29/08/2026: Good value for money. Welcoming and efficient staff. Generous portions. A good place to eat, although there's often a bit of a wait to get in.

29/08/2026: The staff were far too familiar, and their language was unprofessional. The chicken was undercooked, and the burger was practically empty considering the price. We won't be going back.

07/08/2026: Passing through Redon, we stopped by chance and what a wonderful discovery! The pizzas are excellent, very generously topped, and the service is simply exceptional. The owners are lovely and very welcoming. An address we recommend 100%!

22/07/2026: I don't eat pizza often, but these are exceptional. The crust is incredibly thin and crispy. I enjoyed eating the whole thing. I'll definitely be back!

05/05/2026: I ordered a vegetarian 30-ounce sub on Uber Eats—a vegetable patty with cheese, plus extra cheese, onions, peppers, and salad. There was absolutely no cheese in it. I got a total of five peppers and hardly any salad or onions. If this is how they make their subs, it's pointless ordering from here. Avoid it.

17/06/2026: Delicious, perfectly cooked, and piping hot crepes served on warmed plates with very friendly, quick, and helpful service. For two of us, the bill came to €29, including a bowl of cider, 50ml of sparkling water, two generously filled crepes, and an excellent espresso.

22/06/2026: I absolutely do not recommend it. The staff is not at all friendly. It has air conditioning, but it's only on the lowest setting, and the food is barely edible, except for making you sick afterwards.

19/06/2026: A dreadful restaurant with extremely unpleasant service. They show a lack of respect for customers who have traveled a long way. They refused to take my money because I understand the fear of being scammed, but the holiday voucher I gave them was perfectly valid. Avoid at all costs. The food is terrible and the staff even more unpleasant.

04/04/2026: Excellent, generous kebab. An incredible amount of meat. Deserves its title as the best kebab in Ille-et-Vilaine.

19/08/2026: There are no roulette tables, just two electronic roulette wheels, so they're soulless and uninteresting. And there's also a "Bistrot Régent" restaurant, equally soulless, serving cuisine completely at odds with what the prestigious chef who praises it would have you believe.

22/04/2026: I chose a hamburger. The bun was dry and very bland. The deli meat was served but I didn't eat it because it had an unusual taste, and the sauce tasted like a store-bought one. The fries were advertised as homemade, but they didn't taste like potatoes at all. The ice cream for dessert was full of frost and iced bits. The quality of the food was lacking. Overall, I was quite disappointed despite the quick and friendly service.

31/07/2026: Everything was perfect. For €22.90 per person, we enjoyed excellent mussels with Roquefort or curry sauce, served with delicious fries, a chocolate crepe, and a bowl of cider with some savory snacks. The staff was very friendly, the location was right by the sea, and the atmosphere was great. We were very surprised by some of the negative reviews and highly recommend it. There are restrooms next to the restaurant.

16/07/2026: This place is nothing special. A tourist trap of a restaurant on the seafront selling everything you can find everywhere else, only worse. After my experience, I find it hard to believe this place could have been recommended by the Lonely Planet guide for years... The mussels were stale and scrawny, and the marinara sauce was so acidic it was almost unbearable. It makes you wonder if it was all designed to make us run away or throw up. The fried smelt with tartar sauce was okay (it was frozen, after all). This reinforces my belief that you should definitely avoid beach/seaside restaurants. In short, Ecuador is no paradise...

31/07/2026: Former hotel converted into apartments. Bookings available on Booking.com. Very functional for one person or a family. Very quiet location near the river.

29/06/2026: A little discovery on the way to Rennes. The setting isn't amazing, but the small terrace is very pleasant, tucked away from the parking lot. The food is excellent and the welcome is very warm. The owner makes lovely little pieces of jewelry (I bought a pretty brooch). This adds to her charm. It's a must-stop if you're passing through Liffre. Definitely worth a visit.
