19/05/2026: Appalling! We went today at 6:30 PM, there were eight of us, no one else on the terrace, and then a waitress came up to us and said, "Please take two tables of four, back to back." Well, no, we came as a party of eight, not to split into two tables! So we left.

19/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome! The waiter was very friendly and helpful (and gave us good advice). We had a delicious meal, and the cocktails were great! 👍 I highly recommend it!

26/05/2026: A very pleasant restaurant focused on seafood, naturally with its name, beautiful view of the port of Valras, impeccable welcome and service, classic dishes like mussels marinière but also more original and very good dishes, I advise you to follow the owner's advice, you will not be disappointed.

26/05/2026: It's a brasserie, not a fine-dining establishment, but you're guaranteed a good meal. My wife and I have been going there from time to time for over 15 years and have never been disappointed by the dishes on offer. If you want a whole fish, the Brasserie du Port offers sea bream or sea bass with a side dish that may change depending on the season. Since we've been going for quite some time, I can also suggest the plate of grilled cuttlefish and fried calamari. But the most important thing is that you can eat all this at a reasonable price—excellent value for money. I'll tell you a little about the atmosphere with a small anecdote. Fifteen years ago, when we came to Valras for our holidays, and not being from the coast, we tried the Brasserie du Port. My wife ordered the skate wing without really knowing how to eat it, and the owner came over, completely relaxed, as if we'd known him for years, and showed us how to do it with a spoon (thank you, sir). Throughout all this time, the chef has been creating new dishes that continue to delight us. My only complaint is that the owners are at an age where they've given so much to satisfying their customers that they want to sell the business, and that saddens us because we can't be sure we'll find all the same quality again. 19/05/2026: A small, unassuming restaurant where the food is delicious! The tasting menus are perfect for those who can't decide: and I say "for those" because there's even a vegetarian option (in addition to a wide selection of other dishes).

13/06/2026: Longtime regulars, we had a truly special experience at this restaurant, recently renamed Berthe, in reference to a certain grandmother who was a wonderful cook, we were told. A revamped, expanded, and imaginative menu. A more than enticing wine cellar. Dishes that lived up to expectations, a real treat. And a warm and welcoming staff. We were regulars. We'll be back even more often.

17/04/2026: I'd been wanting to try this restaurant for a year. While on vacation for a few days, we were finally able to get a table. We ordered three pizzas and seafood tagliatelle. The pizzas were anything but homemade. The dough wasn't good. The pizza itself had no flavor. The tagliatelle was generously topped, with a lot of seafood, probably frozen, but it didn't seem out of place. Too much sauce, not enough seasoning. As for the service, I suppose it was the owner, who was about as welcoming as a prison guard. He didn't exactly inspire a desire to return. In short, we were surprised by the positive reviews. If you can't make pizzas, you shouldn't put them on the menu. I didn't try the other dishes, so I have no opinion on them, but one thing is certain: I won't be back.

Great food, fresh ingredients, expertly cooked... paired with good drinks, all at fair prices and with top-notch service. 💯 The chef still works his magic here! And he does so in a creative and confident way: if something doesn't quite fit, he simply makes it fit! ...Can't decide between the 8 amazing oysters from the local Étang de Thau and the fresh Recantou salad for your starter? No problem: there's a small (fantastic) Recantou salad with 6 (fresh and delicious) oysters... at a great price. Bottle of rosé for €20. Faux fillet of Charolais beef—simply divine. If you still have room, you can get a modified Coupe Colonel with peach ice cream and Armanac... lots of Armanac! 🎉 Everything here is just perfect! 🙌🏽

05/06/2026: A loyal customer of this pizzeria, I've never been disappointed, except recently when I tried the kebabs as a special – the meat was incredibly tough! As someone who loves their wood-fired gratinéed veal cutlet, the tagliatelle were inedible! Undercooked and arrived in one solid lump! Unbelievable! Is there a new chef? Being Italian, I usually only have praise for this pizzeria!
