16/09/2026: A Cape Town institution, go there for a little aperitif with friends or family, enjoying shellfish, tielles (a local savory pie) and white wine. The setting is superb.

20/08/2026: Overall, it was good. We ordered two kebabs and two tacos. The kebabs were fine. But the tacos were a different story; the white sauce turned into a vinaigrette, and there was a ton of oil inside. The rest was good, but I wouldn't recommend the tacos.

07/08/2026: The dining room is very dark and suffers from a serious problem with kitchen smoke extraction. The service was adequate, but the kebab was too salty.

11/09/2026: A Must-Try Falafel Spot in Paris! 🧆🇫🇷 I had seen so much about this place and had been wanting to try it, so we finally went and I’m happy to say it did not disappoint! I ordered the falafel wrap, and it was absolutely delicious. It had everything I love falafel, peppers, eggplant, tahini sauce, and so many fresh and flavorful ingredients. The sandwich was packed, filling, and really satisfying! We also ordered the falafel plate, and as you can see in the photos, the portion was HUGE! It was definitely enough for two people to share. The service was also excellent. All the servers were very friendly and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, everything was great delicious food, generous portions, friendly service, and a nice atmosphere. Definitely worth trying if you’re in Paris!

01/05/2026: An exceptional meal! This establishment deserves its star; the chef and his teams, both front and back of house, richly deserve it. The chef's name (BRIAND) is a sign! And it's a brilliant one. The tableware is magnificent, and the meal's narrative—a journey through it—is masterfully executed. In short, a pure moment of gastronomy. It's delicate, subtle, refined, and meant to be shared. Thank you so much! We loved it! We eagerly await the star.

I'm not talking about the excellence of the dishes, their extraordinary inventiveness, or perfect service, but the emotion one feels when sharing the chef's childhood memories through his cuisine. 12/09/2026: We came for a cocktail. As regulars, we were extremely disappointed by the small size of the cocktails and the exorbitant price. Three sips and the glass was empty! It's a cash cow! The next table over us had the same opinion, and they were also regulars! The staff was pleasant and the place very relaxing. What a shame! They really need to review the cocktail quantities, remove the three-quarters of crushed ice which serves no purpose, and if they don't want to increase the serving size, then they should lower the prices! In any case, we're done!

23/08/2026: A decent restaurant that doesn't seem to offer anything more than Asian takeout restaurants. However, the food displayed in front of the restrooms and the chicken thighs in a bucket on the counter raise some concerns.

22/07/2026: Excellent restaurant, with a very warm welcome and lovely traditional decor...we've eaten in several times and ordered takeout, always top-notch, always delicious, and excellent value for money...I should mention that I'm vegetarian and they also have vegan options...We highly recommend this place 👍😊

19/08/2026: While on vacation, we wanted to get some ice cream, but upon arrival, we received a very poor welcome. The ice cream flavors were nothing like what we expected. When we pointed out the difference between passion fruit and mango, we were told "they're the same." Unless you have the palate of a Doberman, there is a DIFFERENCE. If only it stopped there... but no. The staff barked at each other, hurling insults like "shut your mouth" and "you're starting to piss me off." I'm willing to believe they were tired or rushed (as mentioned in other reviews), but respect is completely absent (even among themselves). Yet, on the terrace, there's a sign that says "here, happiness is homemade." Perhaps it would be necessary to remove this misleading sign. And to top it all off, we drank from cardboard cups—I didn't realize that was the current trend. Thank you for questioning yourselves and for not insulting customers as we have seen in previous comments.
