01/07/2026: I came for the first and last time to fill my belly. A unique experience: being told off for drinking water because it would cost the establishment too much. Quite an original business concept. The owner, for his part, is remarkable for his friendliness and hospitality… or rather, for their complete lack thereof. Clearly, a new form of experimental dining.

18/06/2026: The coffee tasted average, but the waitress had a smile on the inside.

08/08/2026: Aside from the superb food, the service is incredibly slow. I'm annoyed when there's a delay. There's no need to cover it up or sweeten the deal with a complimentary digestif.

08/08/2026: The food was good but the service was very slow, an hour's wait between the starter and the main course, we weren't very hungry for the rest of the meal and the annoyance spoiled the moment… as compensation we were offered a digestif which I didn't drink because I don't like it at all, and a dessert that we hadn't ordered… I do, however, commend the kindness of the waiters….

31/07/2026: Pleasant place with a lovely sea view, friendly staff, we ate very well, Lou Guardan, a specialty to start with, an excellent peach wine, and I recommend the Guardianne de Taureau as a main course.

23/07/2026: This is the perfect place for a quick bite while visiting Uzès. The prices are quite reasonable, the food is good—and the portions are generous—and the service is fast. The waiter is very pleasant and professional. I recommend it!

25/07/2026: I am from Brussels. I come back every summer in Sommieres and the tradition with my parents is to take the pizzas at La Pimienta. With all due respects for the other pizzerias, it’s the best of Sommieres. They are the best!

27/11/2025: A real gem! A lively beach, a lovely team, and a great eco-friendly vibe. We sunbathed, chilled, and danced… the perfect combination! Great cocktails, great music, great atmosphere: definitely the place to come back to all summer long.

08/08/2026: A great moment in French gastronomy, but when you frequent this type of establishment, you shouldn't expect miracles. Even more troubling is the hygiene of the premises: dirty tables, to put it mildly, and the toilets, poetically speaking, are like something out of Mozart... Between skid marks from controlled skids, urine stains, sticky floors, and various used papers, all that's missing are the flies to complete this magnificent picture.

17/01/2026: Discovered by chance... If for you, a restaurant means a sumptuous dining room, fine china, and crystal glasses, then this isn't the place for you—you've come to the wrong address! But if you're looking for a warm welcome, a surprisingly delicious meal, quality ingredients expertly prepared (the fish was cooked exceptionally well), and a more than reasonable price, then you've come to the right place! An address to remember and frequent without hesitation. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

20/06/2026: Very nice welcome with an aperitif and a bottle of water. The salad promised more; the pizza was more like a tarte flambée.

17/08/2026: Excellent restaurant and superb service. While all the other restaurants were closed on Sunday, August 16th, this was the only one that managed to accommodate all the hungry people in town. What's more, it has very reasonable prices: €90 for a main course, dessert, and a bottle of rosé for two. It's been the most loyal restaurant to its customers for 30 years…

06/08/2026: We ate at Miramar today and had a fantastic meal, especially the famous bouillabaisse, and the other dishes at our table (gratinated mussels, rascasse provençale) were also excellent. The ingredients were very fresh, even the children's menu items were fresh and delicious. The service was outstanding, very attentive and friendly. Yes, all this comes at a price, but it was absolutely justified and appropriate for this quality.

16/04/2026: I was familiar with the one in Colmar, where I used to go near the cinema. I've only been here once so far; the Queen Victoria salad was very good, and the poached egg was perfect. The service was pleasant, and I'll be back.

16/04/2026: We arrived at 7:50 PM and waited over 20 minutes before our drinks were even served. Meanwhile, a group of four arrived after us, and we were served drinks plus a main course (there were only two of us). We are regulars at this establishment, so we were quite surprised to see that the appetizer to share, still at the same price, had been reduced by more than half in size.

15/08/2026: Hello, I would simply like to point out an inconsistency regarding the photos of your menu visible on Google. The four photos currently displayed all appear to have been published approximately three months ago, as if they were added around the same time. However, they show two menus with very different prices. The two photos with the red menu, for example, show burgers around €8, with prices not exceeding approximately €12. Conversely, the two photos with the white menu show burgers at around €16. I therefore find it quite surprising that these four photos are all indicated as being approximately three months old when they seem to correspond to two menus and two very different price lists. Could you explain this difference? And if some of these photos no longer correspond to the current menu, would it be possible to remove the older ones to avoid misleading customers? 13/08/2026: We tried it while passing through Beaucaire and honestly, it's incredibly good! The burgers are high quality, the fries are homemade, and the staff is very friendly. The surroundings aren't much to look at, but I prefer good food to being in a tourist trap. Thank you!
