27/05/2026: Terrible experience!! Passing through Palavas with my wife, we unfortunately ended up in this restaurant. Frankly, the oysters weren't bad, but the sea bream—and I'm not exaggerating—was truly awful, with absolutely no taste. Your chef needs to be re-evaluated.

26/05/2026: Absolutely disgusting, truly awful. From appetizers to desserts, the prices are outrageous, especially considering the quality of the meal. The fish was disgusting, the salad tiny and poorly prepared, and apart from the drinks, nothing was good. The taguillatelle was stale and tasteless, like water. The beef was miniature and very fatty.

12/05/2026: A disconcerting snack bar, unprofessional staff. If you want to eat, don't stop here! It's dangerous for you. We ordered a kebab, which was served on a tray. The kebab was opened and rolled out like a red carpet. The employee remarked that the work was done hastily, and he replied that a kebab is "quick and dirty." I advise you to walk further to eat properly, and the ribeye steak is like rubber.

01/06/2026: Not being vacationers, we come regularly at different times of the year. We've seen several waiters come and go, and last night's waiter hit the jackpot... unfortunately, because of him, we won't be returning and won't recommend it to our many guests, which is a shame... The waiter is disconcertingly nonchalant. Politeness is apparently optional. Except for friends who arrive... he sets down our drinks with a rather disturbing disdain. My husband went to pay, and things didn't improve, except for a woman who I think manages the place, who was pleasant... As we were leaving, my husband told me we're never setting foot in here again... people think tourists are the only ones who matter to the business, but that's wrong... In any case, it's a shame because we love the place, but such contempt is unacceptable

02/06/2026: Best queer bar in Montpellier, everyone is welcome, the bartenders are lovely, and the atmosphere is very friendly, even familial. A great bar even if you come alone, as the regulars won't hesitate to chat and make you feel comfortable. I've been there countless times and I'll be back as soon as it reopens.

03/03/2026: Hello, I wanted to share an experience I had last night at the Mélomane nightclub, organized by the Mercury Bar. I was discriminated against for apparently no valid reason. I was kicked out of the club, according to the organizers, who are clearly not open-minded. I have plenty of details I can give you if you'd like. Your response here is incorrect; are you saying this because you saw it yourself or because you were told about it? Unfortunately, I have witnesses who confirm my version of events: I was neither aggressive nor insulted anyone. However, yes, I did have poppers, which displeased one of the organizers, who did everything she could to get me removed. Neither I nor some people I know have seen your version of events. I told the saleswoman I was hesitating... being a connoisseur and enthusiast... she assured me it was homemade... talk about a rip-off... compact... zero flavor... pure plastic in your mouth... I hesitated to leave her flan at the door... I was completely taken in by her smooth talk... go to the L'Insensé pastry shop; for just one euro more, it's delicious.

05/05/2026: Always a warm welcome; the young woman this morning gave good advice, was very smiley and very pleasant, it was a real pleasure.

24/04/2026: I was greeted by a very smiley and lovely young woman who took the time to listen to me and help me choose my coffee. Her welcome was warm and professional, which made the beginning of the experience very pleasant. However, while she was preparing my order, an older employee with glasses had a very cold attitude and looked at me unpleasantly. Even when I tried to smile to make the atmosphere more pleasant, her attitude remained cold and uncomfortable. It's a shame, as it somewhat spoiled the experience at this coffee shop. But I am still very grateful to the young woman for her kindness, and I will return just because of her.

13/05/2026: The manager was friendly, but the same couldn't be said for the sales assistant... She made mistakes (which can happen), but she was borderline unpleasant, which is a shame because the pastries were very good.

22/04/2026: The manager is extremely dishonest with her unfriendly, irresponsible, and disrespectful employee. I called to put things aside, but nothing was taken seriously when I arrived... a disgrace, as I made the trip for nothing. Very unpleasant, completely unprofessional. Furthermore, the loyalty card isn't offered to everyone! Not only is nothing put aside, but they don't even seem to want to serve you. I dare say the employee even accused the customer of being picky because she was waiting for the discount... a disgrace, and it's unacceptable to hear such things. Where is management?! I observed the hygiene very carefully: no gloves, they clean and serve you without washing their hands, and they even clean the display case while there's food underneath (see your security cameras). I had to contact customer service, but I wasted my time and they don't care. It's worse than ever. I also reported everything about the hygiene, but nothing is taken seriously. To future customers, go elsewhere... just look at the negative reviews... Run away!

01/05/2026: I've been ordering for years now and I'm always just as satisfied. The delivery and service were impeccable. I highly recommend them, and the pizzas are delicious.
