19/06/2026: One of the best restaurants I've eaten at in Ganges, the waitresses are incredibly kind. The service is pleasant and quick. We had couscous and lamb shank. It was exceptional. We truly enjoyed our meal. If you're ever in Ganges, don't hesitate to stop by; you'll eat very well.

In the middle of peak tourist season, they managed this situation with remarkable professionalism, never losing their smiles. Impeccable service, a welcoming, caring, and always attentive team. And what can I say about the food… The meats were of exceptional quality. I want to highlight the cooking: when you order rare meat, it arrives truly rare, perfectly cooked. Such precise cooking has become rare and deserves to be commended. A truly wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend. Well done to the whole team, and see you very soon!

Xavier, the owner, offered to let us create our own meal, and we trusted him completely. What a marvel! The ingredients were remarkably fresh, prepared with exquisite skill. A special mention goes to the tuna: quite simply one of the best I've ever tasted. And I can make that comparison, coming from Polynesia where tuna is a true benchmark. It was exceptional! Much more than just a shellfish restaurant, it's a place where you can feel the passion, generosity, and love for the ingredients. A warm welcome, expert advice, and cuisine that truly lets the sea speak for itself. A must-visit in Sète. 21/07/2026: I'm not sure how to describe this restaurant. I'm perplexed. The menu is full of promise, but the food can be disappointing. Not that the food is bad, but the chef seems to lose focus on the presentation and adherence to the menu's description. All the staff are very kind, welcoming, and smiling. There was a rather long wait between courses. As for the price, the restaurant offers a set menu for €39.

10/05/2026: I don't understand all the rave reviews; perhaps I just caught them on a bad day. I ordered grilled cuttlefish: the cuttlefish were probably frozen, poorly cleaned (the beak was still attached), no parsley, and barely seasoned. The only positive aspect of the dish was the variety of side dishes (four different ones), which were unfortunately incredibly bland. I preferred to have my dessert elsewhere. The setting is pleasant and the waitress was friendly. I'll try my luck again, hoping not to be left with this bad impression.

06/07/2026: Excellent snack bar, the food was very good, and we received a warm welcome. We came back several times and got to know Hervé, who always asked about us, as we had come from Strasbourg.

02/07/2026: Just passing through the area. We stopped as a family for a fantastic pizza – nothing to complain about, fresh ingredients, impeccable service, and above all, impeccable hygiene, which is very rare these days. If we're ever back in the area, we'll gladly return.

10/06/2026: False advertising! Jagger Bombs were €3 the previous night, but when I paid, I was charged €17 (the price of two Jagger Bombs I had) instead of €6 as advertised. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she told me she wasn't a magician and that if I didn't show her the promotion, I could go to hell. So either the waitress is completely unprofessional, or this establishment is deceiving its customers, or the communication between management and staff is catastrophic. Having been a regular at parties in Toulouse, and coming to Montpellier this time, I found this place disappointing despite the good atmosphere, unlike in Toulouse where you can also party (and much later [what are these nursing home hours?]) without getting ripped off.

06/06/2026: They wouldn't let us in because we were wearing flip-flops. A really tacky sign said "proper attire required" when it's a perfectly normal place... unbelievable. So outdated and ridiculous, especially since we were dressed up for going out and were just wearing sandals, and one friend was wearing flip-flops (which are very fashionable, by the way). Please, get with the times...

09/06/2026: Small, simple hotel. Very clean and quiet room. The hotel has a large parking lot. It's located opposite the bike path for those who might want to stop along their route. The owners are very friendly.

20/07/2026: A lovely terrace, a lively neighborhood, and delightful staff. But what truly completes the picture is the quality of the meat. We thoroughly enjoyed it; it had been a long time since we'd had such a good ribeye steak! The only slight drawback was the quality of the bread, which was served very dry, but that's a minor detail considering the weather.
