30/06/2026: A place I loved for over a decade, to the point where it was practically a family favorite. The pizzas are still very good, the staff is friendly, and the interior, with its stone vaults, is truly charming. The improvement in acoustics is also worth noting: the room used to echo so loudly that eating there was unpleasant; things have definitely improved. However, the place does suffer somewhat from its immediate surroundings: the alleyway on the terrace sees a lot of scooters and delivery drivers, sometimes too close to the tables. And you can also sense that times have changed in recent years: the crust seems thinner, the portions a bit smaller, as if every gram is now being carefully calculated. The toppings are still good, but the abundance of the past seems to have evaporated slightly. That said, the place still has some real advantages: a very pleasant atmosphere in the early evening, especially in summer, a welcoming staff, and that little limoncello offered at the bar at the end of the meal, always a nice touch, almost ceremonial, like a final citrusy note before leaving. So I grew a little tired of it, without denying my affection for this pizzeria. It remains a lovely, lively, and friendly place—provided you make a reservation.

11/06/2026: A native of Montpellier, a food lover, and passionate about Italy and Sicily, Sicilia is, in my opinion, the best veal, pasta, and pizza restaurant in Montpellier. The calzone is absolutely exceptional; choosing a dish from the menu is always a wrench at the thought of the others you have to forgo, but you console yourself by returning often to this restaurant where you are always warmly welcomed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Sicilia for existing and remaining true to its wonderful values.

14/06/2026: A superb and completely unexpected experience, the likes of which we hadn't had in a wine bar for a long time. The service was very courteous, relaxed yet attentive; the manager/waiter offered excellent advice, and everything we ordered was delicious. The menu is more like a selection of tapas/starters to share, but with a touch of upscale flair: zucchini caviar, stracciatella with pesto, and grilled eggplant with teriyaki sauce. The wine we chose was fabulous and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is friendly and unpretentious, and you can actually have a conversation. Ideal for a quiet tête-à-tête or drinks with friends. We'll be happy to return.

05/06/2026: A loyal customer of this pizzeria, I've never been disappointed, except recently when I tried the kebabs as a special – the meat was incredibly tough! As someone who loves their wood-fired gratinéed veal cutlet, the tagliatelle were inedible! Undercooked and arrived in one solid lump! Unbelievable! Is there a new chef? Being Italian, I usually only have praise for this pizzeria!

The food was superb, with beautifully prepared dishes. It was a musical evening, and the saxophonist/singer was a great choice—a real treat for the ears. The restaurant is tastefully decorated. 15/05/2026: We were very lucky, as we were booked as a group of seven on a rather last-minute Wednesday evening! Everything was perfect, from the food to the service: the quality of the dishes, the portions, and the friendliness. It was wonderful to have a children's menu offering actual dishes from the regular menu, which is so rare elsewhere. They also lent us markers and coloring books to keep the children entertained. Thank you for this lovely family evening.

11/07/2026: A place to remember! The dinner prepared by the young Chef Aude Maria Estela was delicious and very generous. The owner and his young sommelier offered excellent wine recommendations, introducing us to some incredible wines. A superb evening, and to top it all off, you have access to the wine cellar and gourmet shop. We'll be back!

06/07/2026: We treated our granddaughter and her partner to a meal. They came for lunch on June 29th, a day of extreme heat. Despite the heat, they were required to eat on the terrace; they refused to serve them inside! They suffered from the very high temperature and nearly fainted, to the point of leaving abruptly after only finishing dessert. It's truly regrettable that management was so inflexible, showing little regard for the well-being of their customers. The meal was good, but ruined by this behavior, which is completely contrary to the recommended practices during a heatwave, namely staying indoors. What a shame!

05/07/2026: The dishes were beautifully presented but lacked flavor. The service was subpar, with an overbearing waitress who didn't allow us to fully appreciate our food. This spoiled our experience. Unfortunately, the restaurant's ambiance can't compensate for everything.

06/07/2026: It closed a few months ago. It was excellent but now is no more. Great shame! But some time later ... It has, of course re-opened and is still very good. The accommodation is equally good too.
