A great place!
16/06/2026: I give it a 4 because of the prices. The food is excellent - especially the turbot. Food for thought to the owner: if tellines are done with cream its difficult to eat fatty fish afterwards. I would recomment to make a wine garlic paraley sauce for the tellines so that the guests can enjoy the dinner better espwcially that the fish is massive

13/06/2026: The waitress spilled a drink on us, it's unacceptable. I don't recommend it, avoid at all costs, the people are unpleasant.
12/06/2026: Two pints of beer and a charcuterie board, a lovely, very friendly waiter – you could have stayed there for hours (the curly-haired gentleman)! Very cozy atmosphere inside with air conditioning, much appreciated in this heat! I highly recommend it!

Everything is very reasonably priced and fair, everything is homemade and delicious, the ingredients are fresh and high-quality.
The staff is very pleasant, as is the setting.
€50 for two people including a main course, dessert, and drinks. Top-notch.
14/05/2026: Friendly welcome, very fast service, but if you're very hungry, look elsewhere; the portion size is more like an appetizer than a main course. High price for a dish of this size.

22/05/2026: I chose this restaurant by chance, and I have no regrets! A superb welcome: a smiling, cheerful waiter and manager who took excellent care of us! The food was superb, with beautifully prepared dishes.
It was a musical evening, and the saxophonist/singer was a great choice—a real treat for the ears.
The restaurant is tastefully decorated. A very pleasant experience.

15/05/2026: We were very lucky, as we were booked as a group of seven on a rather last-minute Wednesday evening! Everything was perfect, from the food to the service: the quality of the dishes, the portions, and the friendliness. It was wonderful to have a children's menu offering actual dishes from the regular menu, which is so rare elsewhere. They also lent us markers and coloring books to keep the children entertained. Thank you for this lovely family evening.

16/05/2026: A truly wonderful place; the food and service were perfect. However, a minor point: the table near the restrooms was a bit of a letdown, and a small decorative touch for a feminine touch would be a nice addition, as the place is otherwise stunning. 😊 We highly recommend it.

2026 is a year with many new features, very pleasant, with new furniture, decor, and comfort.
The added bonus is the menu and its new offerings.
Bravo to the chef, beautiful and delicious! Professionalism, quality, and well-being. A must-try!

09/03/2026: I only went to the restaurant, on a Sunday at lunchtime. What a wonderful discovery! I recommend it 200%: the service was perfect, especially the wine (great knowledge, very reasonable prices), the food (quality, presentation), and the location!
06/03/2026: L'Ortensia is a wonderful discovery. This is our fourth visit, and it won't be our last.
The staff is lovely.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and restful. The setting is ideal.
And the meals are divine. The breakfast, homemade from start to finish, is the best I've ever tasted. We are absolutely delighted.
