Following a misunderstanding regarding an order, he intervened quickly, attentively, and efficiently to find a satisfactory solution. I would also like to thank the person who took the order. Despite the misunderstanding, she remained professional, pleasant, and respectful throughout the entire interaction, which was greatly appreciated. Their customer service, composure, and dedication deserve to be highlighted. A serious and committed team. Thank you again for this excellent service!

13/01/2026: I ate a poutine that clearly deserves the title of worst insult to cuisine. The fries were soggy, swimming in oil, and completely lacking in texture, as if they'd been forgotten at the bottom of a dirty fryer. The cheese, which was supposed to be at least somewhat melty and flavorful, was bland, rubbery, and carelessly thrown in. As for the gravy, it was lukewarm, tasteless, and far too runny, giving the impression of leftovers reheated multiple times with absolutely no regard for the customer. The whole thing was a revolting, visually repugnant mess that was impossible to finish without wincing. Calling it poutine is a true humiliation for this dish. It's sloppy food, made without skill, taste, or dignity. A pitiful experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.

28/01/2026: I bought an almond pain au chocolat, and they gave me a burnt one, telling me it was chocolate. I insisted to the saleswoman that no, it was definitely burnt, and she insisted, in a haughty tone, that it was chocolate, as if I had a dog's mouth to be unable to distinguish between chocolate and burnt food? It's unacceptable to sell expensive pastries that are half-burnt, and even worse to not own up to it.

10/11/2025: Excellent pizzeria! 🍕 The pizzas are truly delicious, generously topped, and with a perfectly cooked crust. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and always attentive. The atmosphere is convivial, whether you eat in or take away, and the service is quick and efficient. Special mention to the pizzeria manager—a real treat! I highly recommend it; it's become my favorite pizzeria! 👌🔥

20/09/2025: In 2020, Pizza Hut France committed to complying with the European Chicken Commitment criteria regarding its chicken sourcing. Since this announcement, no reporting on your progress has been published, and the commitment has also disappeared from your website. Why not communicate on the implementation of this commitment and the progress of your actions on this important issue? Your customers need to know if the chicken farms you source from are free from animal suffering!!!

28/04/2026: Friendly staff, who provided great service. I had the Chicken Salad and my wife had the Roast Camembert. Lots of lovely warm bread to accompany, and 50cl of reasonable white wine. A lovely experience all-round, and good value.

07/03/2026: One star because the coffee was good, but that's the only redeeming quality. The mussels were more shells than mussels, the "Sète platter" consisted of four measly mussels straight from a can in a glass of oil, and the tartlet was dry and empty inside. We should have checked the reviews beforehand. I hesitated between this and the penne, but judging by the neighboring table who didn't even touch it, it must have been delicious. 🤨 €80 to eat overlooking the canal, but frankly, sometimes a good old-fashioned ham and butter sandwich is better.

23/02/2026: Disappointed, a €25 set menu that's definitely not worth the price! Tourist trap! Goat's cheese salad with a tiny piece of goat cheese on a slice of over-toasted bread, and cuttlefish in a rouille sauce that tasted burnt. Don't complain if your restaurant isn't doing well; it's outrageous to rip people off like that!

13/09/2025: Avoid this place. I ordered a salad with gizzards. When my plate arrived, it looked incredibly unappetizing. I barely touched my food and left still hungry. Really not good at all.

29/04/2026: Avoid at all costs! After taking our order, another waiter arrives and throws the drinks at us without a word or even a glance. If you make the mistake of ordering tomato juice, you'll get Tabasco watered down. Then, you'll wait over 10 minutes after asking for the bill, only to finally go inside and pay immediately to avoid wasting any more time.

18/04/2026: The waiter was very unpleasant and refused to serve my friends because he supposedly didn't have time, and advised us to go to the bar next door…

I come regularly to pick up my packages (even the bulkiest ones, and he even helps me carry them to the car), and it's always a real pleasure to stop by. A local business just the way we like them: friendly and welcoming. Thank you for your daily kindness!
