26/01/2026: Restaurant. Avoid it, bland, tasteless food, terrible service. Way too expensive, it's outrageous, and you have to pay in cash. 105 euros for two. Go see for yourself. Good luck, no heating in January, I was freezing, it wasn't pleasant.

08/12/2024: Not knowing Montpellier, I decided to stop to eat at NaturElle. I deeply regret this decision: between the display problem, the unpleasant servers and the meal that was not only cold, but not even cooked, the experience was disappointing. I forced myself to eat because I was really hungry, but considering the price and quantity, I would have been better off going to McDonald's. I strongly advise against this establishment.

06/12/2024: I strongly advise against it. We came to eat this afternoon. When ordering, there are display errors which are not even rectified. The employees speak curtly. We manage to decide, we have country paninis. We ask the waiter to sit at the table, he replies curtly that we should say so before next time. Are we supposed to guess? In short, when we arrived at the table, the paninis were cold, and the cheese had not melted. Advice ; go spend your money at Starbucks, at least they have learned to smile there.

25/02/2026: A huge thank you to the owner for his kindness and hospitality; many should follow his example. Excellent meal, very good service, nothing to complain about. He was also very attentive to our dog, bringing him a bowl of water. Top-notch establishment! Many thanks again from the Ardèche locals! 😉

24/02/2026: Lovely little restaurant practically on the water's edge. Simple but delicious food. Not my first visit and certainly not my last.

12/02/2026: It's so pleasant to eat in a quiet restaurant serving traditional cuisine: it's rare in Montpellier! Other restaurants are usually noisy and offer dishes that try too hard to be original. Here, it's peaceful. The service is good, friendly, and prompt. The dishes are delicious. The focaccia has a truly soft texture; it's not just a pizza dough disguised as such. The brandade is fantastic, the melting Camembert is divine, and the steak tartare is excellent! A truly wonderful experience, and the overall rating doesn't reflect our enjoyment. I highly recommend it!

25/09/2025: We ate very well, but the dishes could have been more generous. Without a reservation, we had to dine indoors; it was terribly hot—but they provided fans upon request.

27/02/2026: Cold meal. The more years go by, the worse this McDonald's gets. Incompetent and disrespectful staff, and on top of that, they're dishonest. I'm 56 years old and I've known McDonald's in France since it first opened. Honestly, the more disastrous it gets, the more it's become. As for the one in Pézenas, it's the absolute worst.

McDonald's is very well located at the entrance to Pézenas, (On the site where there used to be a Carrefour Market, which became an Auchan, in the shopping area, when coming from Béziers.) There's a large parking lot. The establishment is very clean and pleasant, and the young man who served us was very conscientious and friendly, as was the rest of the staff. Our order was fulfilled, and the food was good and not cold. Keep up the good work, I hope.

29/01/2026: Our children are always delighted to go there. They enjoy the coloring, the balloons, and being outdoors.

08/03/2026: Not up to 4-star standards... the room wasn't particularly clean, there was no kettle or welcome kit. The extra pillow was yellow and had no cover. There were a few hairs in the bathroom. The toilet seat doesn't stay closed when you sit on it. Breakfast was good, but the cutlery was dirty (we're not talking about smudges, but food residue stuck to it), and the glass wasn't clean either. The common areas are nice, but the rooms are not worthy of a 4-star rating. Similarly, the smell at the hotel entrance wasn't very pleasant. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and helpful. For €140 a night, we'll stay somewhere else next time.

07/03/2026: We spent one night as a couple in a room where cleanliness left much to be desired: dirt on the floor, a bed sheet with a hole, and only one bath towel for two people. The heating fan was very noisy. One star for the friendly staff and one for the breakfast. Given the price of the room, we expected much better.

19/02/2026: The staff were friendly, but the reception area was sorely lacking… a complete mess! There were no directional signs, no indication of the sector; you'd need a GPS to find your way around and locate the anesthesiologist's office more easily.

07/12/2025: Horrible, avoid at all costs! After eating at this restaurant, I was sick all night and even vomited. Furthermore, the food wasn't good at all; it was served cold after 40 minutes, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant.

17/01/2026: Hygiene was extremely poor. The toilet was dirty, and the microwave was sticky. The food was cold and not to our liking. It wasn't worth the price.

06/01/2026: Restaurant discovered by chance. The dishes are homemade, delicious, and generous. Go and discover this restaurant without hesitation. Very warm welcome from the owner. During the week, it's à la carte. And on weekends, it's all-you-can-eat. Trust yourself!
