13/08/2024: What a wonderful Auberge! What a friendly atmosphere. In beautiful country style. The food is fantastic! Tasty meals made with honest and delicious ingredients. Country kitchen. You should definitely taste the bread. Should not be missed if you are in the area (on holiday).

The food is excellent! The quality is really there! The service is perfect!
I really appreciated the homemade appetizers as an aperitif, as well as the small cakes with the coffee, it really makes all the difference for me compared to other restaurants...
The only downside is the road just ahead.
Otherwise I recommend and I will come back!

13/07/2024: First time at the Syrian counter last night. We opted for 7 mezze for 2 (more than enough, 5 or 6 would have been enough). Very fair price. Very pleasant and smiling waitress. Good food. Well prepared pieces, spicy and hearty.
10/07/2024: The first Syrian restaurant in Saint-Etienne and it remains the best, with its delicious and quality dishes, the best falafels, grills, and mezzes including muhammara. Excellent service and warm atmosphere.
The owners are very nice Bravooo..I recommend

Heatwave obliges, my sons and I are looking for a place to have a drink, we stop at the first bistro crossed and bingo, another cool place. Village bistro in its own right, but super friendly staff, authentic, more than reasonable prices and quality products. Only serves food at lunchtime, so don't miss out. Daily menu at 16.50, starter, main course, dessert, mature steak, home fries and salad for 24th. Dark if you like simple but authentic places.

Cocktail recipes are not respected.
The cooking of my duck breast, which I asked for well pink, was served cooked to perfection.
