02/09/2024: Very good restaurant, the service is fast and the manager is adorable, taking great care of the customers. We had beef skewers, the meat was succulent! If we come back to Saint Gilles, we will come back with pleasure.

01/09/2024: A very pleasant secret garden. 😉 The lady who served us was very cheerful and extremely friendly, even with our 5th guest who arrived at our table more than an hour late. 😅 We ate very well for very reasonable prices given the setting, quality and choice of cuisine. 🧑‍🍳 The ingredients are tasty, the chef cooks with the heart! I recommend this place, it was a pleasure to have spent an evening there! Don’t hesitate to reserve a table 👌🏻

01/12/2024: After a perfect first experience in this establishment, we did it again by returning for lunch on December 1st. We had confirmation of our initial sensations. Refined dishes, flavors and delicious preparations that have captivated our taste buds. “Little extras” consisting of a tasty appetizer, nice sweet treats to accompany coffee. Add to that a young, efficient, friendly and smiling service in perfect synchronization with each other. A very pleasant suspended moment and an address that really deserves to be highlighted. The rising Amarette….No doubt about it!!!!

07/10/2024: A very nice hotel complex that we can highly recommend. Dinner is particularly delicious, although the selection is very limited. We are happy to accommodate special requests. There are a total of 4 pools available, one of which is heated and one is a children's pool. The large terrace with pergola by the pool near the restaurant invites you to linger. We really like the rustic but romantic style. We'd love to come back.

07/10/2024: Pleasant week, a great point for Celine and her daughter for their kindness and good humor. The meals are excellent but could be lightened up, too many dishes with sauce and a starter or main course formula would be appreciated.

27/11/2024: Honestly, I have rarely eaten so well in a restaurant. I was on vacation in the area with my girlfriend, we stopped by by chance, thinking that the restaurant was closed. In the end we received a great welcome in addition to good advice on the menu. The meat and cooking was wonderful, the fresh homemade fries and the delicious pepper sauce still come to mind because it was so good. My sweetheart had an excellent salmon risotto with slices of grilled chorizo ​​on top. Very nice surprise. But the icing on the cake was the bread we had as an accompaniment. Hot bread, toasted with olive oil. Excellent, it was the first time I was offered this in a restaurant. Very generous portions (I usually come away feeling slightly hungry from a classic restaurant if I don't have dessert) Go ahead, it's a must, I'm disgusted to live 300km from this restaurant

26/08/2024: Very nice discovery. Two attentive servers. Tasty and fun planchas. Tasty meats and fish. Touches of the South: aioli + Camargue fleur de sel 👍. The famous fougasse from Aigues-Mortes was just missing from the dessert offerings 😉. Very good homemade cocktail 🥂. Bravo for the concept!!
