25/05/2026: My last visit was at the end of April/beginning of May. I come to this establishment from time to time. I understand that given how busy it is, it can be hard to find a table, but to have the waiter tell me, "What can I do? There are no tables, there are no tables! You should have come earlier..." My partner wasn't exactly thrilled and wanted to tell him privately that if you talk to people like that, you have to take responsibility. (I think the waiter's name was Nathanael or something like that. He wasn't very tall.) Luckily, the security guard saw that my partner was upset and intervened before anything happened between him and this incredibly rude waiter. The bouncer calmed my friend down by speaking to him politely and calmly. He even found us a table when the waiter hadn't even looked for one, and he grabbed a waitress on the fly to take our order. It's still crazy that it was a guy who wasn't a waiter who had to do what was necessary to satisfy a customer. By the way, thanks to the waitress with glasses who was very kind. In any case, we like to come from time to time, but from now on we avoid the waiter who spoke rudely to us, we always make sure to thank the bouncer for his kindness and professionalism, and we try to be served by the young lady with glasses. Otherwise, apart from this incident, it's a very nice establishment.

28/07/2026: I can't believe some of the negative reviews... I've been several times at different times of year... the owner always greets us with a smile and a kind word. The young, energetic, and pleasant servers are fantastic, and goodness knows how hard it is to find a waiter or waitress in the summer. We've always eaten well at attractive prices. If I wanted higher quality, I know my meal would cost twice as much. Here, you're in a true inn, open 7 days a week, with non-stop service all day long. Nowhere else do you find such service or such extended hours. Truly, congratulations to you, Auberge du Bosquet Fleuri! 👏👏👏 For desserts, fried food, and everything else... see you very soon for a lovely evening by the Loire! 🥰

24/06/2026: The hotel is well-located and pleasant. The rooms are air-conditioned and the restaurant is decent, with a calm atmosphere. Be aware of the parking: there are few spaces, they cannot be reserved, and the access is very narrow with a steep incline. It's best to be a confident driver.

12/07/2026: Good kebab but too noisy, service not great, too long a wait, and to top it all off, a 50cl bottle of Cristaline water for €2 😳😳😳 what a rip-off, and without even wearing a mask 👏👏👏

24/04/2026: Place Jules Guesde. It had been a long time since I'd left my indefinable melancholy here. Here, you hit rock bottom, and the solid, glassy depths of this pint are also part of it... It's the kind of small, neighborhood bar, weathered and worn by human wandering, where, over a pint, thoughts drift and project themselves, reminding us that a place is nothing without the imagination we project onto it. But... The large outdoor terrace is pleasant in summer, where your only natural companion and sole poetic element is a large plant branching out and contorting itself towards some unknown light. The dartboard on the wall is still there, and you can imagine the darts have taken some rather unpredictable trajectories. A narrow stage for concerts, a foosball table where balls clatter, a backyard that, following a row of recycling bins, leads you to a nice billiards room. But ultimately, there's just something missing...

27/06/2026: A magnificent and very welcoming hotel; the wooden staircase adds a lot of charm. I particularly liked the lobby and reception area! The staff is incredibly attentive to its guests. My room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was also greatly appreciated in this heat! The meal in the restaurant was delicious! A big thank you to everyone for your extraordinary hospitality.

22/04/2026: I had a wonderful evening at Restaurant Le Salah! The warm welcome and attentive service made me feel very comfortable, although the wait to be seated was a little long. The prices are more than reasonable considering the quality of the food, and the restaurant's setting is very pleasant. It was also impeccably clean.

16/06/2026: Second stay at this hotel, a warm welcome from the owners. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The meals are excellent, entirely homemade. Special mention to the chef's delicious terrine! The hotel is located near hiking trails, and thanks to Marion's recommendations, we enjoyed some wonderful walks in the area. We will gladly return.

10/06/2026: First time using Google review but the charming receptionist/manager in excellent English ( learned in NZ so got me there) explained my face to face feedback would be great on line! I’ve visited the region and this hotel before with my wife. The walks are to die for- and the slow pace of life. Getting out of a French city stokes my soul. Country living Family vibe for the lonely traveller.. (last time we stayed for three nights) This is a hotel that gets family. From the interplay of the talented chef with his fluent niece? Daughter? It’s great!! I loved the meals and had the honour of being shown … cos I was only guest that Sunday… a beef bourgonie (spelling???) being made… love anything made with cognac. Immaculate cooking… attention to all things hygiene… great dinner! Rooms were modern, clean and unexpected from an unprepossing frontage. Will be back! For the homemade pate/ foie de gras in particular.
