05/05/2026: I highly recommend dining at the training restaurant one evening. For around €25 per person, you'll be served a delicious and excellent meal by smiling, courteous, and motivated students. The setting contributes to the "gastronomic" atmosphere. We had a choice of five different cocktails, created by the student sommeliers, followed by an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert. We were certainly not disappointed; the students did a fantastic job. In short: you eat extremely well for a very reasonable price, and we're happy to be able to give these young people the opportunity to gain valuable experience.

22/05/2026: Very disappointed Very bad experience I ordered the set menu. For starters, a 5cm x 5cm piece of country pâté with two lettuce leaves and a quarter of a tomato, followed by four pieces of grilled meat (a chorizo ​​like on a children's menu, two chicken tenders where you had to find the meat, the same for the marinated pork where I had to gnaw on the bone), served with regular fries, all for 22 euros. I strongly advise against it 👎

On the other hand, the diarrhea and vomiting that followed certainly had plenty of zing... 😅👌 It had been a long time since I'd ordered salmon tartare for fear of getting sick. I wanted to give it another try, and well, I think it'll be the last time. Otherwise, the restaurant is very clean and tries to be chic, but the value for money isn't great and the service is quite slow.

21/04/2026: For me, by far the best traditional restaurant in the Gier Valley. The decor is fantastic, the service is wonderful, the terrace is magnificent, and don't even get me started on the food! You can tell it's prepared with passion. And in terms of value for money, I don't think you can beat it; for me, it's truly the best semi-gastronomic restaurant. I highly recommend it!
