Special mention goes to the team, who are passionate, welcoming, and always ready to offer helpful advice to guide you according to your tastes. The aromas are perfect in every cup. 29/06/2026: We dined at the Auberge de l'Espinouse with a group of 56 people. Everything was ready on time, the meal was excellent (with a special mention for the starter, which was divine), and the service was pleasant and efficient. I would gladly return with my family, and I highly recommend this place if you need to organize meals with groups.

29/06/2026: Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly attentive, nothing to complain about. The room was adequate; a nice improvement would be the addition of mosquito nets :) We found the meals excellent and varied. I'm already looking forward to returning to this establishment next year to enjoy many more half-peaches ;)

That said, the phone call you took the time to make, despite the Sunday evening rush, was really kind and very professional. The delivery driver was also very professional. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will gladly order again. Thank you! We wish you continued success in providing excellent service.

17/04/2026: We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the suite...very functional with a shower and a whirlpool bath. THANK YOU! The restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine, but for us older folks, it was a bit too heavy, especially in the evening. They offer children's menus, which would be great, especially in the evening. Consider a lighter menu: soup and various vegetables, as well as a dairy dessert or a piece of fruit! Something to think about for seniors.

16/04/2026: The hotel is really only usable in the summer and when the sun is shining brightly enough. There's no heating system, and I wouldn't want to subject the air conditioning to the heat. When there's a storm, which we've had for the last 10 days, showering in the morning is a challenge. Despite this, I love the hotel because of its location by the sea and the Etang de Thau. Even though I ventilate constantly, there's always a musty smell in the room, as the moisture only dissipates when I ventilate vigorously. The air has improved somewhat since I started ventilating. The staff is helpful and friendly. However, there are language barriers with English. My French has improved as a result, which has made communication easier. Translator apps make life easier. The food is excellent and worlds better than at the neighboring hotel. Although there are days, like today, when a terrine with a baguette is dinner. The restaurant is closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evenings (off-season). They baked the baguette especially for me and served it free of charge. A nice touch. After 10 days, I'm practically part of the furniture. A great starting point for exploring Sète and visiting wineries to buy wine. Located almost perfectly on the motorway, which is virtually silent. Petrol is 20 to 40 cents cheaper than in Germany. Addendum: What I don't understand is why I haven't received a reply to my emails. 1. I forgot to bring a green fleece jacket and asked if it could be sent to me at my expense. No response. 2. Upon arrival, I had to pay in advance for the 10 days of my room booked through booking.com. Furthermore, my booking didn't seem to be on file. This was probably also due to language difficulties. For such basic matters, a hotel should have sufficient English language skills. Since I've recently traveled extensively throughout Europe and never had any language problems, this was quite annoying at times. My travel destinations were Sweden, Denmark, France, and Italy.

12/08/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would! I'm so glad I didn't pay for them! My daughter didn't even know what to say when she got back from that "pizzeria." You can't just become a pizza maker overnight!

04/08/2026: An excellent restaurant in Béziers! The setting is pleasant, calm, and perfect for a good meal. The welcome is warm and the service attentive. The Peking soup was simply exceptional, perfectly seasoned as I had requested. The steamed assortment was delicious, accompanied by an excellent sauce, and the chef's crab was a real treat, with a sublime flavor. Generous, flavorful, and authentic cuisine. I will return with great pleasure and recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

21/09/2026: What a great bakery! Very friendly staff who helped me and pointed out special offers. I managed to get by with German, French, and English. It was a lot of fun talking to the saleswoman. Simply top-notch!

12/09/2026: A very bad experience. The kebab meat was far too salty and the fries were extremely few. The restaurant was practically empty, and the employee clearly didn't care about the customers. The service was lacking and the food was frankly disappointing. There's nothing positive to take away from this experience. For me, that's it, I won't be back, and I don't recommend this establishment.

19/08/2026: A large takeaway kebab. The portion of fries was tiny, yet the kebab itself was very generous. The meat was very greasy and tasteless; I don't think it was homemade. It's a shame, because the service was pleasant and quick, but I won't be going back.
