20/11/2025: Hello, The person on the phone wasn't very friendly. The pizza wasn't cooked, there were few ingredients, and the crust was extremely thin. The price didn't match the quality of the pizza. I definitely don't recommend it. It was my first time there, and I'm not likely to go back.

25/01/2026: Great place, always welcoming and polite staff, good homemade products, very clean establishment. We had waffles, crepes, and café au lait, and were never disappointed. I recommend it for families or groups of friends; it's a popular spot and very affordable.

I really don't understand the previous negative reviews. People just don't know how to appreciate good things. Thank you and keep up the good work. I highly recommend it.

11/05/2026: January 2026: Despite the cashier's recurring rudeness (always the same one, see below), I'm adding a star for the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the establishment, and the beautiful setting. However, I still want to ask this charming young man at the register to improve, especially since the rest of the staff is very helpful. October 2024: For the second time this year, we received very poor service from the same cashier who completely ignored us while he was washing up, and then ignored us again while our card was being charged and waiting to be removed from the card reader. When asked, "Is there a minimum purchase amount for the card?" this charming gentleman replied, "Yes." After three seconds, I had to add, "What amount?" before finally receiving the answer: "€1." It's a shame because the food is impeccable and the waitstaff is very professional and courteous. February 2018: The food is still excellent. The only wok restaurant in Nîmes to offer salmon steak and sirloin steak (Dutch origin, no less!) even at lunchtime! The fried food isn't greasy, the desserts are varied, and now they even have candy (strawberries, bananas, etc.). The Kinémenu deal is really good value: €20.50 for the menu + a movie ticket, making it only €7 per ticket. The waitresses are very courteous and do their jobs well (greeting, service, cleaning). June 2017: A very wide selection, with elegant starters (grilled eggplant, sun-dried tomatoes, spring rolls, etc.). There's also a wide selection of main courses and sauces (sweet chili, hot chili, etc.). However, the wasabi sauce isn't great. A large selection of ice cream and desserts. The atmosphere is bright and very pleasant. The wok menu has a more limited selection, but they do have duck breast and salmon, even at lunchtime! Plus: a physiotherapy menu that includes a cinema ticket for under €8!!!

01/05/2026: My son and I went there after the cinema to get takeout. When I tried to ask for help, the person didn't listen and told me to wait at the counter. We left after 5 minutes because we were being ignored. I will never set foot in that establishment again.

04/02/2026: Very disappointed. €2 for a small tray of fries, and while they were okay, they were undercooked and soggy. Anyway, the kebab was so-so. The bread was very thin; I don't know where it came from, it's definitely not kebab bread. €8, so €10 for a meal, not including a drink. Very disappointing. Years ago, this was the best in Nîmes!

31/01/2026: Extremely expensive kebab, €8 for just the kebab without fries and with very little meat. I won't be going back.

07/06/2026: I had breakfast this morning on the terrace in this lovely square; it was delicious and plentiful, with very good products, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh seasonal fruit (apricots, raspberries and strawberries), an exceptional croissant and bread, and excellent local jam. I highly recommend it!

26/05/2026: An unwelcoming and unfriendly place with servers who don't know what they're selling and an arrogant owner with absolutely no business sense; I strongly advise against going there.

28/05/2026: Always a pleasure to eat there. Friendly atmosphere, not noisy despite the size of the restaurant. Everyone is kind and helpful. The food is always very fresh and deliciously prepared. Cleanliness is impeccable. As for the price, it's unbeatable.

08/06/2026: Excellent! The €6.50 set menu included a fantastic Viennese hot chocolate with whipped cream and homemade orange juice. The pastries were also very good, and really inexpensive compared to other places nearby offering half a baguette per person with butter and jam! Really great! 👍

02/04/2026: Neighborhood restaurant. Homemade food every day of the week. Thanks to Gilles (the chef) and Salomé (the waitress) for providing such a delicious and attentive meal. Lunch special (starter, main course, dessert) for under €17—who can beat that?

24/05/2026: A truly delightful place: for those who appreciate stone and authentic charm, you'll be in heaven—it's magnificent! Breakfast is plentiful: croissants, pain au chocolat, bread and butter with excellent jams, cereals, yogurt, hot chocolate, tea, and coffee.

19/02/2026: We received a very warm welcome from Eric, the host. He was very kind and helpful. The place was charming, clean, and peaceful. It was a haven of peace at this time of year (February). The surrounding area is wonderful, with lovely spots for walks. We felt completely refreshed. It was only an hour from home, but a total escape. I'll definitely keep this address.

08/04/2026: It's a shame to serve crepes at that price knowing they're not homemade... but industrially produced and already too sweet.

17/05/2026: Ordered a Caesar salad which was Caesar in name only, it contained green beans, carrots, cucumbers, very little chicken and just enough, so I don't think I'll be going back and I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

16/05/2026: Unfortunately, I didn't check the reviews beforehand. Horrible! The waiter was incredibly rude, the pizza was frozen, the ribeye was undercooked, and the pasta with Roquefort cheese (more cream than Roquefort) was awful. The waiter rushed us to eat (I didn't understand why). The waiters were smoking while serving us, which was great for germs and all that nonsense. I hope you don't go there for yourself and your smell.
