30/08/2025: Hello, We've been coming to your place for years and are always fully satisfied with the quality of the pizzas! But then yesterday, we bought two pizzas, unfortunately difficult to eat, soaked in oil, and they leaked from the box into the car onto the seat... Quite disappointed, because we've recommended you countless times! I hesitated to bring them back; it was past 9 p.m. I didn't want to make the return trip for nothing, since that's supposed to be closing time. Rushes and mishaps can happen, but by putting them in the box you could have seen that and made adjustments before we left... Anyway, a shame. Have a good evening.

22/11/2025: Incredibly rude service this lunchtime. We arrived as a couple with a baby at 11:45 am. We barely opened the door when the manager told us, "You have a reservation." Since we didn't have a reservation, it wasn't possible to eat there. So what about people just passing through? Pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago, traveling salespeople, families, tourists... Especially considering it was 1 degree Celsius outside this morning and we had just finished a long hike. This manager showed absolutely no compassion. Therefore, a negative review for her hospitality. I hope this message will be helpful to you all.

24/10/2025: I had already had the opportunity to try this place some time ago, on a weekend. If I had really enjoyed it the first time, this second experience during the week was less conclusive. We had opted for the daily menu at €20: starter, main course, cheese or dessert, with two choices for each. It is quite correct for a daily menu during the week. Unfortunately the dishes were not very convincing: the starter was very good, certainly, but too rich in sauce. Then the fish gave off water when I cut it and the vegetables (steamed or boiled?) really lacked flavor and also gave off water. Finally the dessert, even if it was nicely presented and had a very tempting name, did not live up to its promises since the piece of chestnut cake, rather compact, resembled a cake that I could have made at home and it was swimming in a large quantity of chocolate sauce. The whole thing was somewhat difficult to digest. Too bad.

25/10/2025: I wasn't planning on leaving a comment, but I received an email inviting me to do so. The owners' or staff's car was parked in front of the terrace, visible from the rooms :/ Strong smell of essential oil at reception and on the upper floors. The hotel behaves like a hotel chain, with strict cancellation policies (impossible before 3 weeks), a rate for a child of over €30 per night, which we learned about afterward. Nothing less than €17 per person to stay on site for breakfast. A Wi-Fi connection requiring acceptance of cookies and general terms and conditions, like in large hotels, signed "The hotel team." » while we met an employee, XXL website with a fade-in... In fact, it's more of a family business, with moderate amenities: no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, in original condition (visible crack in the stairwell on the top floor), unhooked painting with visible clothes rack in the rooms, single shower heads, etc. Probably in need of a complete overhaul and a good start with alignment between the promise, the image presented, and the services offered. There's no point in presenting yourself as a large hotel when many people aren't looking for that and appreciate the family atmosphere, provided you have reasonable prices, are a little more flexible and caring, and embody the place. 23/09/2025: I just spent a week at this charming establishment. It was a wonderful discovery, by the way. What can I say about this hotel? First of all, a big thank you to its owner and her young team. They are ready to respond efficiently and kindly to all your requests (including those you hadn't already suggested). This shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the decor is in a chic seaside-family home style. You really feel at home there! Of course, the cleanliness is impeccable, the bedding is perfect, the parking is private, and some rooms have a beautiful view. In short, after having a hard time leaving, I can only add: "Can't wait to go back!"

28/02/2026: One of those "sanctuaries" dedicated to this beverage, so diverse in color and flavor; beautiful bottles representing a wide variety of regions, with an effective presentation contributing to the unique decor. The menus and daily specials are enticing, the prices reasonable, and the cuisine is both digestible and varied, with very efficient service, despite the crowds. A place where it's almost essential to book, even on weekdays!

02/01/2026: I can't wait to go back. We had a wonderful time as a family with our 5-month-old daughter and our Staffordshire Bull Terrier. The service was impeccable, attentive, and everything was homemade. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious and flavorful, the room was clean, and the view was exceptional. Everything was perfect. Thank you for the warm welcome. This is a welcoming place. It was our first visit, but we will definitely be back.

03/10/2025: Magical place with a magnificent view! We came by chance with children after a lovely hike. The staff is very friendly and the owner kindly offered us a delicious homemade sausage to accompany our bottle of wine. We will definitely be back for a family meal!

12/10/2025: We had a wonderful time at Brasserie La Rocadine! The welcome was very warm from the moment we arrived: the waiters and waitresses are truly charming, attentive, and cheerful. The service is fast and pleasant, always with the aim of pleasing customers. The food is delicious, well-presented, and generous, using quality ingredients. You can tell that everything is prepared with care. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, perfect for a meal with family or friends. A special word for the owner, particularly kind and cheerful, who takes the time to interact with customers—a real plus that makes all the difference. I highly recommend this place; a place where you feel good and want to come back!

22/02/2026: Very disappointed with the value for money. We were given paper napkins, the waitress was nice but incompetent, the welcome was adequate, and the Caesar tartare was more like a bloody hamburger than a tartare (but still good). The desserts were good but quite ordinary. If we had paid €35, I wouldn't have written a review, but I expect much better for a €44 set menu without drinks. I do not recommend it.

08/02/2026: The food is simply delicious! Kudos to the chefs, the service is perfect, and the atmosphere is lovely. The floating island with pralines is to die for!!! I highly recommend this restaurant. A sure bet!

02/11/2025: We're definitely not going back!!!! I asked for the mojito to be remade; it was full of black, slimy bits floating in the water. The veal Milanese was like cardboard ham, yuck!!! The pesto on the pasta wasn't good quality. I asked the cook for an explanation, and his response was, "The meat comes from a butcher in Saint-Genest." I highly doubt it!!!! The pizza was thin and not very good, just like everything else. A complete disaster 🙄 Very disappointed. We didn't order dessert. The owner told us when we paid, "I'll give you the aperitifs on the house, and I don't think we'll see you again!"
