24/12/2024: An institution in Uzes, which has been going on for ages. Excellent pizzas (the pizza maker is almost part of the walls), choice of meats, fish, salads and others, simple and efficient cuisine, good and unpretentious, and excellent value for money. Special mention for the fries: REAL homemade fries from A to Z, it's so rare these days that it must be highlighted. Don't change anything! 😋

18/09/2024: 5/5 for the service, and 100 out of 10 for the Côte de Taureau (eat blue on the advice of the team whereas I usually eat medium rare) with its vanilla mash at the top. Wonderful discovery of this restaurant with a wonderful view, and a great team!

24/09/2024: Il faut vraiment qu ils réalisent ce qu il font bon dieu ajouter ter parmesan et pesto quaund au patron qu il aille faire une rééducation pyzzaiolô et approche du client je ne suis pas méchant mais rajouter du pesto et du parmesan car ça m ettonerai beaucoup que vous ayez suivi les conseils de l ancien patron reprenez vous svp vite sinon je ne donnerai pas cher de votre entreprise ce n est pas méchant ce je dis au contraire plus de pesto et de parmesan reprenez vous bon dieu et je pense que vous n avais suivi les conseils des anciens patrons car vos pizza ne sont vraiment pas bonne
22/09/2024: Habitués à cette pizzeria nous avons trouvé une baisse de qualité depuis le changement des propriétaires. Les pizzas sont devenues pauvres en garnitures cela se ressent au niveau gustatif seule la pâte très bonne est restée la même. Par 2 fois nous avons été déçus sauf changement nous ne choisirons plus votre établissement.

18/09/2024: Nous avions quitté la maison suite au départ des anciens propriétaires. Le chef Ludovic Davouze nous a reconnecté avec les lieux ! Tout n'a été qu'harmonie des mets associés à leur pain maison. Le parcours du chef offre un voyage culinaire à travers des saveurs colorées de bout en bout de l'agape. Une bien belle soirée qui ne sera pas là dernière. A noter également un service parfait et attentionné.
