15/02/2026: We went to L’Auberge d’Inxent for Valentine’s Day and everything was absolutely perfect. The menu was excellent, featuring fresh, local, and 100% homemade dishes. Each course was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the fireplace adding a touch of charm and creating a very romantic setting. The wine list is also very extensive, with a fine selection chosen from local producers throughout France, which perfectly complements the experience. The staff is very pleasant, attentive, and professional. We had a wonderful time and a superb experience that we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

13/11/2025: At the sports center, I've made it a habit to come every Thursday... a friendly welcome with smiles, generous and varied traditional cuisine... a pleasant setting... Everything is there to make this my regular spot until my retirement in early 2027!

09/11/2025: I had a flank steak with shallot sauce, which was cooked perfectly and very tender. The sauce was delicious too. Excellent value for money. The restrooms are very clean and accessible to people with reduced mobility (I know it's mandatory everywhere, but here they're really well-equipped). Well done to the whole team for your hard work every day.

10/04/2026: What a surprise!!!! A typical regional dish, homemade, which is quite rare these days. Served by Romain. The welcome, the service, and the food were a delight. The guinea fowl with shrimp was cooked to perfection—congratulations to the kitchen!!! The hamburger was also perfect. For dessert, an excellent chocolate mousse. As well as a strawberry tartlet, which was also very good. From the presentation to the service, everything was impeccable, and the setting was very pleasant. The price was very reasonable, which is a plus. You can take your time, and it's nice not to feel rushed. We'll be back!!!

The service, the food, and the atmosphere are all top-notch! It's so nice to eat without feeling watched, and to have a manager who is both professional and friendly, unlike some neighboring restaurants…

Champagne served in kir glasses on several occasions, the owner checking to see if the order was correctly entered on the receipt after the staff had left, multiple bottles listed on the receipt... in short, nothing that encouraged us to return. Add the owner's jealousy to this old-fashioned atmosphere...

17/04/2026: Well, it's done! After talking about it for so long, tonight we went to the Aquar'Aile restaurant. When the elevator dropped us off upstairs, it was... Wow! A magnificent view was a feast for the eyes. Then the menu and its various dishes made our mouths water. Pollack for me, carbonnade for him—a real treat for the taste buds. (Just a minor point for us: the carbonnade lacked spices, like our grandparents used to make.) But honestly, the view, the quality of the food, the service—it was a wonderful evening. Thank you, I highly recommend it! 😊
