26/06/2026: Wow, what a wonderful discovery! I'm a huge fan. Eline, a fantastic sales assistant, was incredibly kind and always smiling – I absolutely loved it! The tea is marvelous, and they even let you taste it before you buy. I recommend it 1000%! I'll definitely be back! Go for it without hesitation! A truly lovely team! 🌟

18/07/2026: Very friendly staff! The crepes and galettes were very generous! It's a shame the custom-made galette we ordered was missing pepper :D (just a little joke with the waiter). A very welcoming place, far from the touristy galette restaurants. The staff, the quality of the food... everything is there for a great time.

07/06/2026: Highly recommended!! The perfect hotel for a visit to St. Malo. Family-run (mother, daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter), incredibly warm welcome. English is no problem. Fantastic tips for our two-day stay, including restaurant recommendations for the nearby "Fidelis" and "Bouche en Folie" (personal reviews, both excellent!). Located within the city walls in a relatively quiet side street near a gate. You can park your car across the street at the gate and it's best to leave it there (€13/24h in the off-season). You're right in the heart of St. Malo, the cathedral is just around the corner. Narrow stairs to the fourth floor. There's an elevator, although it wasn't working at the beginning of June 2026. Small suitcases are an advantage.... :-) The rooms are compact but spotless, very clean, and well-maintained. Everything you need is there. Good beds! Even flowers on the windowsill! Ours was on the third floor. The noise from the seagulls was so bad that we had to close the windows at the beginning of June. The highlight is breakfast, which is offered for an extra €15. Very reasonable! On the ground floor, you sit in a rustic setting surrounded by natural stone walls at lovely country-style tables. There's a lot of decoration, almost too much. The owners like it, and that's perfectly fine. Each guest receives their own small pair of tongs to take the pre-cut food. There are no knives provided. You don't cut anything yourself! Only the hosts cut bread, cakes, and other items: precisely what will actually be eaten. There's always something available. Wonderfully sustainable. Nothing is left over, nothing is thrown away! Very hygienic because no one touches the food. Fantastic bread, toast, various cakes (the apple cake is amazing!!!), juice, jam, and also delicious cheese and salami, attractively pre-sliced. Espresso, fresh orange juice, or egg dishes are available for a small additional charge. The ideal little boutique hotel. A place to feel at home!

26/07/2026: Transactional vibe. I don’t mind paying an extortionate amount for good coffee but this place is just commercial.My drink was served with poorly textured milk (bubbles all over) in a small coffee cup + uncomfortable seats. If you’re local, there are many other specialty coffee shops in the area offering equally if not more “speciality”coffee for up to €2 less.

06/07/2026: I ordered a bobun to go. The box was practically empty. Two or three lettuce leaves, a few vermicelli noodles, and a little beef. A spring roll I took from the display case, cooked about ten hours ago, I think. In short, nothing fresh.

30/06/2026: Pretty good asian food, however, for some items, you might find it as a student quite pricey, but the food is pretty good, so you wouldn't mind paying for it.

02/08/2026: We were turned away in an incredibly rude manner by a waitress, without a greeting, a smile, or an apology. She barely glanced at us, just a curt "not possible" as she continued walking. This is unprofessional. Incidentally, there were several tables for two available, but each one was occupied by couples. It would be much smarter to arrange the tables at the ends of the restaurant and then combine them as needed to fill the place. I'm usually lenient and make it a point not to leave a negative review on my first visit. But in this instance, the behavior was just too inappropriate, even towards customers seated on the terrace.

30/05/2026: Top-notch restaurant. Fresh flowers from the garden in the salad, pork pluma cooked over a fireplace, and a lime crème brûlée—everything was absolutely delicious. My partner was also delighted with his butcher's cut and chocolate tart. And the service was very friendly. A must-try!

27/05/2026: The welcome and service were excellent, and the meal was superb, especially the Paris-Brest. We'll definitely be back when we return.
