We don't visit the Saumur region very often, but every time we do, we make every excuse, every detour, to enjoy a few burritos, quesadillas, and other little pastries. The welcome is synonymous with perfection, warmth, and professionalism, all while remaining incredibly human (whether in the kitchen or with the waitstaff!). The cuisine, like the restaurant itself, is intimate, beautifully decorated, and welcoming. It's an address not to be missed, and they even do takeout. Thank you for always being there; you're the best!

06/04/2025: A little long wait, but the house offered us a shooter for the wait. Otherwise, the boss is friendly and always smiling, as are the very dynamic waitresses. The kitchen was top notch. Do it again with your eyes closed, a smaller dance party as a bonus last night.

20/10/2025: While passing through Saumur, we happened to have lunch there and it was a "good choice." Pleasant setting, attentive service, even if there was a bit of a delay between the starter and main course, but everything was well served and excellent for a €30 menu (starter, main course, dessert). An address to keep in my favorite restaurants.

03/02/2026: Our second time at the restaurant, celebrating our 13th anniversary. We had a wonderful meal: half a lobster as a starter, beef fillet and foie gras as a main course with baby vegetables, and Black Forest cake. Taste, flavor, and finesse... A delight!
