A fantastic meal: a very warm welcome, perfect service, amazing dishes bursting with flavor, incredibly fresh ingredients, and the chef prepares everything to order. Finally, a truly peaceful Japanese restaurant where you can savor the flavors. A big thank you! I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Japanese cuisine.

The Ardennes black pudding (from Rethel) as a starter was simply delicious. The andouillette sausage was excellent, and the chicken with Maroilles cheese was delicate. The dessert of sweetened condensed milk and speculoos was perfectly balanced. It was so good! If there's one place to eat well in Berck, this is it, look no further. Thank you again for your wonderful generosity.

28/02/2026: Feb26- visited many times over the years. It seems to have changed hands. It's lighter /brighter and youngsters running it? Used to be two fellas. The service is passable (the waiter was friendly, the waitress perfunctory). Food is great value and always tastes fresh and cooked to order. Pizza is ace and you can make any burger vegetarian which is fab.

14/02/2026: I come here regularly and I've never been disappointed. Friendly staff, efficient service, great atmosphere. As for the food, the chicken escalope with mushrooms is just perfect; I order it almost every time. A fantastic place in Calais.

02/01/2026: While returning from England, we were looking for something to eat and found this place randomly on Maps. We really liked it; the place is very clean and the döner kebab is quite delicious, compared to the ones in the Netherlands. If you pass through this area, you should definitely get a döner wrap with fries.

15/02/2026: A truly wonderful place from start to finish! From the initial welcome to the final dessert, everything is beautifully presented! Alexandre Gauthier's signature style is evident in the decor and even in the dishes themselves, each with a personalized touch from the chefs. And a trip down memory lane with the tarte Tatin, a bit too generous for two but so delicious (and we left with half! 😁)! Definitely worth a return visit and highly recommended if you're ever in the area.

06/07/2025: Passing through Calais to board a boat for the UK, we stopped at this place. Nice, fresh, tidy and clean environment, friendly and kind staff. We ate really excellent Moules Marinieres, generous portions. I highly recommend it. From the Aire de Camping Car it can be reached by a convenient pedestrian path. We will definitely stop here on the way back.
