19/05/2026: Surprise party for my husband! I found this place thanks to an acquaintance. The manager was very pleasant, as were the two very friendly staff members. Everyone loved how it all went; it was absolutely perfect. The meal was delicious. The staff were attentive, and I felt completely at ease. What more can I say? Thank you again so much! 👍👍👍

18/07/2026: We went to eat at Pizza Roma as a family; the service was very attentive and the food was very good and generous, whether it was the salads, sandwiches, or pizza. We highly recommend it!

02/08/2026: The atmosphere was pleasant enough, but that's about the only positive point. The menu was unsurprising, dominated by traditional couscous and tagines. Unfortunately, the semolina didn't impress me, the vegetables were mediocre and served in far too small a portion, and the three small meatballs were completely tasteless. To top it all off, the service was sorely lacking in warmth. A disappointing experience; I wouldn't recommend it.

26/07/2026: Delicious couscous, service perhaps a little too fast, dishes served shortly after the aperitif. Otherwise everything was perfect.

15/08/2026: Be warned, a driver's license is clearly not considered valid ID by the receptionist… We obviously don't have the same laws in France 😪 On top of that, the receptionist was incredibly rude… They gave us a very dirty look and were almost rude to us because of this so-called "ID" which apparently isn't one…

13/08/2026: Not very welcoming, we didn't feel comfortable, so we didn't stay long. We only had one drink (rather expensive compared to other Pasino casinos), and the staff didn't make us want to come back. There was also a long wait for coins.

27/08/2026: Friendly staff, quick service. The presence of a children's play area inside is a real plus. However, the food is very disappointing. The fish and chips were really not good. The chocolate mousse was clearly mass-produced. The nuggets on the children's menu were certainly frozen and not very presentable. It's a real shame for a restaurant on the waterfront where you expect fresh food. A brasserie doesn't necessarily mean low-quality food. What a pity.

26/08/2026: We had booked for four this Saturday evening. Our little corgi was warmly welcomed with a bowl of food. We had a lovely time and a very good dinner. Thank you.

20/08/2026: We had a wonderful evening at Vesuvio. The dishes were truly excellent and generous. The service was very friendly and attentive, always responsive to our needs. The location is ideal; thank you for the table upstairs overlooking the main square. Highly recommended.

16/08/2026: The food was excellent. It's a shame they were out of the desserts we wanted. But we prefer that to wasted food. We'll come back earlier to try them ;)

31/08/2026: Very good. Something for everyone. Very friendly staff and owners. And what's more, parking for your campervan is free overnight if you eat at the restaurant. The breakfast is also excellent and varied.

28/07/2026: I used to go there regularly. Now, I prefer to go out of my way rather than set foot in the place. Since the change of ownership, the quality has steadily declined. It's sad to see a business that had such a good reputation lose everything that made it great. My thoughts are with the employees, who have to deal with this situation every day.

27/07/2026: We had a table reserved for a birthday party, and they asked if we wanted to wait until the appetizers were finished before ordering the main courses. Of course, we said yes, without suspecting that the wait would be rather long... We had a 22-month-old with us, and we ordered his main course first. It was just fries and a chicken breast, which took ages to prepare, and when a child is hungry, it's no fun for either of them or the parents... Incidentally, the boards at the foot of the high chairs aren't suitable if the child is a bit older. Anyway, the main courses arrived... And there were two pleasant surprises out of five... Steak and fries were fine, kidneys were fine, but the Welsh rarebit had barely melted cheddar, a slice of bread that wasn't even dipped in the bottom, and no sauce... The recipe needs improvement... The same went for the Flemish burger, where the cheese wasn't melted, and worst of all, the filet mignon with Maroilles cheese was incredibly difficult to cut; it must have been a nervous little pig! In short, the result didn't live up to our expectations.... And the icing on the cake, if I may say so, came with dessert. A cheese plate, ordered at the same time as the desserts, arrived well after everyone had finished theirs. Not very pleasant for someone to be eating alone and be told they're being waited for... What's more, I had to go and ask for it, and the excuse I was given, and given again when the bill arrived, was that there was a communication problem between the kitchen and the dining room... I think that as customers, this isn't our problem; it's up to the owner to manage their staff! People are already making the effort to travel and eat there despite the chaos of the construction and the detours... If on top of that they're going to be disappointed... As I said, I won't be saying "see you soon" because we removed this address from the previous owners' list, where we used to enjoy delicious meals... That's the reward for trying to support our local small businesses!
