The food is flawless: local, high-quality ingredients, well-seasoned and generous portions. Special mention goes to the hand-cut beef tartare, absolutely magnificent—a real treat! 18/05/2026: As for the service and atmosphere, I'll let you be the judge, and I'm giving it a neutral rating because I had it delivered. However, why bother cooking gyozas properly when you can just put them directly in a box?! Seriously, uncooked gyozas are so much better (one of which was still frozen solid)!! Regarding the sushi, it would be good to cook the rice thoroughly and pack it tightly; it falls apart as soon as it's dipped in the sauce. In short, avoid this place!
