17/02/2026: I didn't know this restaurant at all. My family introduced me to it, and it was a great find. The food was good, and I loved the conveyor belt concept where you choose what you want. I'll definitely come back to eat there.

13/02/2026: An intimate and calm place, a bit like home. We come often and are never disappointed. The service is attentive, the products are high quality. I've tried others in Saint-Étienne, but Himiko remains the best in my opinion.

09/02/2026: We stumbled upon this inn and ate there. Since my boyfriend and I are vegetarian, the manager completely accommodated our request by offering us custom burgers with Fourme cheese – a real success! We'll definitely keep this address in mind and will happily return on our next trip 😋

12/02/2026: A magnificent culinary experience at this new restaurant! The Bistrot de la Gare, which opened today replacing the station buffet, offers a truly timeless experience. The decor is elegant and tasteful! The cuisine is authentic, featuring local products. I'm vegetarian and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you to the chef! 04/11/2025: A vintage bistro with exceptional value for money. These days, you rarely find such delicious traditional cuisine. Fresh, well-prepared ingredients, and finally, some options featuring vegetables. The stuffed cabbage was superb, and they even adapted it to my request with a leek fondue instead of the usual rice, and a coffee for €12.50. A very attentive waitress. A warm welcome for other latecomers, unlike some restaurants that are now turning up their noses after 1:30 pm. Thank you.

27/02/2026: Management is lying, but I'm only half surprised given the bizarre exchanges that evening. I'm not demanding larger portions under threat of a Google review. I didn't even consider it! Perhaps that's what Management does when they eat out? The mention of the Google review was simply an observation I made during the toxic exchange with Management. Frankly, I'm amazed that Management manages to keep their job considering their mindset and intellectual dishonesty (like they're just trying to get something out of it). They must have forgotten about the other reviews concerning undersized portions AND my attached photos. In short: "Starter: breaded snails… 5 or 6 pieces, drowning in sauce. They use gnocchi to try and pass it off…" "Main course: a tiny chicken supreme. "Twice, when asked if 'everything's alright,' I reply that it's too small. No reaction, no adjustment (an initiative I don't expect from a waitress). "The cheese arrives: I'm told to stop after 6 or 7 very thin slices. Luckily there was bread (3 slices in the basket). I ask for a little butter: the manager immediately intervenes defensively, asking me if 'I had a bad day' because I mentioned that the portions were insufficient (the waitresses were friendly). "Yes, it's Bresse chicken (woohoo!). But at €29 for the set menu, excluding drinks, you'd expect to leave feeling full." "The most disappointing thing isn't so much the quantity as the attitude." No real listening, no desire to understand, no gesture of goodwill. A combative and passive-aggressive stance where a minimum of customer service would have sufficed. The meal wasn't bad, the atmosphere was decent. But the quality-quantity-price ratio is clearly unbalanced, and the response to an honest comment leaves much to be desired. I won't be back.

12/12/2025: I came to the restaurant at Domaine du Moulin for lunch: I wasn't disappointed! Fresh, original, and high-quality products. The best part, however, is the view from the restaurant overlooking the Loire Gorges.
