01/03/2026: An absolutely exceptional restaurant! What a wonderful discovery, with the Roman arena as a backdrop... the pizzas are excellent, the best in Nîmes. And what can I say about the pasta stuffed with porcini mushrooms... a real treat. The decor is magnificent, the servers are very pleasant and professional, taking excellent care of their customers. The chef is very friendly. The ingredients are of very high quality. Don't miss this restaurant!

I can confirm, it's so effective that my stomach didn't even have time to protest. 🥘 Taste of the Food The food is excellent. You can tell the chef isn't faking it: it's fresh, it's delicious, and it has that "come back for more" flavor. If happiness were edible, it would probably look like this. 🏃‍♂️ The Service The service? A true Swiss watch, but with a Cévennes smile. It's clean, precise, and incredibly smooth. I barely had time to wonder if I was thirsty before my glass was already there. At this level of speed, I suspect the team is secretly training for a marathon. 🧐 Why "only" 4 stars? Because with such efficiency, the meal goes by far too quickly! I wish I had an excuse to linger two more hours, gazing at my empty plate. In short: A no-frills place where the food is divine. Go without hesitation, but keep your mouth open!

05/02/2026: Mom is in the dining room. Father and son are in the kitchen...it's a perfect partnership, reflected in the food. (New owners for a week.) I had a baked leek vinaigrette: perfect. The beef tartare was very well seasoned, and I had tarte tatin for dessert. Everything is homemade. And there's a beautiful painting on display. I'll be back.
