04/02/2026: Hello, It's pointless to register for the castles available when purchasing a Wonderbox if you don't respond to the numerous follow-up calls (dozens of phone calls and an email). That's a shame.

03/01/2026: We spent a night there as a family for New Year's Eve. The welcome was warm, and the room was spacious. We also enjoyed the generous breakfast, with a good selection of both savory and sweet options. The château is located in a peaceful area.

20/04/2026: Disastrous end to service...the entire staff attacked me for ordering three tangerines and two bananas to go. It would have been so much nicer to discuss it! Anyway, I used to be a regular and brought many friends and family members here...but that was before! The customer service and relationship management were TERRIBLE!

10/04/2026: I had the pleasure of discovering a restaurant with a truly unique setting, both calm and peaceful, and very pleasant. The atmosphere is relaxing, perfect for a timeless experience. Each dish is delicious and meticulously prepared, and it shows immediately… Every bite is a true delight! The service is simply impeccable: attentive, professional, and warm, without being intrusive. A wonderful experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and high-quality establishment. I will definitely be back!

06/04/2026: Absolutely CATASTROPHIC service. We went for lunch at 1 p.m. and had to wait 40 minutes for Cedric, our waiter, to order our drinks and food. The food arrived after a fairly normal wait, but then ordering dessert was an interminable wait. We waited 45 minutes and finally left without dessert because it was simply unacceptable. Avoid this service and restaurant at all costs!!

22/04/2026: I chose a hamburger. The bun was dry and very bland. The deli meat was served but I didn't eat it because it had an unusual taste, and the sauce tasted like a store-bought one. The fries were advertised as homemade, but they didn't taste like potatoes at all. The ice cream for dessert was full of frost and iced bits. The quality of the food was lacking. Overall, I was quite disappointed despite the quick and friendly service.

15/04/2026: So we came to eat there on Wednesday, April 15th, and frankly, avoid it at all costs!! No choice whatsoever! Weird-looking sushi, fries that were way overcooked, spring rolls that were definitely leftovers from the previous evening's service! No beef skewers wrapped in cheese! Apparently, they're only available in the evening! What a joke! It's a real disgrace! I paid 40 euros for three fries, a bread roll with butter, an egg mayonnaise, and two chicken spring rolls, and I had absolutely no enjoyment! No drink service at the table. If you're looking for an all-you-can-eat Asian buffet, go to Lotus Bleu on the Route de Lorient instead! A thousand times better! Vila d'Or is a rip-off!

08/03/2026: Ordered takeout, called to place my order, waited 20 minutes, arrived 15 minutes later, and it was already ready, so no complaints! I can't really comment on the atmosphere, but there was no one at the counter until the phone rang, and it was early. The food was very good, but I was a little disappointed with the salmon tartare with rice and avocado. It was generous with rice and small pieces of salmon, but only a few pieces of avocado (9). When you see the photo of the table service on their website, there's easily twice as much, which makes it look less ridiculous, let's say. It's a shame. On the other hand, putting the ginger and wasabi in small trays separately in the dish is great because if you don't like them, you can easily remove them. Thank you for this thoughtful touch. We'll definitely go back, but if possible, please add more avocado to your tartares!

31/12/2025: The place was very, very cold, the food was very good, but there was an error on the bill: an extra dessert that was included in my set menu, and many items on the menu were no longer available, even the beers 😳

25/09/2025: It’s cozy and pretty between the trees although the room is full of the Minnie ants 🐜 + I’m in my fourth day of my 1 week stay and I was asking them since the first day to adjust the phone in my room with no response + I kept asking about the WiFi they gave me a zero connection WiFi

21/09/2025: The friendliness of the host, who pays attention to every detail, and the overall charm of this establishment immediately win you over. It's quietly located on the Route des Salines, yet centrally located, allowing you to reach Saint-Tropez in just a few minutes with the hotel's own shuttle bus. The service here is much more personalized than in some comparable hotels in this category. We fully recommend it!

11/04/2026: Contrary to some of the comments I've read about the owner, I found him very pleasant. The couscous was delicious. The restaurant operates on a reservation basis, which is why they don't have all the items available or only in limited quantities, but that's also a sign of quality. The service was excellent. I'll be back next time I'm in Rennes.

21/03/2026: We ordered a chicken tagine with lemons and a lamb tagine with prunes, and frankly, they were very good. The service and welcome were excellent.

02/12/2025: Located in the old town, this old-fashioned restaurant has undeniable charm, but the rest is questionable. Despite the staff's extreme kindness, the meal was a disaster. Several mishaps marred the experience, both in terms of service and the quality of the food. The €65 set menu featured paper tablecloths and napkins, and mismatched glasses. For a table of 12, the bistro tables pushed together were not all the same height, the unbalanced glasses fell over during the aperitif, and the tablecloth remained soaked throughout the meal. On the other hand, the appetizer platter was generous with excellent charcuterie. The scallop starter was good but meager: three scallops on a tartlet base. The fish with beurre blanc sauce was excellent, but the beurre blanc was a complete failure! It was runny and transparent. The well-cooked meat was very good, but the very thick sauce was unevenly distributed on the plates. The fries were overcooked...😵 The homemade dessert was excellent. Well, I think that for a menu at this price, everything is too sloppy, inexperienced, and above all, it really lacks what the customer has a right to expect: impeccable service and quality. It's harsh but realistic. You absolutely must improve to justify your prices! 2025: Nothing has changed, so it's closed for good, and that's that. !!!

09/04/2026: The selection is very limited and the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. The hygiene of the utensils is also questionable. Considering the price, which is certainly comparable to that of all-you-can-eat buffet restaurants, I find the service subpar. Given these points, I do not recommend this establishment.
