28/05/2026: Super friendly service, good food, fantastic atmosphere (exactly what I wanted). It was sparsely populated at 1 p.m., which was pleasant. They didn't have the paella I wanted, so I opted for the excellent fish and chips (fried fish fillet, chips, salad). They brought me a large carafe of water without me even asking. The coffee was superb. The bill was so low, I could hardly believe it. That left more for the tip.

06/06/2026: What can I say? You can eat from 12pm to 11pm with top-notch service, relaxed, calm, and friendly... and all with good quality ingredients.

09/08/2026: I received a very poor welcome when I went to pay by the manager, as payment by credit card was impossible, even though I had booked by phone and this was never mentioned. There are no ATMs in the immediate vicinity, and this was never mentioned to me. The woman was condescending and even aggressive. In short, I won't be going back anytime soon.

08/08/2026: Good food, friendly servers. However, the owner treats you like dirt, and be warned, she doesn't accept credit cards. Only cash and bank transfers. This wasn't mentioned when booking, but she was ready to give you her bank details. The owner is not pleasant at all. If you enjoy being treated rudely, go ahead without hesitation. We won't be returning.

07/12/2025: The daily specials are often varied, but the meat dishes are of inconsistent quality, and the cooking of meats is frequently inconsistent. There is little competition in this area. Business has been increasing since the change in management.

12/08/2026: Yesterday at the Anduze market, I received a very poor welcome from the waiter wearing a white watch. If stress bothers him, he should change jobs.

08/08/2026: A very disappointing experience. The waiter was unfriendly, unsmiling, and unprofessional. We ordered a Perrier, and they brought us a different drink without explanation. When we went to the counter to point it out, we were simply told they were out of Perrier, even though they should have informed us when we ordered. Furthermore, the waiter took our bill without giving us a receipt and didn't bring our change; we had to ask for it three times. A complete lack of professionalism and consideration for customers. Avoid at all costs.

20/07/2026: A very nice hotel room, modern, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The bedding was of very good quality, and everything was spotless. The stay was very pleasant thanks to the comfort of the place. I highly recommend it!

13/07/2026: I came last night with a friend and we had a great time. The waiter had already finished his shift, but he still took the time to prepare our meal, which was really appreciated. The dishes were very good, well-presented, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. I highly recommend this bar; we had a wonderful meal!

05/08/2026: The food was excellent, plentiful, even too plentiful... half the plates would be enough even for a hearty eater, what a waste! But that doesn't detract from the quality of the food or the friendliness of the staff.

The cuisine featured fresh, seasonal ingredients and a varied menu, with affordable and delicious daily specials. Refreshing cocktails and a fantastic ambiance! Thank you, Emma! A special thank you to Luis for his good humor and professionalism. The icing on the cake? The pool and spa, with such a kind lady who pampered us with massages tailored to our needs! We mustn't forget Fiona, Miss Gris, and all the other little cats who cuddled us throughout our stay ❤️ We'll be back!

25/05/2026: We booked a one-night stay. The hotel scheduled check-in for 4:00 PM and check-out for 10:00 AM. We arrived at 3:30 PM, but the entire villa, including the restaurant, bar, and pool, was reserved for our exclusive use until the end of the day. As a result, we received no refund and were unable to use the facilities we had paid for. We were able to return home. I find it shameful that management refused to issue a refund after their mistake. 🤡 (The receptionist was unable to help, but the service was good.)

19/05/2026: We stayed at Les 3 Barbus for the long weekend in May, a very pleasant stay in a breathtaking natural setting. The place is perfect for recharging your batteries.

The hotel is remarkable: the rooms are elegant, very comfortable, and impeccably maintained, with splendid views of the surrounding nature. You immediately feel a soothing and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for disconnecting and fully enjoying your stay. The bedding is excellent, and every detail seems designed with guests' well-being in mind. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and passionate, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit in the region for a truly timeless stay. We will gladly return!

04/06/2026: We received a very warm welcome despite arriving at the last minute and at the end of service. The salad was excellent, with fresh, local produce (asparagus, green beans, etc.), and we enjoyed strawberry soup for dessert. The owner was very kind and even refilled our water bottles with fresh water and ice before we left.

02/08/2026: Conveniently located on the side of the square. The staff are friendly and attentive. The menu is varied, and the prices are reasonable. The service is quick, and you can eat all day until 1 a.m., which is very convenient.
