23/09/2024: Restaurant pas terrible je dirai plutôt attraper touristes. Hamburger ou le steak haché fait à peine 20 gr . La serveuse pressé de prendre la commande sans le sourire. Je déconseille vraiment ce Restaurant.
18/09/2024: Très bonne cuisine locale et service sympa. Les tapas en entrée accompagnées de sangria et la seiche à la planche sont tops !

07/07/2025: Back again 2025. The new system for ordering and serving works well and the food and drink is as good as ever.
Went back this June, 2022. Definitely improved service and pastries and drinks as good as ever. I wonder how the small staff would cope with a rush but pleased to see some return to form. My one-star review of a year or two back follows.
What they serve is still pretty good but the service is laughably bad; rude, disinterested, error-prone. One can hardly believe that the managers of this place have let it slip so far from its former eminence in the vicinity.
05/07/2025: Great place for brunch - had a delicious iced café au Lait with coconut milk and the eggs Benedict. The price was very reasonable. They made my bacon crispy just as I asked, which is not something a lot of places are willing to accommodate, so I was extremely grateful. All the staff we interacted with were lovely and kind.
The negative reviews I saw seemed to come from entitled or impatient customers. We saw several ourselves who didn't seem to notice the signs on all the tables stating you need to order inside. The interior is beautiful anyways so it's a great opportunity to look at the original architecture.
If we have time I'll definitely be back for another iced café! Thank you so much!

04/11/2024: Restaurant on a pleasant square. No traffic, shaded.
Very friendly and fast service. The dishes were very good. The menu offers something to satisfy everyone between fish, meat, burgers, salads, etc…
Chosen by chance for the diversity of the menu to also satisfy children, we were not disappointed!
The gourmet coffee was also delicious!
25/10/2024: After strolling through the charming little streets of the historic center, my friend and I took a break in this beautiful southern square shaded by plane trees.
On the Place aux Herbes, you are truly spoiled for choice when it comes to finding a café.
The best asset of Oustal is its location in the heart of the city of Uzès.
As a snack, I chose a hearty plate of charcuterie.

12/08/2024: Used to this bakery I avoid going there because in the middle of the day in any bakery you have pizza pares my no at home there are only large pizzas impossible to have a pare, incredible organization leaves as desired, you ask for batches of white marie we give you some that are not overcooked, the stock is very poorly managed.

It's getting worse
I take 20 croissants while unpacking 19 pieces at home
This happened twice
After my report in the store I was not taken seriously
I've been there 3 times in July and 3 times at 11 a.m. there's no more grape cake
And once more 20 increasing
You have to order them, I was told
I find that the store is not the best managed or organized
Too bad I will unfortunately go to Alès it seems better organized

08/08/2024: Deplorable kindness! Arriving on time to collect our pizzas, we received neither a hello nor even a glance. After waiting more than 10 minutes, we were informed that the pizzas had been ready for a while already. It's a shame to see such a way of welcoming customers and handling orders. Fortunately, the pizzas are delicious, which saves our experience a little and prevents us from being totally disappointed with our expense.

If you want to admire staff who are far from professional, you are in the right place.
No professional organization called the hotel industry, this place reminds me more of mac-dos or burger king although they are FAST FOOD
Friendliness is not there at the limit you ARE DISTURBING
Watch your score carefully, the boss will give himself a tip
Personally we will no longer go at all, I RECOMMEND THIS TO YOU
To be banned from your restaurants gone elsewhere earlier see make yourself one. Picnic on the banks of the Cèze, they don't deserve the name of restaurants, rather a meal at the table

12/08/2024: Very good shop, excellent ice cream, cheap drinks, original souvenirs. We have been coming for several years, the staff are adorable, always smiling.
09/08/2024: The ice creams may be good but don't eat there, we took a mold and fries with a friend, they were extremely salty and cold and I'm not exaggerating, they were inedible, frozen fries served in a cardboard tray, a beer served hot, a rosé was included in the menu which never arrived when we had finished eating and what's more it was really not good

29/08/2024: De très bonnes pizzas dans un cadre très jolie avec un personnel très gentil. Une vraie cuisine italienne délicieuse. Petit plus pour les animaux qui sont acceptés et bien accueillies.

06/09/2024: We spent 2 nights in this hotel enjoying the peace and quiet and a swimming pool.
Which doesn't spoil anything, this hotel also has a very good restaurant, in any case the best among those we tried in Bagnols sur Cèze
Staff available and welcoming.
