10/08/2026: We had a wonderful time, the service staff were very pleasant, the restaurant was quiet and elegant, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
04/08/2026: Although the welcome, setting, and service were impeccable, the meat in one of the two dishes (the daily special) was cold. We didn't want to complain as we were having a pleasant evening, but we regret this lack of attention given the restaurant's standard and prices. We were also very surprised to be strongly encouraged to leave a tip of between €6 and almost €30, although this is not customary in France to my knowledge, but perhaps the high season justifies this new practice.

13/08/2026: Superb! I knew this restaurant from the off-season, and I had the pleasure of discovering it in the summer, enjoying the lovely outdoor terrace/garden.
The staff are, as always, incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it.

Delicious ( not so) small plates to accompany your glass or bottle of wine.

29/07/2026: Good evening, just a quick note to point out the very unpleasant gentleman in a cap and glasses on the left who prepares the sandwiches, around fifty years old. He can no longer tolerate orders arriving at a certain time, even though it's during opening hours. You are very unpleasant, sir. Aside from making bad jokes and losing customers due to your rudeness, you should retire. And I'll add the waiting time, not to mention... What a shame Julien sold you the chip shop!
24/07/2026: Top-notch chip shop, a real treat... I recently moved back to Liévin and I couldn't go anywhere else... The fries are delicious and fresh, the service is great, the staff are absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it! It's the chip shop of my childhood, mmm.
Looking forward to seeing Christiane again, who knew me when I was little. 😉 Nora

04/08/2026: We had booked an outdoor table to celebrate a birthday. We had a very good meal; the dishes were beautifully presented and excellent. Special mention to the young woman who looked after our table and handled the situation exceptionally well when someone couldn't eat tomatoes.
