During our hike on the pretty paths around Salvezinet, we discovered the Auberge de la Valette, where we stopped to quench our thirst. We were welcomed very warmly. The person showed us around the place (restaurant, bar, and the terrace which is ready to stop for a while). So, we also had some homemade pastries.
As luck would have it, we can't wait to go back and eat there again.
It makes you want.

01/09/2024: Everest is our favorite restaurant in the region, the welcome is impeccable, the restaurant is very classy without being flashy, and the cuisine is just perfect, we have since time taken a look at the various menus, dishes, starters and desserts and everything is excellent. The price is very reasonable since everything is homemade.

The welcome and the service are perfect, the dishes (roasted guinea fowl, duck breast) are delicious and my son had a surprise for his birthday..I recommend ++

22/08/2024: We ate cool inside. Well-filled pancakes with fresh ingredients. Crêpe Belle Hélène a delight. We had a good time in a Breton atmosphere. 4 star service only because a little length, but nothing serious.

The crepes 🥞 but always a great time! Be careful, it's not a fast food restaurant, it's a place where you take your time 🌟

14/01/2025: Perfect! Everything was perfect from the welcome to the dessert! A magnificent setting and faultless service.
Each dish was a treat, for the eyes and the taste buds. It was a real pleasure and a pleasant time with the family.
As for the wine list, all regions are represented with of course wines from the volcanic Loire.
Congratulations again and thank you!
28/12/2024: There were three of us, first time in this place, menus at 115 euros with wines but disappointed the flavors and the taste were not there

14/12/2024: Pretty inn located in the heart of nature in the Pilat park. Beautiful view on a clear day. Good preparation of game stew in winter. A tender wild boar with a famous marinade Warm and diligent service.

Jusqu'au pain aux céréales excellent, belle croûte.
Bémol pour l'accueil où nous sommes entrés et avons attendu en attendant que l'on nous appercoive.

La qualité et la quantité sont au rendez-vous avec une présentation soignée.
La chambre trois personnes est spacieuse, lumineuse et propre, avec une literie de qualité.
Nous finissons ce parfait séjour par un petit déjeuner copieux et excellent que nous savourons avant de reprendre la route.
Nous reviendrons.
