13/08/2026: What a wonderful discovery in Nîmes! The pizzas are simply delicious, with a perfectly cooked, thin crust that's wonderfully crisp. The toppings are generous and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the freshness of the colorful peppers and black olives, which really enhanced the overall experience. It's a true pleasure to enjoy such a well-balanced pizza. We thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

10/08/2026: I called at 7:30 PM to place my order, and even though the restaurant was open, the pizza maker told me he was out of dough for his pizza… I don't really understand the concept of this pizzeria.

20/08/2026: This was our first time back since the change of ownership, and we were very disappointed. The food had no flavor whatsoever. Especially the Jamón croquettes—they were terrible. You couldn't taste the Iberian ham at all; it tasted like cooked ham.

19/08/2026: A succulent, melt-in-your-mouth beef fillet, a rare find in this region, accompanied by an equally delicious pepper sauce, excellent crisp vegetables, and a minor complaint about the fries being undercooked inside for some, but this was more than compensated for by the waitress's excellent recommendations for a regional wine that paired perfectly with the dish. The starter and dessert were equally good. A lovely evening, thank you!

16/08/2026: We ordered a pizza; the crust was very dry, hard, and unsalted. For dessert, we had a strawberry tart with a very runny, warm cream and not fresh strawberries. Very disappointed, although the service was very good.

26/07/2026: First time here, and my opinion is mixed, especially considering we were in a Michelin-starred restaurant. The €58 set menu featured meat in the main course that wasn't as tender as expected. The tuna was excellent, as was the dessert. Being a coffee lover, I ordered a standard coffee. With water and coffee, the bill came to €70 per person. I was also surprised to see your four or five cooks leaving the restaurant one after the other around 2 pm (probably apprentices), walking through the dining room and among the customers. I will return to try other dishes.

04/08/2026: A wonderful discovery, a lovely hotel with a perfect welcome. Suite 18 is incredible, minimalist just the way I like it, very clean and spacious. The pool, the comfortable sun loungers, and the smoothie served poolside are all major pluses. I highly recommend breakfast on the terrace; there's plenty to please everyone. I can't wait to come back!
