16/03/2024: Go ahead… a mix of simplicity, an unusual location and excellent cuisine! We feasted. The garbure served for the table in a large bowl is exceptional! Followed by a starter, main course and dessert for a menu costing around 30 euros, it’s more than fair. In short, this restaurant is a gem!

23/03/2024: Harlay atmosphere! Very friendly. The facade hides this “large restaurant” well with its long rooms, good meat, perfect cooking, baked potatoes to die for! salad more than hearty! We enjoyed the excellent Saint-Mont red from the Domaine de Maouries (the open doors of the Domaine in Labarthète 32 are a moment not to be missed). Don't hesitate if you have a sweet tooth and like good meat! Thank you for this beautiful musical evening spent with family, we will be back soon ✌✌

31/03/2024: A must visit if you’re craving Asian food! Its very close to the Lourdes Sanctuary and so its in an excellent accessible location. Food was plentiful and the staff were great as well.
29/03/2024: Pancit Palaboc is bland. Pork bbq is not your typical Filipino flavoured bbq. It tastes like it is only marinated with salt and pepper, then bbq'ed and served with some kind of sauce. Pancit canton is too salty, and the fried rice needs more seasoning. At least the Turon with ice cream is quite good. Service is great, and the servers are all attentive. The price? Decide for yourself.

In particular, I was treated to inedible oily pasta as an accompaniment to my dish.
The service is slow and we are made to understand that it bothers them to seat us on the terrace
All this for fairly high prices

30/03/2024: The only bad thing, to say the least, is the toilet is a little small. The rest is perfect, location just 5 minutes from the airport, 10 from the center of Tarbes. Good bathroom and shower. Large and super comfortable beds. Good host, serves in French and English.

A climb, by car, from Cauterets, easy to access.
A warm welcome, perfect service, hearty cuisine but not too much.
A trip to the store to bring this quality of product home.

22/03/2024: A break at the Basque farm on the route of our hike from Cauteret. Tasting delicious crepes. Friendly welcome, beautiful view of the city and the mountain from the sun terrace. Purchase of honey from a local producer and possibility of purchasing other local products, garbure.....
