01/08/2026: Inconsistent quality and frequent stock shortages.

31/07/2026: I arrived at 11:45 today, there were 15 people ahead of me, and only one server at the counter. Every day, at every hour, it's always the same number of people, not to mention the empty shelves, and only one employee to serve... It's getting worse and worse.

25/02/2026: I had booked a month and a half in advance, explaining it was for a marriage proposal. I had requested a secluded spot on the terrace and a bottle of non-alcoholic Champagne so I could toast with my partner, who has suffered three strokes. Upon arrival, there was no record of our reservation. We were simply seated on the terrace. Apparently, the supplier doesn't carry that type of drink, but I suspect it was simply overlooked, just like our reservation. The staff seemed far more preoccupied with chatting and laughing than attending to customers until I voiced my dissatisfaction. The meal ended without dessert, as you can imagine. We had come last year, and everything was perfect. After tonight, we will certainly never return to this restaurant.

17/08/2026: I do not recommend this bakery. They sell day-old pastries and focaccia that are anything but fresh. They're rock hard, inedible... and expensive to boot. And they don't even mention that these things aren't fresh and were made that day without any discount. Run away! Avoid it! Stay away, and the prices aren't cheap!

29/07/2026: I highly recommend Schaming Bakery! They made two magnificent birthday cakes for me that were a hit with all the guests. The fruitcake was a real treat: the fruit was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly ripe, adding a wonderful freshness. The balance of flavors was perfect, with a light cake that showcased the fruit beautifully. The chocolate cake was simply exceptional. The chocolate was intense and melt-in-your-mouth, with a smooth texture that paired perfectly with a delicious crunch, creating a wonderful contrast. I also want to highlight the excellent service from the saleswoman, who was always smiling, warm, helpful, and offered great advice. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference. Another great thing: the bakery also offers excellent sourdough bread, with a beautiful crispy crust, a soft crumb, and an authentic taste. A real treat for bread lovers. An excellent bakery that I recommend without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team for the quality of their work and for helping to make this anniversary even more memorable!

22/07/2026: It's a shame there are never any sandwiches and that when you get a response, they don't have time to make more... Salad advertisement, never any salad... What a shame!

02/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! I've never placed an order without a hitch, whether it's drive-thru, click and collect, or in person. Everyone there is incompetent, from the cashier to the manager. Either things are missing, or the fries are cold, etc. ... and don't even get me started on their rudeness! In short, order your meals elsewhere.

01/07/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered 2 ice creams and received 2 soups. I only ordered ice creams, and they forgot my ice creams on the counter. I got melted ice cream and was charged extra. No apology, and this isn't the first time this has happened. The manager is rude and insulted customers. It's a daily occurrence. In short, avoid this place. I'd rather get my soup somewhere else.

04/08/2026: By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The floor was littered with trash, the bins were overflowing, the tables were filthy with dried-out sauce, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some things. The toilets reeked of stale urine—it was horrific—the cistern was dirty, and there were strange stains on the walls. As for the food, the ice cream had already melted. The manager was sipping her drink for 20 minutes, and the disastrous state of the establishment didn't seem to bother any of the employees. It's a disgrace; we'll never set foot in this place again. I would like a response to this review. I'm eager to see how you'll defend yourself against this horrible place.

02/08/2026: I am very disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's at Metz Wave. The service was far from satisfactory: there were numerous mistakes with our orders, which ruined our meal. The cleanliness of the restaurant also left much to be desired. The floor was dirty, there were ants around our table (I mentioned it to an employee, but she couldn't have cared less), and the trash cans were so overflowing that it was impossible to clear our trays. To top it all off, one of the employees was particularly unpleasant, showing absolutely no courtesy or sense of customer service. It's a real shame, as one expects a better experience at a restaurant of this chain. I hope that improvements will be made quickly, both in the quality of service and the cleanliness of the premises.

03/12/2025: It's a disaster, it stinks so bad it could wake the dead, and it's dangerous. We threw everything in the trash...

28/11/2025: As a matter of principle, I don't give a negative review because I ate there for decades. I ordered four servings of sweet and sour sauce; just by looking at the color, you could tell it wasn't the same batch. Some of the sauce had simply fermented... a strong, overpowering taste of alcohol, so that plate went straight in the bin. The rice was rock hard, almost raw... After the sauce, I wondered how old it was... It's crazy to take over such a Thionville institution and ruin it like this. Judging by the other reviews, it's far from an isolated case.

18/07/2026: A 20-minute wait, everything was cold, and my sandwiches were missing onions and pickles. They asked me to reorder, waited another 10 minutes, and magically, still no onions 😵‍💫. Finally, they told me they couldn't add onions because they didn't have any. Enjoy your meal, manager, without onions, with the fries, sauce, and Coke I left on the table. And when you're done eating, go mop the toilets; they were disgusting.

28/07/2026: Horrible, the wait times are horribly long…. There are so many mistakes. I checked my order, swapped it with someone else's, checked again, and something was still missing… luckily I was there…. A few days later, no swap, but still mistakes/missing items…. That's it, I'm done with Amnéville…. Off to Mondelange… at the drive-thru, they give me a sundae in an espresso cup without warning…. The franchisees really need to get their act together….

27/07/2026: The most disgusting McDonald's I've ever visited. The tables are filthy, and outside there's dried bird droppings that have been there for days. A 45-minute wait, and they were still missing a fry, which I asked for using the famous phrase, "Eat in or take out?" This McDonald's is a hidden camera prank! Shameful.

21/09/2025: Calm atmosphere, however the quality is normal or even poor at times. For the price I think it's reasonable anyway. You really can't expect better for this price, but if you're aiming for quality, look elsewhere. On the other hand, the price-quality ratio is good.

10/08/2026: No table service, so I waited for my order at the counter... served after 10 minutes, my sandwiches had been waiting as long as I had... and they were cold...

04/08/2026: Bad experience. The fries were cold and covered in black residue; in my opinion, the oil needs changing! The milkshake was runny and not cold, and we were told that was normal, that it was at the right temperature, and it dripped all over the glass, but they didn't seem to mind. 😔😔

15/06/2026: Avoid at all costs. Unpleasant staff. No atmosphere whatsoever. I do not recommend it.

14/08/2026: A deplorable experience this morning at the McDonald's in Semécourt. After a first order that went smoothly, I ordered a second Egg McMuffin at the kiosk using my loyalty points. I then waited a long 40 minutes at my table with my order clearly visible. I was the only customer in the restaurant. After 40 minutes, I got up to ask the manager for an explanation and request a refund. She refused, claiming that the order had been paid for with points (and refused to refund the first sandwich I had bought earlier). At no point did I receive even the slightest apology for this unacceptable wait in a fast-food restaurant. The manager finally offered to prepare my sandwich right then and there. She then put down the smartphone she was using and started handling the bread and cheese with her bare hands, without having washed them or put on gloves! When I pointed out the blatant lack of hygiene, she replied in an almost aggressive tone: "What do you want? Do you want me to make you another one?" The result after 40 minutes: no time to wait, I threw away the sandwich, I wasn't reimbursed, and the service was simply unacceptable. That such mistakes, such a lack of hygiene, and such an attitude come directly from the manager speaks volumes about the standards of this establishment. If management sets this example, we can't expect any better from the rest of the staff. I will never set foot in there again.
