30/07/2024: Super goede service van de bediening proberen echt alles goed in bet engels uit te leggen! Eten was heerlijk!! Ook de kinderen hebben er enorm genoten van het eten.

12/06/2024: Logo na Esplanada da Europa e com bela vista do rio Lez, esta casa de carnes tem tradição de mais de meio século. Um cardápio mais do que completo digno de restaurantes similares no Brasil, com muita variedade e cortes precisos. Ao longo da semana, sempre há um prato do dia por 14 euros, e são bem flexíveis na escolha do acompanhamento. Para cada prato de carne, sempre há a sugestão de um vinho harmonizado, eles sabem bem o que vendem. No mais, certeza de uma ótima refeição num ambiente bem agradável e aberto o dia todo.

29/10/2024: Bonne cuisine, mais menu réduit ce qui peut parfois être délicat pour les clients "difficiles" ou sujets à des "allergies alimentaires". Par précaution, je vous conseille de téléphoner avant pour connaître les plats qui seront servis le jour où vous irez. A part cela, tout y est OK une belle expérience

29/09/2024: Being the only ones to deliver to Valras, I ignored the negative reviews and ordered... Result: 29€ wasted, I would have been better off making them myself... Pizza certainly of a normal size, well stocked, but disgusting because they are way too salty! I ate two portions, the rest went in the trash. This will teach me to order from places rated 3/5....

27/08/2024: As vacationers in the area it was my first, apart from the price which I still find expensive (69€ for 4 senior pizzas) because being used to where I come from for senior pizza at 5€ and 6€ or at the formula ONE PIZZA PURCHASED = ONE FREE, we were satisfied with the quality of the pizza in terms of taste and level of topping generously dosed..... It took 2 halves (the same evening at dinner and the next day at lunch) to finish everything 👌🏾 Ps: it's cool that you still take paper restaurant tickets but please also switch to the restaurant ticket card so bring a bank card terminal

05/09/2024: The Mandarin restaurant, hidden in the small streets near the Observatory, is a real gem that deserves to be discovered. Despite its discreet location, it was a pleasant surprise. The service is provided by a single person who, in addition to taking care of the kitchen, carefully ensures that each customer has an excellent culinary experience. His kindness and attention to detail added a human warmth to the experience. The Peking duck soup was a marvel, rich in flavors and perfectly balanced. The spring rolls, for their part, were fresh and crispy, just the way we like them. But my real favorite was the Cantonese rice, undoubtedly one of the best I have tasted, with authentic flavors and an impeccable texture. To end the meal on a sweet note, I tasted apple fritters, which are clearly worth the detour, and the banana flambé, simple but tasty. In summary, Mandarin is a hidden gem that I highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic Chinese cuisine and attentive service.

19/11/2024: Simple, sans chichi, mais très bon qualité. Bon accueil. Très belle terrasse au centre du village. Prix/qualité est excellent!

16/09/2024: Autour de Siran, l'offre de restaurants est extrèmement pauvre, avec - au cours de notre séjour de sept jours - une bonne découverte à Caunes-Minervois (La Marbrerie) et une découverte nettement plus moyenne à La Livinière (Les Meulières). A Siran, près du Château-hôtel où nous résidions, un seul endroit ouvert dans le village : Le bar-restaurant Le Minervois. Nous avons tenté cette adresse à dîner et mal nous en a pris : ambiance fruste et très bruyante, éclairage désagréable digne d'un hôpital, cuisse de canard incroyablement dure, steak tartare haché trop menu et probablement un certain temps à l'avance, au vue de sa couleur peu engageante, qui m'a détraqué lourdement l'intestin. Quant au vin rouge, c'était un cru qui ne fait pas honneur aux efforts des vignerons de la région. Un endroit à vraiment éviter !!!

03/08/2024: Il est vrai que le secteur géographique n'a rien de joli, ni de romantique... Hélas... Mais l'établissement est vraiment à découvrir... De la qualité du service, à la fraîcheur des plats, en passant par le choix des desserts et surtout, au rapport qualité-prix... Rien n'est à revoir... (Ah.. si seulement la France comptait plus d'établissements de ce genre... plutôt que toutes ses guinguettes infâmes, simples vendeurs de bouffe réchauffée... Mais c'est ainsi...) Nous retiendrons donc cette très bonne adresse et reviendrons très bientôt ! Merci - et Bravo - à toute l'équipe !!

29/07/2024: une bonne adresse : un grand parking, une très grande capacité tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, personnel sympathique, choix varié, un choix cornélien pour les tiramisus avec au moins six sortes différentes, parmi les clients des vacanciers mais également des habitués, un bon signe !
