I arrived late in Rennes, and what a surprise to discover a neighborhood bar open until 1 a.m. on a Monday night right across the street from my Airbnb. Unexpected!
Awesome welcome from Émilie (Jolie) ❤️, who offered to look after my bags. We had some great conversations, a really great atmosphere, and a warm welcome from the regulars.
Special mention for the beauty of the place!

In search of a quality, homemade restaurant, we were not at all disappointed with our choice. A refined card but of very good quality. Service with a very good pace and super pleasant staff!
Truly a gem! It's worth the detour!!
We ordered:
Large appetizer board (perfect)
Savoyard burger (10/10) + A piece of beef aged for 6 months (simply succulent) + An Indian pizza (thin dough, good toppings) + A tartare (very well balanced)
Dessert side:
A crème brûlée, a cheesecake and a gourmet coffee
To discover with your eyes closed!
(Little extra! Free homemade rum tasting, the icing on the cake!!)

Jokes aside, the super complete has become the super defeat, the butter sugar without butter.

22/11/2024: A colleague had recommended this restaurant to me several months ago but I hadn't taken the time to go there. So, he invited me to lunch there. The location is not the sexiest. You have to know to go there.
Quick and professional welcome. No map or slate. The waiter came with his little notebook. 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts.
Everything is very fresh and above all very good and well presented.
The service is fast and attentive.
The photos speak for themselves.
In terms of budget, it's higher than average but the quality is really there.
I recommend!

20/09/2024: This is a beautiful place with a beautiful brasserie atmosphere, beautiful sea and sunset views depending on the place you have reserved!
In terms of cuisine, beautiful menu and very good fresh products!
I only gave 4 stars for the cuisine because the semi-cooked tuna was rather cooked than half-cooked.
We recommend this place and will come back on our next visit...still lots of good things to discover!
18/09/2024: This beachfront restaurant, which enjoys good reviews and local recommendations, suffers from a gross understaffing and unprofessional management. Arriving at 7 p.m., the very first customers in the service, we waited 20 minutes without any attention being paid to our table. Meanwhile, orders were taken for many diners who arrived after us. The organization of the service really leaves something to be desired: faced with this indifference, we finally decided to leave this establishment, disappointed by the unprofessional attitude of the staff. Other reviews reporting similar difficulties should alert management, otherwise they will attract further negative criticism.

Generous portions and ice cream that isn't too sweet.
Obviously, the pitcher of still water is brought automatically.

05/09/2024: A treat! Huge choice. Generous scoops, with a preference for sorbets, which taste very good and are refreshing.
I highly recommend, even if there may be a bit of a wait!
