11/03/2026: Although the hotel was undergoing renovations, we had a quiet night. Breakfast was plentiful, especially with its excellent cheeses. Parking was easy and reasonably priced.

27/02/2026: Pleasant, right in the city center, just a short walk to explore Béziers. The service was top-notch, the room was spotless, nothing to complain about, always excellent, a regular at the Mercure Béziers.

17/02/2026: Aggressive and condescending. He says the boss has been here for 23 years! Well, it's about time he retired, you old drunk. We didn't understand this awful welcome!

22/03/2026: A rather disappointing experience at this brasserie. The food is very classic, nothing special, and you clearly shouldn't expect high quality given the prices. The service also left much to be desired: the waiter was overwhelmed and, above all, far too rushed. We had barely sat down when our main courses arrived before we even had our aperitifs. It's a shame; the whole experience lacked attention to detail and consistency.

08/02/2026: No complaints about the pizzas, but a quick message to the delivery driver from the same establishment: This evening at 9 pm, a delivery driver on a scooter from Mario's, who in my opinion seems to have forgotten the rules of the road, took all sorts of risks and did whatever he wanted, and all for what? One wonders... a pizza... This bothers me because the risks he takes aren't worth it, and I'd be very upset if he crashed into my car or caused an accident with someone else. So this message is addressed to the management of this establishment... It would be wise to make your delivery drivers aware of the risks of riding a two-wheeler... Injuries are never trivial... And the fact that they verbally abuse drivers, even though they're the ones at fault, doesn't give a good impression of your establishment. It's a shame. The pizzas are very good.

15/03/2026: If you want to eat good food in a friendly atmosphere, go there. We were greeted by a welcoming and helpful waiter. The food was fresh and very well prepared, delicious Mediterranean dishes made simply by a kind and attentive cook who didn't hesitate to come and say hello to the dining room (as the service was quiet).

I don't know what has happened since, but the menu was poor... We came expecting fish specialties, but given the limited selection, we ordered a pizza. It wasn't good, and we didn't even order dessert. What has happened since last year? What a shame, this restaurant was our favorite in La Grande Motte...

25/02/2026: Disappointed by the snack. We came for crepes, expecting them to be homemade, but they turned out to be clearly mass-produced. Dry texture, bland taste—far from what you expect for a delicious treat. The quality-price ratio is poor. It's a shame because the place could do better with more authentic products. Especially considering the season hasn't even started yet!

10/12/2024: Worst scam of my life. I have been to many Marie Blachere boutiques, this is the first time I have seen this, the whole baguettes they sell correspond to 1/3 of a real baguette for 1e 30. Here is my photo, of the baguette biggest ones I bought there, the majority were smaller...

09/12/2024: I got flan and it was just perfect not too sweet which is exactly how I like it! ☺️I will be coming back for more in the near future. There was one guy working there that was serving me and he was nice!

02/10/2025: Great! My husband and I go there from time to time for their eclairs and chocolate religieuses, which we recommend. They're incredibly good. The saleswoman is super nice, friendly, and helpful. Pleasant place, especially their sunny terrace. A pure delight. I recommend it.

04/09/2025: In 2024, we were already enjoying ourselves; this year, I'm delighted to rediscover all the Chanca products. Homemade products, of course. The pastries are to die for, we enjoy them so much. I don't know if I'll be in Grau du Roi for next summer's vacation, but if so, I'll be loyal to this place. P.S.: The peaches are always a real killer!😁
