11/04/2026: A disastrous experience with Le President-Gare Nîmes Pont du Gard. During my booking, it was clearly stated that the baby cot was free. This information was crucial in my decision. Once the reservation was made, the hotel reversed it, claiming it was a "mistake"—an unacceptable and misleading practice. When I asserted my rights, quite legitimately, the response was simply astounding: an aggressive tone, no attempt at self-reflection, and I was simply advised to cancel and look elsewhere. Absolutely no sense of customer service, no consideration, no solutions offered. This falls far short of the expected standards in the hotel industry. Refusing to honor one's own terms and conditions after booking, then speaking rudely to the customer, is a recipe for disaster. I strongly advise against this establishment if you are looking for even a modicum of professionalism and decency.

07/04/2026: A disappointing stay. The rooms were dark and not particularly clean, and extremely noisy. Everything in this hotel has been neglected; it's starting to seem like it's only being used until it stops attracting guests.

12/04/2026: Non-existent hygiene, catastrophic service. Honestly, it looks like they packed the bag with their feet: spilled fries, open drinks, everything in a jumble. Is even a minimum of cleanliness and professionalism too much to ask? Avoid at all costs.

07/04/2026: Very satisfied. We ate there on a Tuesday at lunchtime and the place was clean, the service was quick and for once the containers of fries were full.

26/01/2025: The staff was very friendly and gave me two amuse bouche as a freebie, and even when I said I wouldn't eat dessert, they gave it to me as a freebie :) I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably because the 4-5 employees who passed by without a single person kept asking me if the taste was good, if I was eating well, if I needed anything else, and if I needed anything, I could call them at any time! Plat was of course delicious 😊

25/01/2025: Impeccable service, nothing to say. But the prices are absurd: €21 for the cheapest entry, €10 for a bottle of Coke. It seems like it's meant to rip off tourists. Very disappointing.

21/11/2025: Tourist trap! They charged us €5 for a cappuccino that tasted more like milk than anything else. The woman who served us was rude.

27/03/2026: A successful lunch, affordable price, friendly service that wasn't rushed and didn't take an hour either. The set menu was worth it and their dessert was delicious! I recommend it.

05/03/2026: I sat on the terrace for 15 minutes, and seeing the waiter at the counter, I thought he was busy, so I decided to go order my drink. At 6:10 PM, the terrace was full, and he told me: service is over. Okay, then change your hours to 7:30 AM / 7:30 PM…

08/05/2026: In three words: "Top notch" A great meal (and on the house, too) In short, I had a strong craving for Flunch at lunchtime, as you might say. A 5-minute drive and I'm in heaven. Steak with a roast and loads of sides, Fries, stir-fried vegetables, green beans. As usual, absolutely crazy! €8 for a bottle of wine, the day will fly by, thanks Flunch. Update from the evening of April 19th. What a disappointment to see such a big chain letting the Flunch spirit wither away… The all-you-can-eat buffet is really lacking in variety, unlike usual. In short, not very happy with the service, I don't know if I'll be back.

03/05/2026: The food was very good, and the service was pleasant and friendly. One drawback: a lack of tables during lunchtime service, as many people were taking them simply to have one coffee and five glasses of water per person. And you expect to wait for a table! Flunch is no longer a cafeteria, but a café...

29/08/2025: Just passing through, a minimum of 15 euros by credit card, because "they charge too many bank fees." You pay either in cash (there's an ATM 300 meters away, and the fees are the customer's!) or by credit card (and it's a minimum of 15 euros for the customer). We were there casually. Ojo, si pagais con tarjeta bancaria son 15 euros minimo. Los precios no estan correctamente visuel. Y se dice algo contestan mal. No recomiendo.

15/01/2026: A wonderful surprise at Domino's! This restaurant greatly enhanced the good mood I felt during my visit to Nîmes over a few days. I made two visits and was pleasantly surprised from the very first. The pizza chef was highly skilled and deserves recognition for her dedication, even during the busy service. Furthermore, the warm welcome was also noteworthy, highlighting their mastery at every level! Go for it, everyone!

21/10/2025: After an hour of waiting and two calls to the Domino's restaurant, a complete lack of professionalism was demonstrated. I spoke to a gentleman who clearly told me he couldn't know where my order was because he couldn't contact them, and that the delay was Uber's fault. After an interminable hour of waiting, the delivery man arrived as if nothing had happened. I asked him two simple questions: The first, who hired you, and the second, "Can Domino's contact you?" The answer was yes. I spent my evening calling every 20 minutes to make sure my order arrived cold. On top of being ungrateful and treating customers like idiots on the phone, they're incapable of handling a single order. This is the first and last time I'll order from this so-called company. If you continue to treat customers like idiots on the phone, you'll go far. It's a disgrace.

18/04/2026: I love this brand, their sophisticated fragrances, and their high-quality products. However, €7.60 for tiny balls, in Macron's France, is ridiculous... The quantity/price ratio is simply not there; even the cardboard cup was laughable.

14/04/2026: This was truly our favorite place in Uzès, and what a disappointment this year… the scoops have become tiny and the quality of service has drastically declined. The ice cream is still delicious, but the price is no longer justified.
