17/04/2026: After a recent visit to Patapain, I was deeply shocked to learn that your company has still not committed to ending these cruel practices, and this clearly tarnished my customer experience. Knowing that sows can be confined in cages so small they can't even turn around, and that piglets undergo tail docking, castration, and teeth filing, is unacceptable. Columbus Café & Co and Pret A Manger have already made this commitment: when will Patapain take action?

15/04/2026: After visiting your bakery a few days ago, I discovered that pigs raised for your supply are subjected to cruel practices. Sows are confined for nearly half their lives in cages so small they cannot turn around, and piglets undergo tail docking, castration, and teeth filing. As a customer, this severely tarnishes my experience at Patapain. When will you commit to meeting the Pig Minimum Standards?

11/12/2025: I visited this bakery twice during my vacation and was able to try both the snacks and the pastries. I have no complaints about either. The staff were patient, attentive, and offered helpful advice, which I appreciated. The portions are generous, sometimes a little uneven, but this is a testament to the homemade nature of the pastries. A special mention goes to the flan and the Tropézienne tart 🍰 – they were generous and delicious, unlike the frozen versions you find everywhere. I was able to eat in both the inside and outside, and the atmosphere and service were excellent. I highly recommend it.

25/05/2026: For a drink order for 15 people, we asked for a glass of water, but the blonde woman who thinks she's Brigitte Bardot refused to serve us. Avoid this place; it's unprofessional and unwelcoming.

16/05/2026: About a month ago, we had lunch on a terrace: a terrible mistake! My husband ordered leeks vinaigrette: two slices of leek in a ring of lentils. The pork we ate tasted like the kind we used to eat in the school cafeteria… all for a very high price. Yesterday, we had a drink on the terrace: my husband asked if we could have some peanuts, but 15 minutes later, still nothing… and a waiter replied, “Do you think it’s your due?” We were speechless. So, a little advice: if you want to eat or have a drink, there are plenty of establishments in Béziers that are much more professional and friendly.

19/02/2026: I order from Uber Eats very regularly, and lately I've been quite disappointed. The first time, I received an absurd amount of pepper in the four pizzas I ordered, indicated I didn't want it in future orders, and still received loads of it. What a shame! 😕

11/04/2026: Quick and friendly service, a varied and delicious daily menu, and a menu to satisfy a diverse clientele, including a Breton menu with a savory and a sweet crêpe, served with a bowl of cider. I highly recommend making a reservation. The space in the concourse remains very welcoming. Parking is easy thanks to the Leclerc parking lot and its shaded areas.

22/03/2026: We come here regularly for lunch during our midday break. The welcome is very pleasant, the daily specials are varied, featuring seasonal produce, and they're always delicious. The service is quick and efficient, and the waiters are always friendly.

26/05/2026: During our visit to Marseillan, we stopped at La Taverne du Port and we don't regret it at all 😋 We had a starter where the duck breast was melt-in-your-mouth tender and very flavorful, followed by a perfectly cooked skate wing with a very soothing sauce. The chef came to us to offer advice, and the waitress was very attentive. This establishment is more than adequate. Thank you, and good value for money.

The starter was generous and delicious, the meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the side dish was carefully prepared and flavorful, and the cuttlefish was cooked to perfection. The ingredients are of very high quality, and the service was quick and friendly. We will definitely return and highly recommend the cuisine of this wonderful new team. Thank you for a lovely time on your terrace!

09/05/2026: Very bad, frozen fish right by the harbor, which is a shame. We realized what was wrong when we were served in under two minutes. Furthermore, the restaurant was large and empty, and the owner crammed everyone into the same area… it wasn't good, I don't recommend it.
