26/08/2026: Following a purchase from one of their boat owners, whom they managed both mechanically and with paperwork, it turns out I was completely ripped off. A con artist with a hidden defect on the outboard motor (bypassing all the engine and ECM safety features to start it with a well-concealed wire, faulty voltage regulator, fuel pump relay, and after all these mishaps, I had a complete overhaul done, and there it was... a metal-filled hole in the engine block around the thermostat housing, with a gaping hole). Of course, the thermostat and water pressure valve were missing. The repair budget skyrocketed. And of course, no recourse. Purchased in winter, first used in spring with the first problems, and hauled out for a week in August with the engine overheating. My week-long vacation in Marseillan Plage was completely ruined. People's dishonesty will eventually be punished. I am not grateful.

12/08/2026: To order, go to the counter. The scannable menu isn't up to date, but it might have been updated after our visit. Otherwise, the atmosphere is great, both visually and aurally, and the manager is very friendly. Go for it!

27/06/2026: A magnificent and very welcoming hotel; the wooden staircase adds a lot of charm. I particularly liked the lobby and reception area! The staff is incredibly attentive to its guests. My room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was also greatly appreciated in this heat! The meal in the restaurant was delicious! A big thank you to everyone for your extraordinary hospitality.

17/08/2026: We happened to be passing by the brasserie and decided to try it out. We'll definitely be back; the service was pleasant and unpretentious, and the food was excellent.

03/08/2026: We had a wonderful time there as a family, and were warmly welcomed by Brigitte and Thierry. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend it if you're ever in the area!

19/02/2026: A Valentine's Day meal with a special menu, but no aperitif or dessert. The service was poorly organized, the manager unfriendly and training her students in the middle of service. There was no presentation of the dishes, and tables were mixed up. One wine was madeleine, so it had to be changed, as had other tables. The decor is outdated. The chef came by at the end of service, a bit gruff. The bill was exorbitant. It was a first, but also a last...

03/06/2026: We have stayed at this hotel several times a year for many years. We noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the room and several shortcomings, which we politely mentioned to the receptionist (not to complain, but to point them out). She even offered us breakfast and a free tourist tax as compensation. She also explained that two of the three cleaning staff were on leave and that they were training new staff, which might explain these minor inconveniences. We hope our comments will help them regain their 5-star rating for the room and services, which we have no doubt they will! 😁

20/09/2026: We went there after a football tournament, so there were 30 of us (half adults, half children). Our children were scolded all evening for being too noisy (they were using the foosball table provided and weren't making any more noise than the game required). We were the only ones in the restaurant, but everything was done to stress us out. When it came time to pay the bill, the waitress preferred to send the manager over, probably fearing we'd make a fuss, even though we split the bill and paid proportionally (it couldn't have been simpler). In short, only go if you're without children or if they're mute.

22/04/2026: I had a wonderful evening at Restaurant Le Salah! The warm welcome and attentive service made me feel very comfortable, although the wait to be seated was a little long. The prices are more than reasonable considering the quality of the food, and the restaurant's setting is very pleasant. It was also impeccably clean.

13/07/2026: First of all, the café is absolutely adorable, with lovely art direction. The drinks are gorgeous, and there's a really good selection, I think. We had a problem with our order, and the bartender with the pretty hair who was working that Monday, July 13th (10:30 am) was incredibly professional and very pleasant. She was so kind and responded immediately, bringing us the correct item. I want to emphasize that the mistake wasn't her fault at all. The atmosphere is really cool, and it was great.

24/08/2026: A series of problems and a frankly astounding lack of professionalism After several orders from Domino’s Pizza Roanne, the observation is unfortunately always the same: there’s always something wrong. Missing pizzas, order errors, deliveries delayed by more than an hour and a half, orders completely forgotten and therefore never delivered… It’s almost like a bad joke. But yesterday, things reached a new level. The delivery driver arrived, didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell, and simply gave his scooter a quick honk. Obviously, we didn’t leave immediately since we hadn’t even been properly notified of his arrival. The result: he left with the order. Since when does a delivery driver consider a quick honk of the horn sufficient to deliver an order? The least they could do is ring the doorbell, especially when delivering food to someone’s home. And to top it all off: the website doesn't even ask for the correct phone number during the ordering process, and then we're told that the number was entered incorrectly. Perhaps they should start by having a properly functioning ordering process before shifting the blame onto the customer. We then spoke with the manager. And there again, a huge disappointment: no real self-reflection, no impression of consideration for the customer, and above all, an attitude that frankly gave the impression that our problem was of absolutely no interest to them. Yet, we've ordered from other Domino's stores in France and we've never encountered such a string of errors or such a lack of professionalism. A one-off mistake can happen. But when the problems become recurring and, on top of that, the handling of the complaint is so disappointing, it raises serious questions. Domino's Roanne: missing pizzas, order errors, endless delays, forgotten orders, a failed delivery, and now the driver leaves without even ringing the doorbell… It's getting ridiculous. We were regular customers. But by taking customers for granted, you're bound to lose them. A huge disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
