30/09/2024: Always exceptional. Unless you have a palate atrophied by junk food, it is unthinkable not to get there as soon as possible.
21/09/2024: First experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant, and it was exceptional.
Excellent service, excellent appetizers, as well as the cuisine, very varied and rather sophisticated, based on simple, seasonal products.
Wines perfectly matched with the dishes, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very soothing.
We will return.

The starter and main course are perfectly prepared, presentation, taste, cooking of meats and fish excellent, but a very big disappointment with the desserts, baba au rhum seen in other restaurants (taste, appearance and shape) so certainly purchased and not homemade. Which justifies the 4 stars. It's a shame to finish a meal in a disappointed state...

26/09/2024: Great place for burgers. If you are after a burger you’d be hard pressed to find anywhere better than Restaurant Le Cévenol Burger et Cuisine. In a bun or with a salad the choice is astounding, beef, lamb, veal, chicken, pork or wild boar all home made and accompanied by excellent artisanal chips. Reasonably priced and served with cheerful efficiency.

This unacceptable behavior is contrary to the principles of respect and equality. She plans to file a complaint for discrimination. Avoid if you value a dignified and respectful welcome.

The dishes are very good, very good value for money.

The menu is not large, but everything that is freshly cooked there is very tasty. You can't get such good food anywhere else for the price.
