10/12/2025: Excellent meal. The fish soup and Le Palis salad were delicious. I wanted something light for dinner, but the glowing description of the house-smoked filet mignon won me over! I have absolutely no regrets. The filet mignon was sliced ​​into incredibly generous portions, served with Breton andouille sausage, walnuts (not rancid, unlike those served elsewhere...), and confit gizzards in a subtle blend bursting with flavor, enhanced with a touch of raspberry vinegar. What more could you ask for? And all for a very reasonable price! Top-notch. I'll be back.

21/07/2026: Disappointing! While the welcome and service were acceptable, the food, on the other hand, was reminiscent of the bland fast food of Tricatel (as seen in the film "L'aile ou la cuisse"). My lemon chicken reminded me of a plate of frozen nuggets deep-fried and topped with a squeeze of lemon juice; the rubbery salad that accompanied it was completely unseasoned. In the end, there was no finesse whatsoever, and it was difficult to digest, even though I only ordered one dish. My wife was also very disappointed with another dish that had a stereotypical taste and whose only merit was filling her stomach. In conclusion: For lovers of good Chinese cuisine, I strongly advise against the TIZEN restaurant.

We took the opportunity to discover and sample one of the local beers: Blanche Hermine, perfect for a refreshing break after exploring the streets of the corsair city. We particularly appreciated the intimate and authentic feel of the establishment. Located in a small, shaded alley, it offers a pleasant atmosphere, a little removed from the hustle and bustle of the busier streets, while being ideally situated in the heart of Saint-Malo's walled city. A place we love to discover on vacation: charming, with real character, good products, and impeccable service.
