28/11/2025: As a matter of principle, I don't give a negative review because I ate there for decades. I ordered four servings of sweet and sour sauce; just by looking at the color, you could tell it wasn't the same batch. Some of the sauce had simply fermented... a strong, overpowering taste of alcohol, so that plate went straight in the bin. The rice was rock hard, almost raw... After the sauce, I wondered how old it was... It's crazy to take over such a Thionville institution and ruin it like this. Judging by the other reviews, it's far from an isolated case.

26/09/2026: As a customer since it opened in 2014, I've witnessed the (slow but noticeable) decline of the restaurant. The first thing that strikes you is the filth: dirty toilets, sinks overflowing with paper, urinals frequently out of order, and tray waste bins always clogged and rarely emptied... resulting in mountains of trash. I went on Sunday, July 6th at 7:45 PM for a simple Smart Meal, and 30 minutes later, my order still hadn't arrived (yes, this is a fast-food restaurant, a far cry from the chain's promised 3-minute wait). Consequently, I had to cancel my order because I was going to miss my movie. And what about the deteriorating staff? Some are incredibly rude to customers, laughing amongst themselves instead of working, while others are overworked. The manager should definitely take some customer service training. I imagine opening the restaurant at 9:31 PM to pick up an online order is pure torture. A complete disaster, but hopefully there will be a radical change for customers.

19/09/2026: Maximum wait time, employees completely out of it, no smiles, no friendliness, no courtesy. They didn't seem to care even though many customers were waiting. They didn't even ask why so many people were waiting. The worst part is that it wasn't even rush hour. A very bad experience.

01/10/2026: Extremely disappointing experience at the McDonald's drive-thru in Mondelange. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be reported. The service was poor from beginning to end, with particularly unpleasant staff and a very unprofessional attitude, especially from the person at the drive-thru and the manager. On Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 8:30 PM, I ordered a box of 20 nuggets. After about a 20-minute drive home, I noticed that the nuggets were clearly reheated, poorly prepared, and carelessly presented. For an order that had just been served, this is simply unacceptable. The most shocking thing, however, was the reception I received when I returned to calmly report the problem. Instead of looking for a solution or even acknowledging the issue, they mocked me and laughed with the person who had just mishandled my order. A manager should be there precisely to handle this kind of situation with respect and professionalism, but I don't understand how she can be a manager if she doesn't even know how to manage. The customer is clearly not considered here as someone who deserves respect or satisfaction. Between the quality of the order, the staff's attitude, and the way my complaint was handled, it was a particularly bad experience. I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's and I certainly won't be going back. It's a shame I can't give zero stars.

01/10/2026: We just ordered a box of 20 veggie nuggets tonight, and it was already a hassle to get them. The girl at the drive-thru told us they "don't make them here"??? I order them every time I come? Then she told us she had to ask a manager, and came back saying it would take some time because they needed to be cooked... unless I'm living in another world, up until then everything seemed... logical? I moved the car to the last window and they gave me the box of 20 nuggets RIGHT AWAY, which is weird considering I was told there would be a wait. EXCEPT that when I got home, I opened my box of nuggets, and they were as hard as concrete. Literally, if I dropped one, I'd be afraid of breaking a tile, and that's an understatement. My husband finds himself having to get back in the car and return to the McDonald's in Mondelange to try and exchange this magnificent box of nuggets that has been cooked and reheated I don't know how many times, and of course I call 7 times and nobody answers.

21/09/2025: Calm atmosphere, however the quality is normal or even poor at times. For the price I think it's reasonable anyway. You really can't expect better for this price, but if you're aiming for quality, look elsewhere. On the other hand, the price-quality ratio is good.

26/09/2026: Unbelievably slow, unlike anything I've ever seen at McDonald's, a real shame for fast food!

25/02/2026: I had booked a month and a half in advance, explaining it was for a marriage proposal. I had requested a secluded spot on the terrace and a bottle of non-alcoholic Champagne so I could toast with my partner, who has suffered three strokes. Upon arrival, there was no record of our reservation. We were simply seated on the terrace. Apparently, the supplier doesn't carry that type of drink, but I suspect it was simply overlooked, just like our reservation. The staff seemed far more preoccupied with chatting and laughing than attending to customers until I voiced my dissatisfaction. The meal ended without dessert, as you can imagine. We had come last year, and everything was perfect. After tonight, we will certainly never return to this restaurant.

19/09/2026: Avoid at all costs, and especially one person in particular, a so-called Eliott. I waited in line for 25 minutes without a single car moving.

19/09/2026: Something is always missing from the order or delivery, which is unacceptable. The portions of fries or potatoes are tiny, and napkins are always missing—it's disappointing! Significant improvements need to be made.

11/10/2026: Drive-thru, no one ahead of me yet a 40-minute wait for my order... I get home and the sauces and two sandwiches are missing. Impossible to contact them...

11/10/2026: Getting worse and worse: a 45-minute wait for a small order... People arrive after us but are served before us. Items were missing from our children's menu order. And they also asked us if we had ordered drinks... Well, yes... what great organization! Oh yes, and only one kiosk was working.

04/10/2026: A disrespectful bouncer refused entry without giving a valid explanation, even though we remained polite and were not drunk.

15/06/2026: Avoid at all costs. Unpleasant staff. No atmosphere whatsoever. I do not recommend it.

23/09/2026: As usual, and unsurprisingly, I was disappointed with this bakery. I ordered an item, and they charged me more than the advertised price, claiming they'd used the wrong label. A sugar pie is a sugar pie. Your only chance is that you're the only bakery you own and don't have another one nearby; otherwise, you would have closed down a long time ago, given the lack of friendliness of the staff you employ.

19/09/2026: The manager dared to insult a customer and make misogynistic remarks: "She's pissing me off." Shameful. (Reported on September 19th.)

02/10/2026: Someone was supposed to take action at 2:45 PM. The wait was far too long. Plus, she was letting her friend, who works at great expense, cut in line... and we're still waiting... avoid at all costs!

23/09/2026: Hello, I like this store for its service, but I've had enough. Yesterday, a young man started harassing me. After I made my selection, he began asking, "What do you want?" and I answered him politely. He continued, giving me a very nasty look. He seems to confuse service with harassment. The female staff is usually very friendly and welcoming, but his attitude was very disturbing. This man is worrying; I won't go in when he's there. I should mention that the other saleswomen are completely different and pleasant. Thank you for listening.
