07/12/2025: It was truly disastrous; it ruined my day. I went there on December 7th, 2025. The person (who seemed to be the manager or owner) was extremely bitter, spoke rudely to customers, and wouldn't even give us cutlery. The service was atrocious; we were treated as if we were begging. She was also rude to the employees. I really regret going there. The waffle gave me terrible stomach pain; it felt like I was eating raw batter.

29/05/2026: Impeccable service and a very pleasant terrace... however, the food was really very mediocre except for the stuffed grape leaves... I was lucky enough to have my palate refined by my Syrian and Libyan colleagues living in France... so I know a little about it...

23/04/2026: A must-try in Montpellier. Delicious, varied cuisine served in generous portions. A very pleasant terrace in the summer to enjoy their specialties while taking advantage of the shade and coolness of the trees.

06/06/2026: A staple of the Place de la Comédie, this restaurant ticks all the boxes of a classic: immaculate white tablecloths, a constant stream of waiters, and a lively atmosphere from morning till night. As for the food, it's more about efficient service than a memorable gastronomic adventure. The food is adequate, but nothing more. The real show, however, takes place in the dining room. The tables are so close together that you end up sharing much more than just space: conversations, anecdotes, political opinions, and sometimes even your neighbors' vacation plans. Between the person who speaks loud enough to liven up the entire room and the one who seems convinced you've become their confidant, the immersion is total. As for privacy, it's measured in centimeters: knee to knee with the next table, you quickly discover that conviviality isn't an option, but an obligation. The waiters, brave amidst this joyful cacophony, do what they can. In fact, it's not uncommon to have to repeat your order several times, as the noise level rivals that of a train station on a busy holiday weekend. My advice: opt for the terrace whenever the weather permits. You'll enjoy the lively atmosphere of the square without having to glean the details of your neighbors' love lives. A pleasant experience, provided you accept that the menu also includes, free of charge, the conversations of other customers and that you're not expecting fine dining.

03/06/2026: I was very disappointed because the meat tasted like spoiled meat. I took the kebab home; I thought about giving it to my little dog, but I didn't dare.

19/02/2026: We just left the restaurant and it was a wonderful discovery! The homemade food was delicious. I don't understand the bad reviews. After the week, it's à la carte (and reasonably priced). I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back.

17/01/2026: Hygiene was extremely poor. The toilet was dirty, and the microwave was sticky. The food was cold and not to our liking. It wasn't worth the price.

19/12/2025: Great café/bar that also serves a little food. The owner is absolutely lovely 🥰 always smiling, friendly, warm, and helpful. She even takes the time to chat despite often being very busy. The atmosphere is very friendly, thanks to the locals who are easy to talk to. The drink selection is very reasonable for a small village bar, with excellent draft beer compared to what you usually find. I highly recommend it 😊

09/05/2026: The service was appalling; the waitress didn't know how to take an order and took 15 minutes to clear our table, then didn't even reset it. Finally, when we ordered, the waitress still didn't know how to take the order, and we were only served after a 45-minute wait.

30/05/2026: A great restaurant with excellent food. I've rarely had such good Thai food. It wasn't my first time here...I had duck once and tartar on my second visit, both times simply amazing...well, the ambiance could be better and nicer, but that could also be because I was living in Germany and am just getting used to it...😎👍🏻😋 I've been to the restaurant at least 6 or 7 times now, and it's still like the first day 👍🏻

27/05/2026: I came with my wife; I'd been here a few years ago and was hoping to find the same delicious flavors and tasty dishes, but no such luck. The €19 set menu: a starter with five fried items, a lettuce leaf, and a sprig of mint—completely tasteless, just oil. The main course tasted like it was made from frozen ingredients with a flavorless sauce. The vegetables had a very unpleasant taste, and the dessert, fritters with canned fruit, was truly awful. Now, let's talk about the waiter and the receptionist: an unfriendly man who didn't look at the customers or speak to them. Perhaps he should consider a career change. I won't be back. Unfortunately, I'll be sharing this bad experience with others. I suggest you take some cooking and hospitality courses because this place is completely unacceptable. The result on the plate was beyond dreadful; it really doesn't inspire confidence. To all tourists and locals, I advise you against setting foot in this restaurant where the quality and service have drastically changed.

13/04/2026: Just a few points: _ The food isn't industrially produced, it's not good, it's frozen, or the ground beef with store-bought tartar sauce isn't homemade, and the pizza is nothing special. _ The service is slow and not always clear. _ The owner's atmosphere is extremely unpleasant; the slightest request annoyed him because he was with his friends. We're just there to fill his coffers. Will we go back? Never, definitely not. He's only lucky to be in a good location; otherwise, there wouldn't be many customers...

07/03/2026: This Saturday at lunchtime, everything was perfect at Tony's. We didn't order pizzas, but a ribeye steak and a delicious duck breast with grilled vegetables in its own juices. The new chef is doing wonders, and Margot in the dining room is very friendly, energetic, and efficient. We highly recommend it! 👍😊

30/11/2025: We made a reservation on TheFork with a 50% discount, but upon arrival, we received a cold welcome. The waitress said she didn't have the codes for TheFork and that she didn't have our reservation. (The restaurant was empty.) I showed her the confirmation email, but they told me they wouldn't honor the discount after all. We didn't stay.

27/11/2025: This place shouldn't even be called a restaurant! Everything was frozen, undercooked, and poorly presented. The seafood platter consisted of four whelks and five shrimp straight from the freezer bag, and the mixed fish, also frozen, was either completely dry or raw, like the salmon, without salt or oil! The menu was incomplete, with no red wine, and to top it all off, they told us they don't accept credit cards, so we had to rush to the bank to withdraw cash. We had a rough night, with stomach pain and frequent trips to the bathroom. The French consumer protection agency (DGCCRF) should pay them a visit. In short, don't go there!

21/05/2026: Good food. The fish was good and tasty. The meat was good, too bad it had already cooled down somewhat. Otherwise, a nice restaurant with a good view. The staff speaks broken English, but you can manage with Translate.

26/02/2026: Avis perso j’y est travaillé et j’ai passé des super moment avec l’equipe du stsnd Sushi, pour ce qui est de l’hygiene tout est carré, l’equipe est hyper gentil. prenez soin de vous 😀 bonne continuation

18/01/2026: Catastrophic service. When you try to contact them by phone, you get a woman who barely understands French, who talks over you... and then leaves you hanging... or says she'll call her manager to resolve the situation and then leaves you hanging... It's shameful.
