05/05/2026: I highly recommend dining at the training restaurant one evening. For around €25 per person, you'll be served a delicious and excellent meal by smiling, courteous, and motivated students. The setting contributes to the "gastronomic" atmosphere. We had a choice of five different cocktails, created by the student sommeliers, followed by an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert. We were certainly not disappointed; the students did a fantastic job. In short: you eat extremely well for a very reasonable price, and we're happy to be able to give these young people the opportunity to gain valuable experience.

24/03/2026: Lunch at the school's Château was a delightful experience, with a warm welcome and a superb menu featuring beautiful dishes served with care. Well done to the students; their motivation and dedication to their work are evident. I highly recommend this establishment.

There was a delivery issue with Deliveroo, but the woman who made the delivery was lovely and drove over 20 minutes to the correct address. Next time, I'll order directly from the restaurant for delivery, and we'll also eat in. I highly recommend this place if you want a great meal.
