05/09/2024: The Mandarin restaurant, hidden in the small streets near the Observatory, is a real gem that deserves to be discovered. Despite its discreet location, it was a pleasant surprise. The service is provided by a single person who, in addition to taking care of the kitchen, carefully ensures that each customer has an excellent culinary experience. His kindness and attention to detail added a human warmth to the experience. The Peking duck soup was a marvel, rich in flavors and perfectly balanced. The spring rolls, for their part, were fresh and crispy, just the way we like them. But my real favorite was the Cantonese rice, undoubtedly one of the best I have tasted, with authentic flavors and an impeccable texture. To end the meal on a sweet note, I tasted apple fritters, which are clearly worth the detour, and the banana flambé, simple but tasty. In summary, Mandarin is a hidden gem that I highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic Chinese cuisine and attentive service.

20/08/2024: Lovely friendly service and fantastic food. Great value and definitely worth a visit. I'll be going back next time I'm in Montpellier.

21/08/2024: Very good coffee for those who like cappuccinos!!! Excellent whipped cream and a hot cup. The waitress is very nice.

23/07/2024: Tapas in old town, several good spots along a few streets ... had a different tapas selection and drink in 3 successive establishments to make a fun evening.

03/08/2024: Il est vrai que le secteur géographique n'a rien de joli, ni de romantique... Hélas... Mais l'établissement est vraiment à découvrir... De la qualité du service, à la fraîcheur des plats, en passant par le choix des desserts et surtout, au rapport qualité-prix... Rien n'est à revoir... (Ah.. si seulement la France comptait plus d'établissements de ce genre... plutôt que toutes ses guinguettes infâmes, simples vendeurs de bouffe réchauffée... Mais c'est ainsi...) Nous retiendrons donc cette très bonne adresse et reviendrons très bientôt ! Merci - et Bravo - à toute l'équipe !!

29/07/2024: une bonne adresse : un grand parking, une très grande capacité tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, personnel sympathique, choix varié, un choix cornélien pour les tiramisus avec au moins six sortes différentes, parmi les clients des vacanciers mais également des habitués, un bon signe !

25/09/2024: Welcoming establishment, fast service, the home-cooked cuisine is excellent, the menu prices correct: 17 euros starter + main course.

27/08/2024: En vacance entre ami nous avons voulu tester Le Safran et leur poulet rôti. Poulet servi à emporter je l’aurai préféré plus grillé. Nous somme revenu le soir même pour goûter leur kebab qui étaient pour le coup très bon. Par contre leur paella pas ouf… ça manque d’épice et de piment. Personnel très sympathique avec une serveuse magnifique. Nous reviendrons tester les pizza !

24/08/2024: J'ai commandée une paella pour 15 personnes lors d'un anniversaire, elle était excellente et super bien servie. Le personnel du safran sont toujours très agréable. J'ai également manger différents plats que propose cet établissement , ils étaient tous aussi très bon. Je recommande fortement

17/08/2024: Place to flee and avoid, boss (person with the pineapple on his head) totally out of his time, in bad faith and disrespectful. We were coming out of the gym with my girlfriend and we decided to have a drink on the terrace afterwards. I then showed up to pay, except that the TPE was not working. I wait a few minutes, but still nothing. The boss then told me to go and withdraw money with my credit card, except that I only had my phone to pay. The boss then had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault if I couldn't pay, that young people spend their time on the phone and the computer, in short, nameless hypocrisy knowing that it's ITS TPE which was not working. So instead of accusing a customer for something they are absolutely not at fault, it would be good to have tools that work within your establishment as well as to avoid throwing around stereotypes of grumpy old people for no reason. Too bad it's not possible to give negative stars.

12/08/2024: Friendly staff, charming little town, great atmosphere - the best coffee for miles around and a perfect way to start your day. Combine with the market on a Friday or the Sunday brocante for a lovely non-touristy, authentic matin au sud.

18/08/2024: Bon mais restaurant limiter, il ne servent pas avant 12h ou mis à une table avant 12h puis le nombres incalculable de mouches et guêpes et pour finir un restaurant sans frites alors qu’ils faisaient moules frites et Burger frites les pauvres goss bref je me suis tourné sur un magret et pâtes bah oui pas de frites ni de pomme de terre et servie 1h après notre commande
