02/12/2025: A very beautiful place, but although the name remains, the chef at La Table d'Emilie has changed, as has the quality. Never disappointed by the "historic" restaurant, I didn't find its signature style here. The cuisine aims for (too) innovation, but some combinations don't work. The starter was rather simplistic: a zucchini blossom stuffed with a bland filling and accompanied by four small mussels that seemed out of place. The squab was very good, but a small gratin dauphinois or mashed potatoes would have been welcome, as we were left wanting more. The dessert was unremarkable, and to top it all off, the second choice of starter wasn't available that day (even though it was cuttlefish-based, not hard to find), and the turbot offered as a main course was also unavailable. It's a shame; another (very) good restaurant has disappeared.

09/11/2025: My first visit was enchanting. This one less so, probably because we were a table of 4, and we had to order the same menu for everyone...and it had flavors based around coffee (a drink I hate).

15/02/2026: Great venue, very welcoming for a group of almost 20 people. Everyone enjoyed the evening! I highly recommend it.

23/09/2024: Restaurant located on the edge of the Thau pond offering oysters and mussels (the famous brasucade cooked over a wood fire) directly from the producer to the plate. Excellent value for money, the discovery menu is delicious. The establishment also offers different tielles as starters, as well as artisanal ice creams for dessert. Welcome with ease. Bring a little wool in the evening

27/12/2025: A very family-friendly campsite! Le Seringnan Plage Camping is ideal for families with children. The water park was an absolute highlight for the kids and provided lots of fun every day. The entire site is well-maintained, clearly laid out, and perfectly geared towards families. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

11/11/2025: We only dined at the restaurant, a superb place with a magnificent view. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert. Permanent ingredients were perfectly prepared. And the added bonus was the delicious bread baked on-site to accompany the meal.

17/01/2026: A superb discovery last year. We returned to this restaurant for lunch today to celebrate two birthdays, and we weren't disappointed. The dishes we chose from the winter menu were excellent and plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert. Congratulations to the chef! Furthermore, the welcome and service were very pleasant, with lovely background music. We will gladly return to try the spring menu.

06/12/2025: I went yesterday with my mother and brother without a reservation. We tried it on a whim and weren't disappointed at all. The welcome was great, the meal was excellent, the portions were generous, and the desserts were divine. My mother and rum baba have a long and passionate history. I highly recommend this restaurant.
