05/02/2026: Today at 3:30 PM, I witnessed a particularly appalling scene. An elderly man was placing his order in front of me, and his contactless payment card didn't work. The cashier, as haughty as she was sarcastic, made comments that no one should ever make, least of all in the retail industry. She looked down on him, telling her colleague, "We'll never get anywhere with him, go see," and when the poor man suggested cleaning the terminal, she said, "It's cleaned every day, but it's with people like you, with your dirty fingers, that it gets dirty," all while giving me a sadistic smile as if to urge my approval. Such spitefulness and nonchalance make me think she should change jobs immediately. I will never set foot in that Marie again because of her. This man wasn't dirty at all, and he remained polite despite the language barrier. A waitress I never want to see again.

30/01/2026: It's a shame the service doesn't live up to the quality and price. The pastries are excellent, but the saleswoman either felt like she was bothering us (December 2025) or made mistakes with the products (January 2026).

30/09/2025: The food was ok but unfortunately from mid-September onwards they only serve 50 percent of the food that's on the menu. It wasn't even possible to get a beer or a Diet Coke. They also offered a menu for 20 euros where the starter and nightcap were suddenly no longer available, but we had to pay the full price. Outrageous! We had to ask three times for another drink and practically beg for it to finally be brought. The staff only speak French and no English! We certainly won't be coming back. Last year we ate there several times and everything was perfect, but in one year it has taken a very negative turn. What a shame!!!!!

23/09/2025: As a couple, one had a small starter, but the other didn't. They brought his starter with my main course, so I finished eating before he finished his main course. The quality is average, the quantity is good. The server was friendly and professional. Beautiful decor.

20/09/2025: Was here for breakfast... What can I say? Unfortunately, the service was very poor. The service was inattentive, but the complete set for 14.90 was a disaster. The cheapest and poorly prepared food. The coffee and croissant were good. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it 😵‍💫

06/07/2025: In dire need of renovation. The windows were super central, and the outside hadn't been cleaned in a long time. But you could look through them and see the sea. The roof terrace had a fantastic view of the sea. The breakfast was perfectly fine for a three-star hotel, with a six-star restaurant right next to a busy roundabout and just a few steps from the promenade.

02/07/2025: Ideally located, the staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are well-equipped. The option of a garage (some spaces are for experienced drivers 😂) I'll be back, see you soon.

26/11/2025: We've only been once, but we wanted to try it after the change of ownership and we were very pleasantly surprised. I recommend it for those lazy evenings when you don't want to cook.

30/09/2025: The members of the fast food restaurant are super nice, pleasant and smiling. The meal was super good. Personally, I had a margarita which was very good and generous.

21/02/2026: What a change!!! Since the takeover by the new management, we've finally found a very pleasant crêperie again... delicious dishes, delicious crêpes.... A big thank you for this enjoyable experience...

11/02/2026: At Crêperie de la Comédie, the only real comedy is the bill. The service was unpleasant and the welcome was decidedly lacking in warmth. The prices are too high for the quality served, which remains quite poor. In short, I agree with the other reviews: a very disappointing experience considering the prices charged.

23/06/2025: The hotel is very quiet and comfortable. I had a pleasant weekend there. The only minor criticism I could make would be the lack of a coffee machine available.

17/01/2026: The sushi was inedible; the rice was hard and the salmon seemed stale. The unpleasant waitress kept pacing back and forth in front of us, staring at us the whole time. Another waiter stood behind us, watching us without moving; it was really unpleasant to eat with someone glued to your face, staring at you.

16/01/2026: All-you-can-eat Asian buffet-style restaurant. Noisy (typical for this type of restaurant), and the food is inconsistent (some dishes are very good, the wok is excellent, but others are less impressive). That said, the value for money is very good, hence the 4 stars.

30/01/2026: The food (croque monsieur and panini) wasn't fresh (you could tell just by looking at it, and then your stomach would tell you the same thing), and the cashier couldn't even print the receipt. He asked me to wait "while he saw what he could do," then ignored me, hoping I'd leave. Which I did. Oh yes, one last problem: I ordered a chocolate éclair and got a coffee one. I went in trusting the overall rating, and I regret it. Incomprehensible.

20/02/2026: First time, and many more to come, because it was absolutely delicious. Convenient, clean, cozy atmosphere with traditional Chinese background music. Spotless restrooms. Charming ladies who serve you with pleasure and elegance. Eat in or take away. I truly enjoyed my favorite spring roll and bobun order. Definitely adding this to my list of places to eat for my next culinary adventures in Montpellier.

14/02/2026: I got takeout there twice, a year apart, and it wasn't very tasty. I wouldn't recommend it; I was disappointed myself, as I didn't remember it being like this. The ladies are very nice, but I won't be going back. :(
