09/09/2026: A true institution of Marseilles bouillabaisse

08/09/2026: A decent restaurant with good, if not overpriced bouillabaisse, only serves 2 but still far too much food for us. They serve a bowl of the broth before they bring you the full meal after showing the seafood they will cook in it. The broth is delicious and you can tell there is experience and culinary skills that go into making it. We paired it with a nice white cote du rhone. Service was ok but less that the standard we’d expect at 80 euros per person. Not much of a view either (it’s not harbor side) the seats are uncomfortable and the lighting bright and intrusive. I wouldn’t go back, but it was a decent experience once.

11/08/2026: Very disappointed, the meal was very expensive, especially the foie gras starter on the set menu at €35 – you wonder where the foie gras was. A lost customer.

27/09/2026: A perfect experience from start to finish! The food is excellent, the service impeccable and warm, and the atmosphere very pleasant. You can go there without hesitation.

13/10/2026: I've been eating there for years; this weekend I found a cockroach in the accessible toilet! It's a shame I'd already paid the bill because I would have asked to see a manager and asked not to pay (there were 10 of us). It disgusted me and put me off because if there's one, there are bound to be hundreds more! They must be roaming EVERYWHERE at night! In the kitchens, on our plates, and so on! Furthermore, when I arrived, I ordered an aperitif but refused to drink it because the bottom of the glass was covered in brown crusts! (Clingy droppings, perhaps?) I will NEVER go there again; there's nothing more disgusting than cockroaches in a restaurant! And I won't be recommending them.

03/10/2026: I called at 9:40 pm on a Friday evening to ask if my son and I could go there to eat. They told me yes, but that they would be clearing the buffet at 10:30 pm. Okay, no problem, we'd have time to eat. Then at 10:40 pm, they clearly showed us the door and told us we were leaving now. I'm sorry, but I found that very inappropriate, especially on a Friday evening. Where is the respect for the customer?

13/09/2026: An address I still love ❤️ I've been going to Seven Hill for a while now, and with each visit, I'm always just as satisfied. The food is excellent, the dishes are delicious and high-quality, the welcome is warm, and the service is always pleasant. I also want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the owner, who is always welcoming, smiling, and attentive to her customers. You can tell she cares about her establishment and does everything she can to ensure everyone has a good time. It's truly appreciated and deserves to be highlighted. I find it really unfortunate to see so many negative comments, because personally, my experience has always been very positive. Of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I wanted to share mine because I think it's also important to highlight when you're satisfied. Thank you to the entire Seven Hill team for your welcome, your kindness, and the quality of your work. It's always a pleasure to come to your restaurant, and I will definitely be back! I recommend it without hesitation!

25/08/2026: So where to begin. The owner is incredibly unpleasant, both to her staff and her customers. She speaks very rudely and is haughty. Beware, dear customer, you have absolutely no privacy. She's always watching the security cameras, and if you happen to joke around with the waiters, she'll ban you from the restaurant because her waiters aren't allowed to joke with the customers. 07/09/2026: I've been treating myself to little luxuries at this place for a long time now. Oh, I did try other options: the result? I came back to Mekong. The quality has remained consistently high over time. Here are my 5 stars: quality, flavor, freshness of the products, service, and cleanliness of the premises.

24/08/2026: 40 minutes for an order at 2 PM is unacceptable. The person was very slow, didn't seem to know what they were doing, and kept asking others. They made three mistakes with the order.

23/08/2026: It's funny, but for a fast food place, we waited over 17 minutes for our order, and it was still incomplete...it's quite funny, really.

28/10/2025: Strange experience. Negative points: The owner was smoking a cigarette outside the table at 7:30 pm when we arrived. There were two forks instead of one and a knife on the table. The table next to us wasn't fully set. There were stains on the tablecloth on the side facing the customer. Only one red wine was available (due to a delivery issue...) and it was served cold because "it's just come from the cellar, you'll have to wait a bit"... (if there were no other wines, why wasn't it at least brought to room temperature beforehand??). The scallop risotto was underwhelming, far from being a risotto, with barely two scallops on the plate. The starter was a trio of foie gras, including pan-seared foie gras served on a chilled plate. There was a 30-minute wait between courses (and there were only six tables). The desserts were uninspired and expensive, especially for a mass-produced chocolate fondant (15 euros, just the Metro brand fondant, and a scoop of store-bought sorbet). The owner was smoking a cigarette at 8:50 pm (in the company of the chef, so it's no wonder we waited 30 minutes between courses), so we went outside to ask for the bill. I asked where the restrooms were, and the owner said, "Wait, I'll go check, I haven't had time to clean them," and flushed the toilet in front of me... no soap. That's outrageous. Positive points: The welcome was still friendly. The food was well-prepared, the ingredients were good, but nothing was exceptional, even if the techniques and cooking methods were sound. For example, the scallop risotto was far from being a risotto, and inexplicably topped with the same garnish as all the other dishes (the same one I had on my tournedos Rossini): a mix of sautéed vegetables, including potatoes. About the risotto... The place is quite unusual. An experience costing 100 euros for two, but not worth it. A shame. 100 euros is a lot of money.

17/10/2025: Extremely good. Even at past midnight, you could eat. Lovely place. We were the only two that late night. Clear, cosy and romantic. Fresh products, nice attendance. Tasty. My girlfriend said orgasmic. Served by the Chef himself. Not as expensive as it should be. A place to recommend, no doubt.

21/08/2026: A lovely team. Very good and very generous portions. From what we understand, this is a new team taking over the establishment, so we wish them the best of luck and all the best for the future.
