy with the toppings. There was no taste of tomato sauce, no taste of goat cheese at all, there was so little on it. The crust tasted good, but I don't order a pizza just to eat cooked crust. The pizza was extremely thin and cold. What a shame. To answer your comment left under mine: Actually, I wasn't talking about the taste of the crust; it was the only thing that slightly redeemed the pizza. I'm talking about the toppings: there was so little tomato sauce and Emmental cheese on the Margherita that you could barely taste them. The pizza was so thin that the sauce had soaked into the crust, which was crispy all over. The goat cheese and honey pizza was the same: very little goat cheese, cut extremely thinly, and very little honey. I'm really not someone who easily leaves bad reviews. I know perfectly well what a Margherita and a goat cheese and honey pizza are, since I order them regularly. I'm not saying all your pizzas are bad, I'm just talking about the two I received, which were my first order from you. They also arrived lukewarm and had cooled down by the time I ate them. The photos clearly show the amount of toppings, so it's not a matter of being disingenuous: I was simply disappointed and felt I didn't get my money's worth. Sometimes you just have to accept that an order can be a flop. And apparently, criticism is supposed to be constructive, but you seem to have a hard time taking it. I really don't see why I would lie about two pizzas: what would I gain from making up a story about a Margherita and a goat cheese and honey pizza? The photos speak for themselves. So just take the criticism on board and do better next time, rather than giving the impression that I'm just "cooking up" something for two pizzas. Amazing, have a great day anyway!!

27/09/2026: My wife, daughter, and I had lunch there. We arrived 10 minutes after our reservation time and had no problem getting a table. It was quite busy, but there were a few empty tables. We waited 45 minutes for our order to be taken. Several times while we waited, we asked for water—it was hot and we were thirsty—but no one brought it. We placed our order, asked for water again, our food arrived, and we still didn't get any water. Finally, a waiter who seemed a bit overwhelmed took pity on us and brought some. The food... well... decent pâté, salad with ham and a poached egg, a side salad, beef cooked perfectly but cold, and some typical local products: cherries, fuet (a type of cured sausage), olive pâté, cod pâté, and a tangy one. In short, edible. The best thing was the location and the price: 65 euros for everything.

25/09/2026: A very good experience. The decor is charming, the staff competent and friendly. The food is excellent and very good value for money. I will definitely return if I am in the area again 👌🏻

12/10/2026: We booked because of its good reputation... First and last time! Has the chef changed? Or is it budget cuts by the owner, and the chef is doing what he can with the ingredients provided? In any case, it wasn't up to the price of the meal and the menu. A shame, because it's in a good location next to the Nîmes arena!
